This is an exciting opportunity to join the organisation in a newly created role at a time when
we’re looking to redesign our fund-raising activities through a mixture of activities and
events, sourcing new and nurturing current corporate partnerships and developing

Build on our existing finance strategy and outline funding plan to create a robust fundraising strategy for the next 2-3 years.

Work with the broader team to achieve the goals and targets set out in the finance strategy to support Restart’s overall operational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic fundraising outreach plan to build a sustainable pipeline of potential donors and partners
- Identify, cultivate, and secure significant funding from trusts, foundations, and major donors
- Design and deliver a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with the organisation's programme ambitions
- Build on established relationships with HNWIs and corporate partners while expanding engagement opportunities
- Manage the marketing team to ensure successful execution of campaigns aligned with fundraising goals

We’re looking for an experienced Individual and Community Giving Manager to lead and grow our public fundraising programme across Regular Giving, Community Fundraising, Events, Appeals, Legacies, Lottery, Sponsorship and Digital.
You’ll manage a talented team, develop supporter journeys, embed data-led decision making and drive income growth to help secure Raystede’s long-term future.
We’re looking for someone with:

About the role
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we use data to drive growth across all areas of fundraising. From identifying new income opportunities and analysing supporter trends, to improving data quality and reporting, you’ll help ensure every decision we make is insight-led.
Your work will directly influence fundraising strategy, helping the team plan smarter campaigns, reach new audiences, and increase income through the intelligent use of data. You’ll also oversee our Raiser’s Edge CRM and lead our Supporter Care team to champion accuracy, efficiency, and a culture of data-driven improvement.

You’re an analytical, strategic thinker who understands that behind every number is a story and an opportunity. With strong technical skills and a creative approach to insight, you know how to use data to drive action and income.
You’ll also bring:
- Experience in using data insight to identify and deliver new income opportunities
- A proven track record of improving fundraising results through data analysis and testing
- Strong skills in Raiser’s Edge (or similar CRM), reporting tools, and data visualisation
