MYcommunity Lambeth works in partnership with a large number of statutory and community services and organisations across the borough. You will link clients with appropriate services to meet their needs. The role has responsibility for all aspects of the site - working closely with the centre’s senior leadership team you will deliver excellence across the areas of trading and admissions, visitor experience and engagement, learning and marketing, living collections and the wetland reserve - a Ramsar wetland site, Special Protection Area (SPA) and Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) on account of its internationally important wetlands. WWT's charity headquarters are also based at the Slimbridge site, and you will work closely with the team, jointly contributing to the delivery of WWT’s Wetlands are the way 2030 strategy.
About You

Role Purpose
The RDA Coach is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of safe, effective, and engaging sessions at Lowlands Equestrian Centre. The Coach role ensures that all sessions meet the needs of disabled riders while maintaining high standards of equine welfare, volunteer support, and compliance with RDA guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Session Delivery
· Lead and deliver all ridden sessions, ensuring they are safe, inclusive, and tailored to individual rider needs.
· Lead other activities at the centre when needed.
· Complete session risk assessments and retain responsibility for maintaining safety throughout.
· Take overall responsibility for the effective running of sessions, including setup, delivery, and close-down.
· Ensure all sessions align with RDA standards and best practice.

Session Planning
· Plan structured and progressive ridden sessions to support rider development and enjoyment.
· Adapt session plans to meet the varying abilities and goals of riders.

Horse Allocation

Record Keeping

o Attendance

· Provide clear briefings before sessions and debriefs where required.

About You:

As an experienced domestic violence advocate who has worked with complex and multiple needs, you will be skilled in risk management and safety planning, remaining calm in a crisis and in handling sensitive information on a daily basis.
Experience of direct work with female survivors of domestic violence and of working within safeguarding procedures is essential for this post, as is the need to adopt and promote a strong partnership approach to service provision. We are seeking a passionate and experienced IDVA Team Leader to join Birmingham's new Family IDVA Service. You will use data, quality assurance and learning from practice to help identify trends, strengthen service delivery and support continuous improvement.
You will provide advice and guidance to colleagues around safeguarding, risk and case complexity, ensuring the service prioritises the safety, dignity and individual needs of families. You will work closely with Birmingham Children's Trust, Family Hubs, Early Help, education, health, community organisations and other statutory and voluntary sector partners to strengthen referral pathways, promote access to support and improve coordinated responses for families affected by domestic abuse. Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday on a rota varying between 08:00 - 21:00. You may be required to work outside these hours dependent on service and resident requirements including weekends and bank holidays so flexibility will be required. You will also take part in our out of hours on call service for managers.
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Service Manager to join our service based in Romford . Our service is a Independent Approved Premises commissioned by Criminal Justice Service (IAP) based in Havering. You will support residents recently released from prison in a residential setting, helping them reintegrate into the community. In this role, you will support in leading the team by providing overall leadership to the service and line management responsibilities to support, enable, and empower your team to deliver high quality support to our residents.
You will also support some day-to-day team responsibilities, including providing tailored support directly to residents. As a Manager, you will help drive service outcomes in line with contractual requirements, ensuring quality and consistency within a trauma‑ and psychologically informed environment. You will work collaboratively with the team, wider services, and external partners to ensure the service runs smoothly. We’re looking for a solution‑focused individual with experience in similar service environments, who can create a safe space for individuals to learn and grow, while continuing to embed trauma‑informed and psychologically informed practice that puts people and communities at the forefront.
