Income Processing Officer | Immediate Start | Homebased

Homebased | Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm | 3-4 month contract (possible extension)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected national charity for an experienced Income Processing Officer who can start immediately and quickly become a key part of the Finance and Fundraising team.

What you’ll do

• Process and post fundraising income accurately.

• Import and maintain supporter donation data.

• Run and quality-check monthly Gift Aid claims.

• Process invoices and reconcile donation reports to bank receipts.

• Liaise with Finance, Fundraising teams and external agencies to ensure accurate coding and compliance.

What we’re looking for

• Proven income processing experience, ideally within the charity/not-for-profit sector.

• Strong CRM skills (Raiser’s Edge and/or Salesforce).

• Good working knowledge of Excel, Crystal Reports and Microsoft Access.

• Solid understanding of Gift Aid, GDPR and fundraising compliance.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines independently.
