Are you ready to use your admin and customer service skills to make a real difference? We’re looking for a friendly, organised Supporter Care Assistant to join a busy Marketing & Engagement team. You’ll help manage donations, support fundraisers, and ensure our supporters feel valued, all while gaining hands-on experience in the charity sector.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to supporter emails and calls promptly
Update databases and process donations
Support community fundraisers
Manage online shop orders and postage
Keep inboxes and records organised
Skills & Experience
Previous customer service or office/admin experience
Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
Reliable, proactive, and a team player
Passionate about making a difference
Desirable: experience in the charity sector or fundraising
