Individual giving assistant jobs in Islington, greater london

Harris Hill is seeking an Individual Giving Assistant, to support a mental health charity, for 1 months, then week by week beyond that, to support the charity on a part time basis.

The client is looking for someone to work 3.5-4 hours per day, ideally 09:30 -1pm, with 2 days in the office, but may be flexible.

Requirements for IG Assistant

Starting as soon as possible

Times of cover required: approximately 3.5-4 hours per day, or similar/equivalent 

Location: Hybrid, remote working with 2 days a week in London office

Responsibilities: 

Answering the phone line, including handling enquiries, complaints, and taking/cancelling donations over the phone

Responding to queries sent to the Supporter Care inbox

Donation processing for postal donations

Dealing with incoming post for individual giving

Digital and postal fulfilment

Thanking for supporter donations

Adding any relevant information to our CRM following supporter interactions 

Other administrative tasks to support the team such as invoice processing, copy editing/proof reading, payroll giving data imports
