This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding the reach of our innovative fundraising platform, helping charities raise more through technology.
As a Business Development Executive, you'll identify and connect with potential charity partners, understand their fundraising challenges, and demonstrate how our platform can help them achieve greater impact. You'll build strong, long-term relationships, guide organisations through the sales journey, and contribute directly to our continued growth.
Working closely with our marketing and technical teams, you'll also provide valuable customer insights that help shape our products, refine our sales approach, and ensure we're delivering the best possible solutions for our clients.

At Wycliffe Bible Translators, growth is accelerating, with individual giving up 36% and legacy pledgers doubling to 440 over the last three years. This means supporting more Bible translators, growing local churches, and transforming lives. Remarkably, more Bibles have been translated in the past 30 years than in the previous 2,000. Yet, 1 in 5 people worldwide remain underserved without God’s word in their language. We have ambitious plans to exponentially expand individual giving from £1.35m to £5.6m by 2032, built on strong foundations, team enthusiasm, and expert agency engagement.
As Director for Supporters, you will provide pivotal fundraising leadership to build long-term support through regular giving and legacies while valuing donors deeply. You will guide and empower a motivated team within a genuinely remote-first organisation, recognised in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list. 1. Working closely with the Head of Creative Engagement to deliver HOME’s year-round Creative Engagement offer for young people, schools and communities.
2. Lead multiple Creative Engagement visual art projects, facilitating HOME Young Artists Studio, producing Horizons Festival, curating HOME’s Inspire Gallery and wider Creative Engagement Programme.
3. Be part of working groups and collaborate with colleagues to ensure that the engagement programme links directly to and is part of HOME’s overall programme – as directed by the Head of Creative Engagement or CEO.
4. Embed best practice in relation to working with young people, schools and communities. Prioritise safeguarding and shape an accessible and inclusive programme of work.
5. Recruit, support, contract, liaise and supervise freelance artists and other creative practitioners engaged in the delivery of projects.
6. Uphold set financial processes and effectively manage project budgets regularly reporting to the Head of Creative Engagement.
7. Implement effective project management, with a high level of project administration, manage time and resources and implement effective administration processes in order to produce high-quality and ensure set outcomes and outputs are delivered in a timely manner.
8. Develop opportunities and shape pathways to careers for young people and communities.
9. Maintain a working knowledge of and participate in regional and national engagement, creative health and visual art networks, to keep up to speed with developments within the sector.
10. Work with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure work is effectively promoted. Regularly writing copy and providing content for social media and updating the website in order to raise the profile of HOME’s Creative Engagement work at a local and national level.
11. Work with HOME’s Development Team to identify and support fundraising and reporting when needed.
12. Develop and implement an effective monitoring and evaluation strategy for the programme and to provide written reports when required.
