Job description

Responsibilities:

- to carry out research to identify grant funding availability to the organisation 

- to record and communicate grants available

- to work alongside bid writers and others to find and bid for funding as required to support the organisation

Duties:

- to search various sites and carry out detailed research into grants available for the organisation to apply for

- to understand the organisations funding needs and find appropriate funds which are available to apply for

- to check eligibility of the organisation to apply for grants

- to carry out tasks and report on progress

- to ensure grant funding available is considered for applications to be made

Requirements:

- experience of fundraising in an organisation

- experience of research

- Good communication and literacy skills

- Good IT skills and English literacy

- ability to work well with others
