Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Head of Fundraising (Philanthropy and Partnerships) is a senior, hands-on role responsible for developing high-value fundraising to complement the Charity’s successful community fundraising and events programme. About the role

Sightsavers are looking for a Digital Fundraising Insight and Optimisation Executive to drive data-led decision-making and enhance the performance of our global digital fundraising activities.

As the Digital Fundraising Insight and Optimisation Executive, you will deliver actionable insights through data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions and optimise digital fundraising performance. You’ll play a key role in supporting conversion rate optimisation (CRO) by analysing test results, maintaining data integrity and identifying opportunities to improve supporter journeys and retention.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across various teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and deliver measurable impact. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly influence income growth and supporter experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyse performance data across channels (GA4, BigQuery, SQL) to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.

• Create clear dashboards and reports to improve campaign effectiveness and supporter engagement.

• Track and report on KPIs, translating complex data into actionable insights.

• Support CRO activity including analysing test results and recommending improvements to impact conversion and donor retention.

• Ensure best practice in data capture, tagging and reporting across teams.

• Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to inform optimisation strategies.

• Develop guidance and training resources to upskill colleagues in data interpretation and reporting.

About you

As the ideal candidate, you will combine strong analytical skills with a creative approach, using data to uncover insights and spot opportunities for optimisation. You’ll have experience with GA4 and data visualisation tools and be confident in interpreting and presenting complex data in a clear, actionable way that drives performance improvements.

Essential

• Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4 and data visualisation tools (e.g. Google Looker Studio).

• Ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear, actionable way.

• Familiarity with CRO concepts.

• Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.

Job Title: Head of Major Giving - Trusts & Foundations and Individual Donors

Reporting to: Director of Fundraising and Development

Location of work: Home based. The post holder will be expected to travel to meet donors, travel to away days and team meetings in London. The role may involve some irregular travel throughout England and Scotland. Expenses will be paid in line with our Travel and Expenses policy.

JOB PURPOSE    

This is a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role during an exciting period of transformation at Magic Breakfast. About CoppaFeel!

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.

We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.

The Role

CoppaFeel! is looking for a Head of Partnerships to deliver our Partnerships Team strategy for the duration of a maternity cover at CoppaFeel!. This role is crucial to fundraising at CoppaFeel! due to managing our largest partner, Asda, to an incredibly high level, as well as strategising and supporting the team to deliver all our other partnerships.

The Head of Partnerships will sit within the CoppaFeel! Fundraising Team and will work closely with the Director of Fundraising, other Heads of Departments and Partnerships Team. They will lead this team with their new business and account management.

Partnerships at CoppaFeel! are responsible for more than 50% of the income. Asda is our most valuable partner and requires a high level of attention and professional account management. There is a Partnerships Manager solely dedicated to Asda. There are a large number of other varying types and sizes of partnerships that also need to be overseen and opportunities within them maximised.

We also have an ambition to diversify our fundraising income and seeking new partners through our new business workstream is a priority for the team. Wherever possible, we strive to make our partnerships support our organisational mission of reaching young people with our life-saving message as well as ensuring they are able to raise funds for our work. The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for overseeing the new business efforts, and offering support and direction to the team. .

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.

Duties & Responsibilities

Strategy

• Responsible for the management and delivery of the existing partnerships strategy, ensuring to continually review the efficiency of it, and where appropriate, make and implement changes

• Create and develop the Partnerships Team workplan for 2027

• Identify the key areas for improvement and inspire the team to take our partnerships to a higher level increasing income generation and maximising awareness raising opportunities

• Responsible for achieving forecasted targets contributing to the CoppaFeel! fundraising growth plan

• Ensure you are up to date with industry norms, fundraising climate and partnership trends

• Support the development of the new business strategy and securing new partners through attending meetings, participating in pitches etc

• Ensure all partners have up to date contracts and review any queries from the team. Work with SMT and external lawyers where required.

Management

• Provide effective leadership to the Partnerships Team. Offering guidance and support to ensure high-quality partnership strategy delivery, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

• Directly line Manage at least two members of the partnerships team, ensuring ensuring they have annual performance reviews, learning and development plans, KPIs, and are supported to meet their fundraising targets

• Responsible for the knowledge of regulation relevant to corporate partnerships and fundraising including the Code of Fundraising Practice

• Make decisions based on what is best for the department and organisation

Administration

• Use Beacon CRM to its full potential to track partnerships progress

• Ensure systems are kept up to date including Beacon CRM, and CoppaFeel! shared Google Drive

• Keep workplan, diary and shared calendar up-to-date, shared communications across the organisation including admin such as desk booking systems, People HR, Weekly Round Up and contribute to team meetings

• Ensure excellent financial and legal records are kept including invoicing, contracts, payment chasing and team expenses, following CoppaFeel! finance policies

Leadership

• The Leadership team consists of SMT and Heads of Department, so this role is a leadership role

• Work with the leadership team to maintain the CoppaFeel! culture reflecting and championing the organisation’s values of positivity, creativity, community and impact

• Lead and inspire the Partnerships Team to meet their objectives and live the full CoppaFeel! values

BIAS is a leading local Irish charity which has supported England’s largest community in Brent for over 45 years. We deliver our support across London through our welfare advice drop-in service, our active ageing clubs and our Be-a-Friend volunteer scheme. This is an exciting new role in which you will proactively generate and grow fundraising income across all fundraising streams to enable us to continue supporting the most vulnerable members of the Irish community. You will support our fundraising strategy by contributing to digital communications and creative content across all channels, in cooperation with project delivery teams. The role will play a central part in raising awareness and growing supporter engagement through digital  campaigns, donor events, individual giving initiatives and the development of relationships with local businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver BIAS’s community fundraising strategy.
• Develop and implement a varied portfolio of events, community fundraising activities and campaigns, all of which reflect the spirit of BIAS.
• Explore marketing opportunities to raise the profile of the charity.

• Plan, budget, coordinate and attend an annual community fundraising and events calendar with set objectives, budgets and KPIs for each activity.

• Build and maintain a variety of community relationships across varying stakeholders.
• Explore and coordinate fundraising opportunities such as online donation platforms, auction platforms and text-to- donate services.
• Work with colleagues to ensure that all events are adequately supported with staff, volunteers and post-event debriefs.
• Ensure that all events and activities are compliant with the Code of Fundraising Practice, GDPR and internal policies.

This job description reflects the basic duties required of the Fundraising Manager. About the role

As Fundraising Manager, your role will focus on developing relationships and generating income from charitable trusts, statutory sources, individuals, schools and parishes.

• At least four years’ experience or working as a charity fundraiser
• A proven track record of personally securing income in excess of £200,000 p.a.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and supporters.
