• Our Head of Legacy Giving is responsible for Cats Protection’s largest charitable income stream, leading our Legacy Marketing, Legacy Administration and In Memory teams as we seek to delivery exemplary fundraising programmes raising upwards of £50m a year – around half of the cats we help are cared for thanks to this work.
• With ambitions to continue growing the income we receive from Legacy and In Memory giving, our Head of Legacy Giving is responsible for shaping the long-term strategy to deliver this growth and overseeing the implementation of activity across the organisation that maximises the scale and value of current and future support.
• Underpinning this transformation is a responsibility for the role to lead our medium and long-term legacy modelling, inspire and develop our high performing teams, and collaborate with an array of internal stakeholders and key external partners.
• The role is also a member of our Marketing and Income Generation (MIG) directorate leadership team, as part of a unified leadership group that has shared accountability and strategic responsibility for the organisation’s collective income generation performance.

About the Legacy and In Memory department:

• The department sits within our Individual Giving and Legacies business area of the Marketing & Income Generation Directorate
• There are four broad areas of expertise and delivery within the department – legacy marketing, legacy administration, in memory fundraising, and local legacy and in memory giving – with 16 individuals making up the teams.
• The teams are responsible for fundraising programmes that cover traditional legacy giving, Free Wills, our Cat Guardians service and In Memory giving for both people and cats.

What we’re looking for in our Head of Legacy Giving:

• Proven experience in a senior charitable legacy fundraising and direct marketing role
• Experience of leading and managing multiple teams working together to deliver ambitious targets, overcome challenges and achieve measurable impact in a remote working environment
• Proven track record of strategic development, planning and implementation

The role

Art Fund is seeking an experienced marketing and brand leader to drive membership for The National Art Pass.

As Head of Marketing for the National Art Pass, you’ll take ownership of a strategic, data-driven programme to recruit, engage and retain members, shaping the reach and impact on a national scale. You’ll lead major integrated campaigns, develop creative concepts and oversee digital & CRM marketing that inspires, deepens loyalty and delivers commercial results.

Working closely with the Head of Programme & Events, the role will plan and deliver end to end marketing campaigns that promote our festivals and events, driving footfall to our yearround programme, cafes and shops.

Duties and responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns for our year-round festivals and events programme, including digital and offline advertising, press, social media, website, and print, ensuring all event content drives revenue and is promoted consistently across all platforms.

It hosts many of our wellbeing and creative programmes, and through initiatives like the Pay-What-You-Can Supper Club, supports emerging women chefs and builds everyday acts of care and solidarity. The café has the opportunity to not only advances our mission of improving women’s health and wellbeing but also generates vital trading income and partnership opportunities.

While it currently operates at a deficit, it plays a vital role in advancing our wellbeing and community objectives. We are now focused on realising its full commercial potential. A feasibility study is underway to explore a range of operational and business models that will transition the café into a sustainable, profit-making enterprise. Plans include expanding income-generating opportunities through hosting more events, developing an external catering offer, and maximising use of the space for private hire and functions during weekends. This work will ensure the café continues to embody our values while contributing significantly to the financial sustainability of The Bridge 

Room Hire – Spaces that Enable Collaboration and Impact 

Our professional meeting and event spaces are used by charities, community groups, and corporate partners for workshops, training, and strategic planning. With over 500 bookings a year and a 89% return rate, these rooms are known for their quality, warmth, and service. The income they generate supports our wider mission, while also acting as a catalyst for new partnerships and collaborations.

We now aim to build on this success by increasing utilisation on our most popular days (Tuesday to Thursday) and attracting new clients to fill capacity on Mondays, Fridays, evenings, and weekends. Plans include developing loyalty packages for regular clients and introducing new offers such as team wellbeing days that align with our health and wellbeing ethos. This approach will not only maximise income potential but also strengthen The Bridge’s role as a space where organisations connect, collaborate, and thrive. 

Key responsibilities:

1. Income Generation Strategy 

• Develop and implement a comprehensive income generation strategy for our social businesses (women’s-only gym and studio, café, and meeting room hire). 

• Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities while aligning with the organisation’s mission and values.

Qualifications 

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in business, marketing, social enterprise, or a related field.

We’re looking for a Head of Individual Giving to join our ambitious Public Fundraising team.

You’ll be a leader who can advocate effectively for our core purpose, reminding people internally and externally that we’re a charity. What you'll be doing

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a fundraising leader to drive income growth and supporter engagement across our individual giving programmes, including regular giving, in-memory, community fundraising and mid-level giving. You'll be helping to shape the future of public fundraising at the Trust. You'll play a key role in enhancing existing initiatives such as Plant a Tree, Patrons and Adopt a Plot while leveraging your expertise and collaborative spirit to foster innovation alongside colleagues in Membership, Marketing & Communications, and broaden the Trust's reach to new demographics.

As the strategic lead for Individual Giving your focus will be on enhancing supporter experiences and fundraising efforts across the organisation, fostering strong internal partnerships. Your responsibilities will include supporting the team in executing current plans, as well as identifying and developing growth opportunities in Regular Giving, Mid-level Giving and a major fundraising campaign.

Who we're looking for

Purpose
This is an exciting new role supporting the planning and delivery of the marketing and communications activity within a leading mental health charity.
We are looking for someone with a love of producing engaging digital and visual content, who will be excited to manage the Trust’s social media presence and social media channels. The postholder will maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all materials and ensure content supports fundraising, awareness, and charitable activities.
As the Content and Creative Marketing Manager, your role provides significant
contribution to the organisation’s overall communications strategy and has operational leadership for marketing and campaign management, with particular responsibility for the development and delivery of creative, high-quality design and content that brings the Trust’s mission and impact to life across all channels.

Key responsibilities and duties:
Creative Content and Design

• Lead on the creation and delivery of digital and visual content across all platforms, ensuring consistency with brand and tone of voice.
• Produce high quality visual and multimedia content, including graphics, photography, podcasts, and video, for use across web, email, and social media.
• Design marketing and campaign assets (including printed materials such as posters and leaflets), using tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator ensuring materials are accessible and on-brand.
• Develop templates and style guides to support consistent, efficient content production across the organisation.
• Commission and manage external creative partners (e.g. designers, videographers, photographers) when required.

Social Media Management

• Oversee the Trust’s social media strategy and day-to-day content planning, ensuring platforms are vibrant, engaging, and aligned with key messages.
• Develop and implement creative campaigns to grow reach and engagement across all social media channels.
• Monitor performance and use analytics to inform content development and scheduling.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and formats, identifying opportunities to innovate and test new approaches.
   

Team Collaboration and Coordination

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan, develop, and deliver engaging content for digital channels, newsletters, and campaigns.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to ensure creative content integrates effectively with campaign planning and digital strategy.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the charity to source stories, visuals, and opportunities for content creation.
• Maintain an organised content calendar and library of creative assets.
• Line manage and/or mentor junior colleagues (as applicable) to support them to deliver excellence across all communication and marketing activities.

Monitoring and Evaluation

• Track and report on engagement metrics across digital channels, drawing insights to inform future content.
• Contribute to team reporting on communications performance and impact.

• Ensure that systems and processes are used as expected, and that our database is being updated and utilised as the central source of information.

Your mission

We are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Head of Communications who will be responsible for the global communication strategy and ensure that key stakeholders, such as (institutional) fundraisers and marketing and communication teams in our fundraising markets have the necessary inspiring content, assets and information about our programmes. Team
