Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with a compelling marine conservation social enterprise to appoint their new Head of Monitoring & Evaluation. Based in Bristol or working remotely with occasional travel to Bristol, this is an exciting full-time opportunity for a strategic leader with a true passion for the environment and community-based conservation.

Reporting to the Executive Director and the Head of Training and Technical Support, the successful candidate will lead our client's M&E Team and will provide insight on the design of M&E work plans. Last but not least, you will oversee delivering evidence and learning workstream targeting high-level training and contribute to policy development through the use of data.

To be successful, you will have a strong demonstrable experience in community-led M&E programmes with a specific focus on environmental conservation and/or rural development. You will have a proven track record of success in leading M&E projects and teams alongside the capability of conducting impact evaluations. Excellent strategic planning and communication with the innate attitude for a multicultural work environment is essential. Experience in working with international NGOs as well as experience conducting advanced quantitative socio-economic and econometric analysis is also desirable.
