Job description

Project Officer, Workplace Engagement

 (ref: SUS2920)

£24,446 per annum - 37.5 hours per week – 12 month contract

Wishaw and across Lanarkshire

This is an exciting role with a variety of responsibilities, working alongside NHS Lanarkshire staff to produce a series of site specific Active Travel Action Plans (ATAPs), engaging NHS staff across Lanarkshire through a range of activities designed to increase the number of active and/or sustainable travel journeys for commuting and business travel, ultimately contributing to the Sustainability Assessment Tool and Sustainability Strategy.

You will have experience of and be passionate about sustainable behaviour change and/or employee engagement project delivery in a workplace setting and have experience of leading group workshops and organising and running events. You will have excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills, the ability to deliver engagement activities and promotional events and the ability to motivate and enthuse others. You will need excellent organisational skills and to be able to prioritise and manage your own workload. You will also be IT literate and committed to the promotion of sustainable transport.
