Specific responsibilities
Supporter care, stewardship and engagement
- Recruit, manage and support guests attending Back Up’s high-profile special events, delivering a seamless and memorable experience from invitation to follow-up.
- Work closely with the Partnerships Team to engage, steward and strengthen relationships with corporate partners and sponsors connected to special events.
- Recruit, develop and manage a dedicated team of volunteers, supporting them in line with Back Up’s volunteering policy and ensuring they feel confident, motivated and appreciated.
- Partner with the Finance team to ensure robust, efficient processes are in place to handle income, process donations and thank supporters promptly and accurately.
- Support Event Committee members by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and enabling committees to play a meaningful role in the success of events.

Operational Events Co-ordination and Support
- Deliver the operational coordination of Special and Cultivation events, including managing enquiries, fundraising communications and timely supporter thank-yous.
- Prepare and maintain detailed risk assessments with the Special Events Manager to ensure safe and professional event delivery.
- Manage and build strong relationships with key suppliers and service providers.
- Work with the Communications Team to deliver creative marketing and communications plans that grow audiences and raise awareness of events.
- Support the Special Events Manager to develop and deliver the annual special events fundraising plan, contributing to budgets and KPIs to increase income and reach.
- Proactively identify and develop new and existing Special and Cultivation event opportunities.

The Role
Reporting to the Director, this is an exciting opportunity to lead and strengthen our fundraising strategy, ensuring sustainable growth in income to support our mission of protecting and restoring tropical forests and inspiring climate action.
The Fundraising Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing an ambitious fundraising strategy, with a strong focus on corporate partnerships and trusts.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development and Income Generation
● Develop and deliver a comprehensive fundraising strategy for the charity (with a strong but not exclusive focus on corporate partnerships), aligned with the charity’s 5-year strategic plan.
● Research, identify, and build a pipeline of new funding opportunities to diversify and expand income streams, such as corporate partners, trusts and foundations, high net worth individuals and individual giving.
● Prepare due diligence checks on potential new funding opportunities to be presented to the board / senior management.
● Develop compelling cases for support and tailored proposals to secure significant income from corporate partners primarily.
2. Systems and Process Improvement
● Establish and implement new systems for organising, stewarding, and monitoring corporate funders, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

3. Relationship Management and Stewardship
● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective corporate funders through effective stewardship and engagement.
● Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent relationship management for corporate partners.
● Work with the Communications and Marketing Manager to maximise fundraising campaigns such as the Big Give.
4. Events and Engagement
● Lead on the planning and delivery of a flagship summer event designed to attract funders, with the aim of securing new partnerships and long-term support.
● Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the event is well-promoted, impactful, and aligned with the charity’s mission.
● Organise and attend meetings, presentations, and other events to engage with funders and promote the charity’s work.
5. Reporting and Evaluation
● Monitor and report on fundraising income targets, maintaining accurate records of all funders and partnerships.
● Working with the relevant programmes teams, provide regular impact reports to funders, demonstrating the outcomes of their support.
● Evaluate the success of fundraising initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
6. Team Collaboration
● Work collaboratively across the team to develop funding proposals and case studies.
● Work closely with the Communications and Digital Fundraising Manager to develop online donations and regular gifts and improve the digital marketing and eNewsletter (for increasing donations).

Training will be provided to ensure that all candidates feel supported in their role and progress in their career development. Role summary
Forest Peoples Programme (FPP) is recruiting a Fundraising Manager to enhance fundraising capacity and ensure long-term financial sustainability of the organisation. This new role has been designed to work closely with the Head of Programme Engagement, as well as programme and operational colleagues to increase income from philanthropic, bilateral and multilateral donors.

The Relationship Fundraising team at Alzheimer’s Research UK (ARUK) is responsible for securing income from individuals, regional businesses and groups fundraising in the community, effectively managing relationships to maximise income.
The Relationship Fundraising role will play a significant part in contributing to a high-performing fundraising team. The role will cover area of West London.
You will report to the Relationship Fundraising Manager and support the Head of Relationship Fundraising & Volunteering to drive the continued growth of the charity’s fundraising income in your area. Key Responsibilities:
Strategy, finance, and reporting
· Responsibility for stewardship and relationship building with supporters within the region.

The Generous Giving Manager is a very exciting and influential role at the Diocese, as you will build on the strong and energetic foundations within our two-person Generous Giving Team to strengthen the financial sustainability of local churches by encouraging generosity in time, talents and financial giving.

Key responsibilities

About you
You’ll be an experienced statutory fundraiser with a strong track record of securing significant funding and managing funder relationships. You’ll be confident working with senior stakeholders, comfortable with financial and impact reporting, and motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
You’ll bring:
- Proven success securing income from statutory and lottery funders, including six-figure grants (seven-figure desirable).
- Experience developing funding proposals aligned to organisational strategy, including monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
- Strong experience managing relationships with government and public sector funders.
- Confidence in budget setting, financial reporting and income/expenditure management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including bid and report writing.

As Senior Member Network Account Manager, you will be the main contact for several Member Networks, including Divisions.
