We are seeking an Access to Justice (A2J) Coordinator to coordinate the provision of vital diagnostic immigration advice for vulnerable migrants. The role will coordinate the diagnostic advice appointment pathway from start to finish. This includes:

• Receiving, processing and triaging new enquiries for support
• Working with the Immigration Team to identify appropriate cases to be offered diagnostic advice
• Coordinating advice appointments with specialist external advisors and confirming the appointment details with the person receiving advice
• Disseminating written advice notes from the Advisors
• Coordinating follow-up actions, including referral into HMC’s Immigration Team for casework support (approx. 40% of people who access diagnostic advice are provided with onward support by HMC) or providing appropriate signposting for those we cannot offer long term support.

This post revives a dedicated Access to Justice Coordinator role within HMC’s structure, to support the newly funded provision of diagnostic immigration advice in Hackney.

What you will do:

• Respond to member queries and complete key membership administration processes using our CRM throughout the membership lifecycle from recruitment to retention. 
• Provide support to ensure relevant documentation on membership processes are current and user friendly.
• Develop and implement data and quality checks and robust processes, to deliver reliable and current data on our members. 
• Support the Membership Events Coordinator to deliver outstanding membership engagement events. 

What you need:

• Demonstrable experience of providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience of managing administration processes efficiently.
• Experience of using and maintaining a CRM database or equivalent to store and retrieve data.
• A quick learner, able to adapt existing knowledge and experience, to tackle new queries as they arise.
• Ability to prioritise and anticipate competing demands.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.

HMC is seeking a confident and capable Community Manager to deliver our community-based 'Wednesday Service' for migrants and refugees. Our Wednesday Service is a multi-functioning hub, offering a warm, welcoming space for appointments and activities, and has long been the heart and soul of HMC's service. 

The Community Manager role is responsible for the coordination and delivery of HMC's Wednesday Service, including the management of all volunteers involved in the delivery of the service and oversight of our popular Holistic Advocacy service, delivered by volunteers.
