Job description

Working at the heart of the organisation, you will play a vital role in supporting the CEO, coordinating strategic priorities across teams, ensuring strong governance, and helping to keep the organisation moving forward.

In this role, you will:

• Provide high-level support to the CEO, including diary, correspondence and stakeholder management
• Help keep the CEO's strategic priorities on track by monitoring actions, coordinating projects and ensuring effective follow-through across teams
• Support the Board of Trustees and its committees with meeting administration, governance processes, papers and minutes
• Provide executive support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT)
• Manage and maintain Trustee and ELT SharePoint sites
• Support governance activities, organisational events, stakeholder communications and relationships with key funders

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and confident supporting senior leaders and Boards, with excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and strong Microsoft 365, SharePoint and digital skills. Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity would also be highly beneficial.

Salary: £34,000-£38,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Hours: 35 hours per week

Please note that Board and Committee meetings are held outside normal office hours and regular evening attendance will be required. Time off in lieu will be provided.
