About the role
The Wear it Pink Manager plays a vital role in the successful planning and delivery of our biggest and most established mass participation event – Wear it Pink.
We have ambitious plans for this sector leading product and we need the right person leading the team. We need someone who’s really able to make things happen. Driving the product forward, be creative and engage the entire organisation – all with supporters sitting at the heart of their thinking.
Leading a team of two and a wider matrix team of cross organisation colleagues, you will ensure that we have the processes in place to enable the product to run effectively and efficiently. You’ll design a supporter journey that feels personal, inspiring and which leads to in-year support as well as repeat participation. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager who will be responsible for generating registrations for the campaign.

About you
An experienced product officer or manager, you’ll be an expert in designing processes and supporter journeys for fundraising products with a keen eye for detail, processes and a creative flair. You’ll need to have the right balance between execution and leadership and will need to be able to build relationships that unlock product success.
You’ll have experience working with external agencies to deliver effective and engaging campaigns, and you’ll feel confident in ensuring the charity’s best interests are always at the heart of their work.

Primary location of role and hybrid working
This role is primarily based in our London office. Our hybrid working model allows you to work up to 3 days per week at home.
