Are you the person everyone in the office turns to? The one who knows what’s going on, and can charm a stressed colleague into a good mood — while still keeping the databases spotless and the audit trail airtight?

We need an Office Administrator who’s great to have around and great at getting things done. You’ll work closely with our London team and colleagues across the UK — building relationships fast, keeping things moving, and making sure the admin never misses a beat.

About us: The Hepatitis C Trust is one of the largest lived-experience organisations in the UK. We work with people who often struggle to access healthcare — people who’ve had hepatitis C, experienced homelessness, been through the criminal justice system, or used drugs — delivering outreach health services in prisons and communities across England, Scotland and Wales.

You’ll:

• Be the go-to person staff and volunteers actually enjoy dealing with, UK-wide
• Keep our databases and registers (incidents, risk, policy, performance) sharp and current
• Oversee governance systems and support finance administration and data protection
• Run our HR system (Breathe HR) and get staff using it confidently

You’ll need: natural people skills and a knack for winning people over, solid admin (Excel, Word, Outlook), database experience, and strong organisation. A governance, finance or HR background would be helpful but is not essential – we can provide training and all our staff get a great training budget to help them develop their career. What we’re really after is someone people are glad to see, who works hard and can manage a varied and interesting workload in a busy organisation.
