The Role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COO will serve as a key strategic adviser and member of the executive leadership team, helping to shape organisational priorities and ensure effective delivery across a complex international organisation. Working closely with the CEO, Board and senior stakeholders, the COO will play a central role in driving organisational performance, strengthening governance and ensuring resources are deployed effectively to support long-term objectives.
The role will provide strategic leadership across core corporate functions, including people, finance, governance, risk, technology and business operations.
