The Job
USPG are looking for an experienced fundraising and marketing professional to take ownership of our individual giving strategy and deliver it to achieve our objectives. The Individual Giving Manager will develop, market and evaluate fundraising appeals, products and campaigns to individual supporters and churches in order to grow our supporter base and voluntary income. Focusing on recruiting, retaining and developing relationships with all donors using direct mail, email and digital engagement, the Individual Giving Manager will develop an engaging stewardship journey for our supporters.

The Head of Public Fundraising is a new role at Coeliac UK leading the charity’s public fundraising function. The role focusses on driving sustainable growth across individual giving, community fundraising, events, lottery, raffle, digital fundraising and merchandise. This role is responsible for delivering Coeliac UK’s 5-year fundraising strategy to maximise return-on-investment, grow long term supporter value, and contribute to the charity’s mission.

Who are we looking for?
Key to the success of this role is a strong understanding of individual giving fundraising. This role blends the strategic oversight and leadership of a Head of role across multiple income streams, with the hands-on expertise of an IG fundraiser. Experience across other income streams and areas of fundraising delivery would be a huge benefit as the role leads community fundraising and events, will take on digital fundraising - currently led by the Chief Engagement Officer, as well as manage the data and supporter care functions, but experience in individual giving is essential as Coeliac UK has defined that as an area of priority income.
The successful candidate for this role will be someone who has already operated at a senior level within a charity such as at Senior Manager level, or Head of in a specific income stream.
Hybrid working
The role has a hybrid expectation of a minimum of a day a week in the High Wycombe office (HP11 2QW) to build relationships and provide support to the fundraising team, and there will be flexibility required for other in person meetings and events. IDEAL CANDIDATE
Essential:
Relevant degree, professional qualification or equivalent professional experience
Demonstrable experience in Individual Giving, Direct Marketing or Legacy fundraising, with an annual income return of 6+ figures
Proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns
Strong understanding of supporter journeys, acquisition and retention
Skilled in data analysis, performance tracking and forecasting
Proficiency with graphic design tools, experience with Canva would be an advantage.
Demonstrable experience with Raisers Edge, or similar CRM system

About the Role
We are looking for two Faculties Coordinators to join our team. Reporting to the Faculties Development Manager you will support the governance, projects and activities behind our six fantastic Faculties. You will work alongside world leading surgeons and healthcare professionals from across the UK and beyond, helping to advance education, raise professional standards and improve patient care.
No two days are the same. You will coordinate committee activity, support Faculty projects and events and brief our volunteers. You will build strong relationships with our inspiring volunteers and members and work collaboratively with colleagues from across the College to deliver an exceptional experience.
This role offers genuine opportunities for professional development. You'll gain experience in governance, project delivery, stakeholder engagement and service improvement, while developing the skills and confidence to progress within the Faculties team. The role forms part of our development pathway towards a Faculties Development Lead position.

Prostate Cancer Research is seeking a skilled, relationship driven and commercially minded Senior Account Manager to support the growth of our groundbreaking data initiative, Prostate Progress. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the point where healthcare innovation, research, data, and commercial partnerships meet. Playing a pivotal part in ensuring that industry partners receive exceptional service, clear communication, and the highest standards of delivery.
As the day-to-day lead for commissioned studies, you will own and develop a portfolio of relationships across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, MedTech and research organisations. Ensuring seamless coordination between clients and PCR’s internal delivery teams and driving renewed commissions and expanded account value.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team. The role will report to the Head of Marketing and Fundraising and will be responsible for developing and implementing the fundraising strategy, driving forward all aspects of fundraising, including building corporate charity of the year partnerships, individual giving, major donors,
trusts and foundations, legacies and community fundraising.
The successful candidate will be a core member of the Central Team, working closely with the Marketing Team to develop and deliver income for the charity.
This role will have budgetary responsibility to achieving a revenue target in financial year 26/27 of £1.5 million, whilst building a sustainable income stream for the long-term with Yr on Yr growth. Key priorities include increasing the Individual Giving and Regular Giving donor database, donor and fundraiser stewardship, organising fundraising events, and securing grants and sponsorships.
