As the Prospect Research and Communications Manager, you will take a leading role in identifying five, six, and seven-figure prospects for the Relationship Fundraising team. Role Purpose:
The Helpline Supervisor will provide support, guidance and supervise the helpline advisors and in the future helpline volunteers. We are looking for a dynamic individual who has the skills, experience and aptitude to work with the Trustees to refine and support delivery of The Pixel Fund’s overall vision and strategy, and to be the public face of the charity.The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the charity, currently carried out by a part-time administrator, which position is to be discontinued following the CEO appointment.
We are looking for an individual with experience of working in a leadership role with a board of Trustees, ideally with hands-on experience in grant-making and grant management, including managing a portfolio of live grant-holders.Strong financial and budgetary management skills are also desirable, in particular to reduce the Charity’s reliance on the Voluntary Treasurer.

About the role
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to help deliver SSAFA volunteer support to the serving community.
You will work closely with the Serving Community Manager to develop SSAFA’s support to the serving community through its volunteer delivered Serving Community Teams and the Community Volunteering Service.
