Salary: Up to £52,784 pro rata per annum plus excellent benefits.

Contract: Permanent (Three month probationary period/job share review period)

Hours per week: 22.5 hours per week (Wednesday to Friday). You will be required to work in-person a minimum of one day per week, in line with our hybrid working model.

About the role:

We are looking for a media manager to work as a job share partner in our small, start-up style team on our public campaigning initiative. This role provides an exciting opportunity to jointly lead on our earned media approach, working to secure high-quality coverage of our campaigns and the Health Equals coalition across print, online and broadcast media to influence public opinion and political change.

East London Rape Crisis provides free, confidential specialist support for women and girls who have been raped or experienced any other form of sexual violence or abuse at any time in their lives, regardless of whether or not they have reported to the police. About You

The Women’s Caseworker provides proactive short-term support and casework to female victim-survivors of sexual violence. You will work as part of a growing feminist Rape Crisis service that is developing to meet the needs of women and girls. Who we are -Cranstoun is a social justice and harm reduction charity. We offer a wide range of services across England including housing & homelessness, substance use, domestic abuse, children & young people and criminal justice. 

About the job - An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our supported housing services in Wandsworth.The service has 30 units of accommodation across 5 sites. This role will operate across our various levels of supported housing, including a flexible threshold unit that adopts a harm reduction approach with flexible tolerance toward drug use.      

You will be part of a team providing support to the residents in the service and will be required to work on a rota basis that includes every other weekend. The service is set up to support residents to stabilise their substance use, focusing on harm reduction whilst improving independent living skills and achieving their individual goals. As a keyworker, you would keywork not less than 2 residents, providing support and advice through regular planned keywork sessions. In addition, you would work closely with our partner organisations to ensure that the residents receive support tailored to their needs. You would also contribute to the running of in-house groups and sessions, as well as external activities and days out, 

You will receive on the job training and support, as well as access to a wide range of learning opportunities, both from Cranstoun and partner organisations. We are looking for people with experience of providing support to people with multiple disadvantages, experience of working in a supported housing setting would also be advantageous. Role Purpose

The Camden Food Mission is a new service designed to deliver advice in food settings across Camden. This service is a direct response to local food insecurity across the council. It will deliver a floating advice service embedded primarily within food support locations, aiming to reach people who would not otherwise access advice services. The service will focus on stabilising income, managing debt, and reducing reliance on crisis provision.

The project will be delivered through a mix of face-to-face, telephone, and digital channels. Face-to-face appointments will be held in community food locations, with an emphasis on a flexible, visible presence to maximise reach.

We are recruiting a full-time debt adviser to join this project, to work alongside an established and experienced generalist adviser.

Ideally, you will be an experienced money adviser, and able to deliver high quality debt advice and on-going casework to clients. You will be an approved DRO intermediary or be willing to work towards becoming a DRO Intermediary by completing the relevant training. You should also hold the IMA Certificate of Money Advice Practice (CertMAP) or be willing to work towards obtaining this. The CertMAP and DRO Intermediary status are prerequisites to be considered at Senior Level.

Role Profile 

• Provide debt advice and specialist casework that is in-depth and complex and covers the full range of debt advice.
• Work to achievable targets in line with the criteria set by the funder.
• Interview clients using sensitive listening and questioning skills in order to allow clients to explain their problem(s) and empower them to set their own priorities.
• Research and explore options and implications so that clients can make informed decisions. Act for clients where necessary using appropriate communication skills and channels.
• Advise clients who are eligible for a DRO of the possible implications, duties and obligations and complete and submit DRO applications on their behalf.

About you and the role 

We're looking for an inquisitive, analytical and collaborativeResearch and Policy Officerto join our growing team. 

You'll play a key role in helping Digital Care Hub become the leading source of evidence, insight and practical guidance on digital transformation, data, AI and cybersecurity in adult social care. 

Working across our national programmes, you'll design and deliver research projects, analyse policy developments, engage with providers and partners, and translate complex issues into clear, practical resources that help the sector improve. You'll contribute to consultation responses, produce reports and briefings, support national events and webinars, and help us demonstrate the impact of our work. 

This is a varied role that combines research, policy development, stakeholder engagement and programme delivery. No two weeks will look the same—you could be facilitating a roundtable with care providers, analysing survey data, drafting a briefing for government, interviewing providers for a case study or helping develop new guidance on AI in social care. 

You'll work closely with colleagues across Digital Care Hub and our national partners, taking an entrepreneurial approach to identifying emerging issues, generating insight and turning evidence into action. You'll report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will have the opportunity to shape the development of our research and policy function as the organisation continues to grow.

About the Service

East London Rape Crisis provides free, confidential specialist support for women and girls who have been raped or experienced any other form of sexual violence or abuse at any time in their lives, regardless of whether or not they have reported to the police. We offer confidential and independent support.  Services include advocacy, emotional and practical support, one-to-one counselling and group work.

About You

In the role of Young Women and Girls Advocate you will hold a caseload of young women and girls aged 11-17 years old, who have been subjected to sexual violence. You will support those whose choose to report through the criminal justice process. In addition, the role involves providing broader support to young women and girls to address the multiple impacts of sexual violence. This post involves travel across East London, and a hybrid model of home and office working.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Rape Crisis Service in a supportive feminist organisation. We’re looking for a highly organised and self-motivated woman who is passionate about ending violence against women.  You’ll have a ‘can-do’ approach and demonstrable commitment to nia’s feminist approach to supporting women and girls.
