Job description

London School of Theology is looking for a friendly and helpful Enquiries Officer who possesses excellent customer service and communication skills, a high standard of attention to detail and strong organisational ability.

Working in the Communications and Admissions teams you will join a small and friendly group responsible for student recruitment, providing students with information, advice and guidance across a range of areas. You will provide effective communication to prospective and current students and other stakeholders in a professional manner from the Reception help desk.

The position of Enquiries Officer will suit an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has the desire to provide excellent customer service and be the first point of contact for students and visitors. 

The successful postholder will have some administrative and customer service experience but a willingness to learn and a warm, professional and welcoming manner are equally important.

It is a Genuine Occupation Requirement for the postholder to be a practising Christian in accordance with the Equality Act 2010: Part 1, Schedule 9.

All candidates should have the right to work in the UK.
