Help shape the future of CEOE

The Centre for Education Operational Excellence (CEOE) is entering an exciting new phase — we are now looking for an experienced operational leader to help build the next chapter of CEOE’s growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in building a more integrated, resilient and scalable organisation, reinforcing the foundations for long-term growth.

CEOE brings together ISBL, Solutions, Research and International. As CEOE enters an exciting new chapter, we’re looking for a leader who can connect the Group, strengthen how we operate, and turn new opportunities into sustainable, consistent, high-quality delivery.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead cross-Group operational coordination. Your skillset will transform how we work, reduce duplication and key-person dependency, improve management information, support technology-enabled change and create more capacity for strategic leadership and growth.

You will be someone who can

· Lead organisational change and operational transformation in a complex environment.

· Bring teams, systems and processes together across different areas of activity.

· Move confidently between strategic thinking and practical implementation.

· Use data, technology and continuous improvement to improve efficiency and service quality.

· Build trusted relationships and influence senior colleagues with sound judgement.

Your opportunity

This is a pivotal opportunity to shape how CEOE operates and support its next phase of development. In your first year, you’ll help build an integrated operating model, drive our technology roadmap, strengthen organisational resilience and create the foundations for sustainable growth.

Ready to help shape CEOE’s next chapter? Here’s how to apply

Please submit your CV and a two-page cover letter explaining your interest and how your experience meets the person specification. For more information, please contact our recruitment partners Propelo.

Applications close at 23:59 on Thursday 24 September 2026.

Application sifting will take place on Friday 25 September, with interviews during the week commencing Monday 28 September 2026.

CEOE welcomes applications from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences and is committed to a fair and inclusive recruitment process.
