Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader who can set the direction for retention, supporter engagement and stewardship across our Community Fundraising Team, ensuring our supporters are at the forefront of decision-making.

The role is accountable for leading a team of Community Fundraisers while maximising income, retention and supporter progression. Working across the wider fundraising function, the postholder will drive alignment of processes, systems and ways of working, enabling a more joined-up and scalable approach to engagement.
