About the role: We are seeking to recruit an experienced IDVA. You will provide high-quality, proactive support to victims of domestic violence and abuse, delivering services to those at high risk, as well as low or medium risk clients when required. This role operates within Bromley & Croydon Women’s Aid (BCWA) but contributes to the Safe Horizons London Partnership, ensuring survivor-focused, culturally competent, and intersectional support.The IDVA will work collaboratively with the Safe Horizons network, supporting victims/survivors through both in-person advocacy and the partnership’s bespoke digital platform, which provides access to specialist modules, resources, and 24/7 support where appropriate.

About Working Well Trust

Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.

What you’ll be doing

If you were working with us, you would hold a varied caseload of clients with lived experience of mental health, autism and/or a learning disability. You would support clients to identify their employment goals, build confidence, prepare for work, and navigate any barriers they may face.

Your work would be entirely person-centred. You would support clients in line with their preferences and aspirations, helping them identify roles that match their strengths. A key part of the role involves approaching employers, explaining the value of our service, and working with them to identify suitable opportunities for clients. You would continue to support both clients and employers to help individuals sustain their employment.

You would work closely with referring teams, maintaining regular communication and ensuring a coordinated and client-led approach. You would also work to agreed targets while maintaining a high-quality, supportive service that reflects the principles of SEQF and the British Association of supported employment.

What you’ll need

Experience in employment support is not essential. We are looking for someone who brings:

• A genuine desire to support people into meaningful employment.

• Commitment to person-centred work and enthusiasm to learn the SEQF approach.

• Confidence engaging with employers and promoting the benefits of our service.

• Good organisation skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.

• Beneficial (but not essential): experience working with people with learning disabilities or Autism.

We are recruiting a Head of HR / Business Partner to lead and deliver a best practice HR function for Flint House, ensuring the provision of high-quality, compliant and strategic people services that support operational excellence and the Charity’s mission of providing evidence-based rehabilitation to serving and retired police officers.

Reporting to CEO as a member of the Exec team, with one direct report, this role operates at both strategic and operational levels, advising Trustees, the CEO and senior leaders while ensuring effective day-to-day HR delivery across the organisation.

We are flexible and will consider applications for full time and part time. The role is very much site based due to staff base and patients, but there is potential for one day hybrid working a week.

Key responsibilities and competencies :

• Lead on complex employee relations matters including capability, grievance and disciplinary cases.

• Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on all employee relations matters.
• Maintain and develop employment contracts in line with organisational needs and legislative requirements.
• Support managers in managing absence and attendance effectively.

Successful candidate will be CIPD Level 7 or similar experience with evidence of continuing CPD.

Flint House Police Rehabilitation is a registered Charity offering rehabilitation services to ill or injured serving and retired police officers suffering from a wide variety of physical and mental health conditions. Every year we treat over 3,000 police officers. Located just outside Goring on Thames in our beautiful Flint House and set in 20 acres of ancient woodland, this key role will drive the people and culture objectives for the Charity.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with legal experience to join Shelter as a Trainee Paralegal/ Legal Adviser and help us deliver an effective service for people experiencing housing issues in London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in standing up to the housing emergency.

About the Role

You will support our solicitors to maintain an active caseload, enabling our clients to enforce their housing rights while ensuring a high standard of client care. Your role will be varied and will include taking instructions and witness statements, drafting letters, making applications, providing court representation and making sure time recording income targets and professional and quality standards are met. You will work closely with the team in London Hub to continuously improve and integrate our services.

About you

You will need a good understanding of Civil Procedure Rules, be able to write reports and meet financial targets, as well as being able to provide a good standard of professional service and client care. You will have excellent communication skills, both in writing/drafting and face-to-face along with proficiency using case management systems and time recording. If you have housing law experience and Legal Aid/ CCMS this would be an advantage but is not essential. You enjoy collaborating as part of a team and are able to encourage and support colleagues to meet Shelter’s strategy.

• Liaising with external agencies, networks, and partners to strengthen the Higher Education and Careers programme
• Engaging parents and carers in the careers guidance process and attending parents’ evenings
• Organising meaningful employer encounters that inspire students and expand their understanding of the workplace
• Attending results days and enrolment days
• Supporting wider team members by sharing best practice and offering shadowing opportunities
• Acting as a point of contact and mentoring new team members to aid their development
• Providing careers-related evidence and supporting academies during Ofsted inspections

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A Diploma in Careers Guidance or Qualification in Careers Guidance to Level 6

FearFree delivers services across the Southwest for victims, children and perpetrators of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking, with the aim to break the cycle of abuse and support all to live free from fear. We provide trauma responsive support, and this post will be fundamental to ensuring service users, stakeholders and partners experience this in our daily delivery.

The varied and rewarding role involves delivering trauma-informed, one-to-one educational support to adult victims of domestic abuse.

Working collaboratively with our IDVA (Independent Domestic Violence Advisors), you will help ensure that support is safe, inclusive and effective for people with a range of experiences and risks. About the role

The Community Support Worker will play a key role in our community support team and service provision.  Leading a team of volunteers, they will manage community enquiries through our helpline, digital channels, and in person at our Welcome Area, ensuring that IRMO remains a warm and accessible space for all.
