Working closely with the Head of Partnerships and Fundraising, we’re looking for a Trusts and Foundations Manager to join our small team at a critical growth point to build and deliver a Trusts Fundraising Strategy (currently projected to generate c.£600K in 2027) laying the groundwork for long term, sustainable income generation as part of our wider Fundraising Strategy.
This is a new role for someone with substantial experience working in Trusts Fundraising, as well as strong project development skills, who can take our fledgling portfolio of funders and transform it into a pool of engaged supporters invested in MRF’s work in the long-term. You will have a demonstrable track record of securing five-six figure sums, the ability to create propositions in collaboration with programmatic colleagues, and the confidence to present compelling cases for support to a range of philanthropic organisations. Role Overview

The Philanthropy Manager is responsible for the effective delivery of high value philanthropy activity, with a particular focus on major donors and high net worth individuals, including individuals engaged through the World Fellowship and other senior donor networks. About the role:
We are looking to appoint an experienced fundraiser to manage a portfolio of corporate partnerships to help fund the growth of our care services, and to build relationships with companies to help them achieve their CSR goals.
Reporting to the Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager. You will be part of a team driving Rainbow Trust’s Corporate income, building and maintaining the pipeline through effective networking and stewardship. We are looking to appoint a Family Support Manager on a full-time basis (35 hours, 5 days per week), to deliver a high-quality family support service as part of our Greater Manchester Care Team to families in the local area, at a time where they need it most.
