We’re now seeking aHead of Communications, with exceptional PR campaign experience, someone who canlead high-impact multi-channel campaigns that influence opinion and spark conversations. You’ll set and drivea bold, integrated communications strategy at a significant cultural moment for Bible Society. You will ensure we continue to speak clearly and confidently into both the Church and wider public life, helping position the Bible as a source of wisdom and hope. This is a role for a gifted communicator who can navigate complex cultural issues with clarity and grace, while bringing theological sensitivity, cultural intelligence and strategic insight
You’ll oversee all aspects of our external and internal communications – from media relations,campaign delivery, digital engagement and reputation management to editorial quality, storytelling and internal messaging. Leading a talented multidisciplinary team, you will help shape how Bible Society is understood, trusted and talked about, equipping senior leaders (including our Chief Executive) to communicate with confidence and impact.

In this role, you’ll develop and align content to achieve two core aims: raising Bible confidence among Christians and engaging the spiritually open with the Bible in meaningful, accessible ways.
As Content Manager, you’ll lead a multi‑disciplinary team including a Creative Specialist, Editorial Assistant and Copywriter, playing a central role in shaping and delivering impactful content. You’ll work with the Head of Marketing to develop briefs that turn organisational goals into actionable content strategies and collaborate with colleagues to deliver and distribute that content effectively.

Join our Interserve National Office team based at St John's House, the historic home of the 'Call the Midwife' sisters. Interserve is committed to working cross culturally amongst the peoples of Asia and the Arab World.
We are looking for a personable Finance Co-ordinator to join our small friendly team at our National Office in Birmingham.
You will need to have a passion for Interserve’s vision and mission as well as hands-on finance experience. Basic book keeping with knowledge of accounting are essential, along with accounts preparation and experience of using an accounting system or database.
The role includes:
Processing and accounting for all supplier invoices and payments,
Completing month end journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
Assisting the Finance Manager with the preparation of draft accounts, and year-end preparation, including accounts accruals and reconciliation.
Liaising with suppliers, tender applications and independent examiners and responding to audit queries.
Preparing and submitting Gift Aid claims in a timely manner

In return, our National Office offers a welcoming, prayerful community, with a commitment to supporting staff wellbeing and flexible working arrangements.
The salary for this role is in the range of £30, 691 - £36,481 for full time hours, dependant on experience and qualifications. This is a hybrid role which can be worked from the office and at home, with a minimum once a week attendance at the National Office in Birmingham. Additional days on site will be required during the induction phase (up to 3 months).

This role works with the Church Engagement Manager to create multiple points of connection for UK Churches and church-based volunteers to engage with BMS and with our story of mission. It will create and maintain relationships with churches and key Baptist leaders to help ensure they recognise BMS as an organisation which can take them deeper in their understanding of mission and global transformation.
For this role, knowledge of BMS’ supporter base, experience of the evangelical aspects of BMS’ mission and full support of its missionary work are crucial.
