We’re looking for an Individual Giving Coordinator, who will play a critical part in coordinating activity and supporting leadership across our Individual Giving directorate, which includes various fundraising teams.

What does this role do?
As Individual Giving Coordinator, you’ll:

• work closely with Heads of department across Individual Giving, regularly updating to key project plans and owning the administration of the full fundraising plan for the directorate,
• play an instrumental role in the smooth running of team events, from planning for conference to taking minutes and distributing actions at meetings,
• Prepare data for use across the directorate, including preparing regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external audiences,
• collaborate with colleagues in internal communications to ensure the work of the directorate is shared with the rest of the organisation consistently.

Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for week commencing 15th December 2025 and will take place on Teams.

Could this be you?
To be successful in this role, you’ll need some experience providing administrative support to a team, preferably combined with a good understanding of fundraising. You’ll have excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as strong communication skills to interact with a variety of stakeholders. You’ll need some project management skills, with experience of coordinating multiple, competing priorities and working closely with leadership to move projects forward.

The Role

This role will play a crucial part in supporting a wide range of fundraising, marketing, and communications activities for Cosmic. As a key member of the Income Generation team, the individual will help raise vital funds and awareness that enable and enhance the charity’s work, whilst also contributing to the delivery of effective marketing and communications that promote our impact and engage our audiences.

This role requires someone with a genuine interest in working across multiple fundraising areas — from corporate partnerships and community fundraising to individual giving, events and challenges, trusts and foundations, event support for Cosmic led events, and in-memory and legacy giving. You will bring strong organisational, communication, and creative skills to support activity across these streams. In addition, you will collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Manager to develop engaging social media content, enhance brand visibility, and contribute to impactful digital and supporter communications across all of Cosmic’s channels.

This varied and dynamic role will include research, administration, planning, content creation, and creative thinking. You will support the delivery of fundraising activities, events, initiatives, and campaigns, as well as contribute to marketing efforts such as social media, email newsletters, website updates, and storytelling. A key part of the role will be ensuring our supporters, donors, and online audiences receive high-quality, consistent, and engaging communications. With the wider team’s support, the role will also aid the growth of new corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fundraising and income generation support

• Working alongside and supporting members of the Income Generation team, gaining a better understanding of the various fundraising and income generation activities.
• Be a key contact for fundraising enquiries.
• Collation and sending of information, including fundraising materials, to potential and current supporters and advising on queries relating to fundraising.
• Support the organisation, planning, promotion, and delivery of fundraising, stewardship and other events.
• Ensure that all fundraising activity operates with the Fundraising Regulator’s guidelines, code of practice and GDPR practices.
• Identify and support opportunities to raise awareness of the charity including giving presentations, attending meetings and local events.
• Aid the growth of individual giving programmes, including regular giving, one-off donations, and donor stewardship journeys.
• Assist in researching, writing, and submitting grant applications to trusts, foundations, and statutory funders.
• Maintain accurate donor records using the charity’s CRM system, Donorfy, and ensure data is up to date, accurate, compliant, relevant and reportable.
• Support the planning and delivery of fundraising campaigns, appeals, and community events.
• Assist with event set-up and pack-down, ensuring all materials and equipment are in place.
• Provide excellent donor care and stewardship, including timely thank-you communications and proactive engagement with supporters.
• Help identify new fundraising opportunities and potential partners through research and networking.
• Meet with supporters in person and provide a first-class experience for them by providing tours of the units and any tailored information they require.
• Support the administration and logistics for fundraising events, including volunteer coordination and post-event evaluation.

2. Marketing and communications responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, the website, and campaign materials to raise awareness of the charity’s work.
• Social media content capture and uploading of activities at all Cosmic led events onto all relevant channels.
• Coordinate social media channels, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Support marketing campaigns for fundraising events, appeals, and awareness initiatives.
• Work with the Marketing and Communications Manager to ensure brand consistency across all supporter-facing materials.
• Gather stories, quotes and visuals from beneficiaries, supporters, and partner organisations (with appropriate permissions) to promote activities and support to Cosmic.
• Update and maintain website content, ensuring information is accurate, compelling, and user-friendly.
• Assist in producing digital assets, such as graphics, short videos, and email campaigns.
• Conduct basic analytics reporting for digital platforms, tracking engagement, reach, and campaign impact.
• Help coordinate Public Relations activities, including drafting press releases and maintaining media contact lists, in liaison with the Marketing and Communications Manager.

3. Cross-team and administrative responsibilities

• Work closely with the Senior Fundraising Executive, and wider Income Generation team to ensure smooth coordination between fundraising and marketing activities.
• Liaise with clinical partners, hospital staff, and external stakeholders to gather information that supports fundraising and communications content.
• Support the implementation of internal processes for campaign planning, supporter stewardship, and content production.
• Attend events, meetings, and training sessions as needed to represent the charity.
• Provide general administrative support to the fundraising and marketing functions including processing donations, handling enquiries, and maintaining shared resources.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to help refine and develop the charity’s fundraising and marketing approach.
• Audit the inventory of all materials necessary for both events and volunteering.
• Sending thank you letters to supporters in a timely manner.
• Spending time meeting with families and staff on the units, using this time as an opportunity to build positive relationships. Supporting the Service Delivery team with massage days for the clinical staff and other key events such as World Prematurity Day and other ad hoc and seasonal activities.
• The role is incredibly varied, and no two days are the same.

About the role

We are seeking a transformational and visionary Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) to lead a national youth focused organisation, dedicated to promoting peer-led early intervention support for those in need. The successful candidate will be the first employed leader, propelling Youth4Youth from its robust foundations to the next stages of its development. The CEO will be responsible for turning our recently developed, yet ambitious, strategy into reality. The Legacy Executive plays pivotal role in delivering exceptional fundraising services for our client Royal Trinity Hospice. You will be responsible for delivering excellent stewardship and supporter care – both of which are essential to achieving Trinity’s (and Compton’s) fundraising objectives.

You will inspire and support individuals in engaging with Legacy Giving, developing relationships that encourage a gift in their Will to Trinity. You will support in the development and management of legacy focused campaigns and products as well as exploring new opportunities for income growth. 

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Support the Head of Legacy Giving to identify, develop and maximise fundraising (and income) opportunities through fundraising products and events, and developing supporter relationships.
• Provide first class stewardship and donor care, ensuring donors and supporters feel supported and appropriately thanked.

• Inspire new supporters while maintaining and developing existing relationships.

Job Overview

The Mass Market team’s mission is to inspire the UK public to financially support the IRC in order to help people impacted by conflict and disaster. Key accountabilities:

Programme execution and development

• Deliver revenue-generating standard value and mid-level appeals, across direct mail, email and SMS ensuring all activity is designed and tailored to inspire and engage supporters
• Deliver upgrade, cross-sell and reactivation activity across multiple channels and products, including email, telemarketing and SMS

About This Role

We are looking for an exceptional Outreach Manager to lead our outreach and develop excellent referral partner relationships across London. Our Outreach Manager will play a vital role in ensuring that as many women as possible know about and can access our service. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, passionate, strategic, and relationship-driven individual to grow our reach and impact within London (and beyond). 

The role would be based across all of London and our three London centres (Islington, Ladbroke Grove and Croydon). You will be expected to travel to and attend outreach events, as well as meeting referral partner organisations. Across the world, courageous activists are working tirelessly to protect LGBTQI communities and advance equality. But they lack resources and funding is fragile, especially in the Global South. LGBTQI groups receive a tiny fraction of international development aid.

GiveOut exists to bridge this gap. We provide a platform for individuals, businesses and others to give tax efficiently in one place, ensuring sustained funding for LGBTQI human rights activism worldwide. By pooling donations, we provide grants to pioneering organisations, empowering them to defend our communities, tackle inequality and campaign for lasting change.

In just seven years, we have provided over £3 million in new funding, supporting nearly 60 LGBTQI organisations globally. Our grant partners report back on their achievements, and we share their impact with our supporters, demonstrating the tangible difference their generosity makes.

About the Role 

The Director of Operations is a member of GiveOut’s leadership team, partnering closely with the Executive Director, they will lead on all operational matters, ensuring GiveOut is an efficient, compliant, and resilient institution capable of delivering lasting impact.

The Director of Operations oversees the charity’s financial and administrative systems, human resources, compliance and risk management, and internal communications. They will support the Executive Director in strategic planning, budget management, governance, stakeholder reporting, and cross-organisational projects, deputising for the Executive Director when required.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader with strong operational, financial, and people management experience who is passionate about advancing LGBTQI rights globally.

Key Responsibilities

Governance and Compliance

• Support the Executive Director in servicing the Board of Trustees; preparing papers, coordinating meetings, and onboarding new trustees.

• Ensure organisational compliance with statutory, legal, and data protection requirements.

• Lead on risk management, maintaining robust policies, risk registers and assessments, and mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate the annual audit and reporting to the Charity Commission.

Strategy and Planning

• Partner with the Executive Director on strategic planning, helping to strengthen GiveOut’s sustainability and impact.

• Support the Executive Director in exploring new markets, operating models, and partnerships.

Financial Oversight

• Lead on financial management, including budgeting, cashflow forecasting, management accounts and financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, charity regulations, and audit requirements.

• Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities to strengthen financial resilience.
   

Operational Management

• Lead the smooth and efficient running of daily operations, ensuring systems and processes support the team’s effectiveness.

• Identify and implement process improvements across functions to drive efficiency, accountability, and collaboration.

• Oversee internal communications and office management, fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative working culture.
   

Management and Human Resources

• Provide effective line management and leadership to team members in the Operations Grant-Making and Communications teams. 

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance review processes.

• Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with GiveOut’s values.

• Cultivate a learning culture and support staff wellbeing and professional development.

• Oversee payroll, pensions and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
   

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven leadership and management experience, ideally within a charity or non-profit setting.

• Strong financial literacy and experience with budgeting, reporting, and audit coordination.

• Knowledge of charity governance, compliance, and risk management.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and foster a positive organisational culture.

• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Commitment to GiveOut’s vision, mission, and values, and understanding of issues facing LGBTQI communities globally.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Experience working with Boards of Trustees.

• Familiarity with UK charity law and the regulatory environment.

• Understanding of international development or human rights sectors.

• Experience implementing GDPR and data management frameworks, with knowledge of best practice in data protection and security.

• Understanding of cyber security principles and practical approaches for small charities.

• Proficiency with accounting and CRM systems (e.g., Xero, Blackbaud/Salesforce, Google Workspace).
