Job description

We're looking for a People & Wellbeing Executive to be responsible for delivering efficient administrative support and knowledge that facilitates the smooth running of the People department for all other team members. This role is central to maintaining a cohesive and positive working environment, and will be the first point of call for all People related matters, offering expertise on basic HR matters.

The People & Wellbeing Executive will lead on organisational recruitment, selection, and onboarding, ensuring that peoples’ first experience of MHFA England is a positive one. They will also help to ensure that the wellbeing, health, and safety of all colleagues is prioritised and that we are compliant in this area.

Equity will be embedded in all aspects of the work of the People team to foster an inclusive environment for everyone in the MHFA England community.

This is a hybrid role with regular travel to Central London, where you’ll collaborate with colleagues to support our mission.

Interviews are provisionally scheduled for 26 and 27 August. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted on 24 August to confirm arrangements. If you require any reasonable adjustments or are unable to attend on these dates, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please refer to the Job Description for full details of the role.

We are committed to ensuring our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible to all. If you require any adjustments, whether that's receiving documents in alternative formats (such as large print, Braille, or audio), applying via a different method, or needing support during interviews, please let us know. We’re happy to accommodate individual needs to ensure everyone has an equal opportunity to apply and succeed. If you’d like to discuss accessibility or request adjustments, please contact us via Charity Job or the MHFA England website.
