Job description

The role

This is an exciting and dynamic IT Trainer role where you will be able to design and delivery a full curriculum of topics, from Office 365 to video conferencing etiquette. As the IT Trainer you will have direct responsibility for all aspects of training development, delivery and  management for our Head Office in central London and our satellite offices across the UK and Ireland. This role will ensure that those working for us have a suitable understanding of our working environment to deliver their activities and the events we run. The ideal candidate should have excellent Microsoft Office 365 experience with a focus on Teams and business change.

The Person

To be successful you will need IT Training expertise, a commitment to high standards of performance as well as successful track record of curriculum design and delivery combined with customer service.  As critical as your knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 will be, you will be critical to enabling the connection of people to vision and purpose.
