Job description

Based in Liverpool

Role: Money Advice Supervisor

Hours: 25 hours per week (more available if funding allows)

Pay: SO1 point 23-25 (£26,999- £28,785) pro-rata

Established in 1999 Raise is an advice service that supports clients within their own home with welfare benefits, debt and financial capability advice at a specialist level. You will be working with a team of Money Advice caseworkers to deliver a caseworker service within the Greater Merseyside Money Advice Partnership (GMMAP) under the Money and Pensions Service quality standards framework.

This is an opportunity to be involved in managing and achieving the quality requirement of the contract. In order to achieve this, we need a highly motivated individual who is passionate about money advice and has meticulous attention to detail. You will be experienced in providing specialist money advice and be able to support and develop a team to achieve high standards of quality of advice and share best practice.
