You'll be the practical heartbeat of our training programmes — the person who ensures that students, tutors, and staff can focus on deep learning and meaningful connection, knowing that the details are being held with care.
Working closely with our Programme Development Lead, you'll coordinate the logistics that make our work possible: organising retreat venues and online gatherings, maintaining our digital learning hub, supporting tutors and students through transitions, and keeping our systems clear and current.
This role combines event logistics, learning administration, and day-to-day coordination. It's perfect for someone who finds satisfaction in bringing order and efficiency to a values-led organisation — someone who understands that attention to detail is itself an act of care.
What You'll Do
- Learning Support - Help prepare and maintain curriculum materials, upload resources to our online Hub, track progress across projects, and support students through enrolment and onboarding.
- Events & Venues - Organise venues, travel, and catering for residential retreats, ordination ceremonies, and training weekends. Coordinate online events and ensure smooth communication with all participants.
- Administration & Systems - Maintain shared calendars and project boards (Asana), schedule meetings, prepare agendas and notes, and ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and properly stored.
- Team Communication - Liaise warmly and professionally with faculty, tutors, students, and external partners, supporting the flow of information across our dispersed team.
- Data & Compliance - Handle all information with care, following our Data Protection and Confidentiality policies with rigour and respect.

Oasis is looking for a Community Hub Leader who can combine an entrepreneurial flair and excellent leadership skills to lead Oasis Hub Hobmoor through the next phase of its growth.
We are seeking an experienced Community Hub Leader who will bring fresh vision, take the community on the next stage of its journey together as a movement and bring innovation as well as stability to the charity, which has become an anchor, and a place called home for the local community.
The post holder will lead the local charity – which over the last 8 years has grown considerably, in terms of staffing, income and projects (including food pantry and café, football training and teams, a wide range of adult education, advice and support, an array of community classes and holiday provision).

Key responsibilities
This is a key role as you will be responsible for strategic oversight of the local charity, ensuring the youth and community work supports the work of the academy, working alongside other local Oasis leaders such as the Academy Principal, volunteers and members of the local community to develop a joined up local vision for the community.
Some of the specific duties of this role include:
· Establishment and coordination of a range of provision such as family support, holiday clubs, volunteering and community empowerment projects.
· Maintaining and building supportive working partnerships across the community and various groups.
· Leading strategic development (e.g. comms, income generation, MEL).
· Planning, resourcing and coordinating the community plan, measuring impact.
· Strengthening the local Oasis Movement.
About you
This is very much a relational and project management role. As such, the successful applicant will need to demonstrate:
· A strategic mindset, and experience of leading community delivery and growing projects.
· Innovative use of resources and budget management to maximise funding, with a track record of securing income.
· A thorough knowledge and understanding community work.
· An education to degree level or equivalent and /or relevant professional qualification.

The Way Youth Zone is looking to recruit a Fundraising Coordinator to support the growth and sustainability of the charity’s income by coordinating and delivering a range of fundraising initiatives. The role has a particular focus on corporate engagement, individual giving, fundraising events and appeals, and community fundraising activities. What’s essential is that you love what you do. Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Support the planning and delivery of fundraising campaigns, helping to drive engagement across staff, volunteers, and supporters, and coordinating promotional actvities to maximise participation and income.
2. Assist the Corporate Partnerships Manager in developing and maintaining relationships with corporate supporters, focusing on Charity of the Year partnerships, employee fundraising, payroll giving, and corporate events.
3. Represent The Way Youth Zone at selected external community events and networking opportunities, acting as a positive ambassador to promote fundraising initiatives, and build relationships with potential supporters.
4. Coordinate internal and external fundraising events, including recruiting participants, providing fundraising guidance, sourcing raffle prizes and gifts in kind, and supporting event logistics.
5. Assist with development of an individual giving pipeline, supporting donor acquisition, stewardship, and retention through regular communications, appeals, and relationship-building activities.
6. Maintain accurate records of fundraising actvities and donor interactions using the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with GDPR.
7. Contribute ideas and feedback to support the development of fundraising plans and improve supporter engagement, drawing on insights from campaigns and events.
Required Qualifications / Experience
Compulsory
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders. 2. Excellent organisa1onal skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support events.
3. Experience using digital tools, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), or a willingness to learn.
4. Demonstrable transferable skills from roles in customer service, sales, marketing, events, or community engagement.
Desirable
1. Experience supporting fundraising or income generation, either professionally or through volunteering.

Ex Cathedra is a world-class vocal ensemble that leads the choral sector in the fields of performance, learning and wellbeing. You would join a supportive, dedicated and financially literate team, working closely with the General Manager and the Director of Education & Participation. You will be an important part of the Ex Cathedra ‘family’ - musicians who deliver the highest quality performances and participatory experiences.
THE ROLE
We are excited to advertise this full-time Finance Manager vacancy (£37,500-£40,000). The role encompasses the financial operations of the charity - from purchase ledger and payroll to preparation of the management and statutory accounts and delivery of Board reports. In autumn 2024 we migrated to iplicit, with the potential to realise further efficiencies.

- Undertake bank reconciliations
- Monitor debtors and creditors
- Process payroll and pensions
- Ensure statutory obligations and deadlines are met, including payments and reports to HMRC for PAYE & NI
- Prepare annual accounts and meet external audit requirements in accordance with current SORP
- Prepare creative tax relief claims
- Cashflow forecasts
- Prepare management accounts and reports for the Board of trustees and other financial reports that may be required
- Calculate and submit VAT returns
- Prepare financial documents for Arts Council England submissions
- Work with the team to ensure accurate project projections

ABOUT YOU
We anticipate you will be part- or fully-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA), and excited by the opportunity to have operational responsibility for the full financial processes of Ex Cathedra. You are the kind of person who is equally willing to support the strategic planning of the organisation and to roll up their sleeves to ensure sales invoices are raised and suppliers are paid efficiently.
Essential:
- Experience of working in a complex finance role, preparing statutory and management accounts
- Experience of owning/managing efficient finance processes and controls
- Highly proficient and confident with modern, cloud-based finance software, spreadsheets and other relevant software
- An understanding of partial exemption VAT
- Knowledge of charity SORP
Desirable:
- Recent experience of iplicit, charity SORP and partial exemption VAT would be very helpful
- Interest or experience of supporting strategic initiatives and developments
