About the role
We are looking to hire a Senior Fundraising Events Coordinator within Restless Development’s UK Fundraising team. The fundraising team’s income has grown year on year and there is huge potential to continue to grow this further and create impact at scale.
The Senior Fundraising Events Coordinator will be primarily working on the Schools Triathlon programme and managing all PR & social media comms, and also supporting on both merchandise and sponsor management. The Schools Triathlon is the UK’s largest fundraising and sporting event for children aged 7-13. Its aim is to encourage more children into sport while also teaching them the importance of fundraising. Over the years, the events have raised over £3.4m for Restless Development and local charities and over 9,000 children have taken part. We are aiming to deliver 15 events in 2026 and significantly expand the series..
We are looking for an energetic team-player, proactive individual with great interpersonal skills who is happy to learn and get stuck in.
Key responsibilities
Deliver and event manage high-quality Schools Triathlon events in 2026 and beyond
- Throughout September to February, present assemblies for the Schools Triathlon to inspire school-age pupils to sign up and take part in the Schools Triathlon series, and motivate them to fundraise by delivering a fun and engaging presentation.
- Develop strong professional relationships with various important stakeholders from host schools throughout the year, in person and online; as well as with participating schools through the delivery of assemblies and in comms prior to the event day.
- Work with our event delivery partners to deliver 15 events throughout April, May and June 2026, ensuring that the event logistics, host school requirements, participant details are finalised and managing host school relations.
- Respond to enquiries from parents and guardians on our dedicated inbox and mobile phone when needed.
- Develop a good working relationship with the Triathlon Committee, made up of Restless Development staff and volunteers, while still keeping the appropriate members informed and bringing in support as and when needed.
- Update on relevant KPIs and income where needed
- Support the Senior Fundraising Manager with recruitment of regional volunteers when needed
Schools Triathlon social media & PR
- Lead on all social media activity for the Schools Triathlon across our social media channels
- Lead on liaising with external PR and Host school stakeholders to deliver exceptional PR across the Schools Triathlon event series
- Lead on being the main contact for all Host School marketing teams, ensuring effective working relationships are in place and maintained to an excellent standard
- Report monthly on KPIs, ensuring effective tracking for social engagement across all channels
- Work closely with the Comms team, to ensure best working practices and collaboration is in place
- Together with the Head of Fundraising, lead on the drafting and development of the Schools Triathlon parent comms
- Manage the partnership with our events photographers
Sponsors
- Together with the Head of Fundraising, develop a sponsors partnership prospect list that aligns with our social values for year 2027 and beyond
- Lead on the project plan for our sponsors with support from the Head of Fundraising
- Set, monitor and report on the progress of KPIs and fundraising as and when needed
- Work with the wider team to plan and deliver an excellent stewardship journey for sponsors ensuring continued engagement
Systems, Processes & Communications
- Support the wider team with event comms responding in a timely and professional manner.
- Use DotDigital to communicate to schools and event participants
- Competent use of Excel to process data and regularly update internal and external databases.
- Manage the Schools Triathlon website, ensuring that it is up to date and relevant.
- Accurate and timely logging of information into Restless Development’s registration system Eventrac and CRM, Salesforce – executing mass imports, new individual records, and regularly cleaning data.
- Understand and manage fundraising using the digital fundraising platform, JustGiving, ensure all pages set up are logged on our CRM.
Other
- Must attend the Schools Triathlons as needed across April, May and June and other occasional evening and weekend work, for which time off in lieu will be given.
- Support on wider charity initiatives as and when needed
- Many of the schools we have relationships with are not accessible by public transport, so it is vital you have access to a reliable roadworthy vehicle. All travel will be reimbursed in accordance with Restless Development’s travel policy.
- Manage our Schools Triathlon Leader programme, working with the wider team to recruit and develop the opportunity for graduates/young people

Expected travel:
Frequent travel around your county and other areas in the UK for school assemblies and school meetings. - Collaborate with the Marketing team and Programme Manager to support the growth and visibility of the programme, including contributing to marketing communications and coordinating activity to maintain engagement.

- This is a hybrid role based in London or Oxford, with a minimum of 8 office days per month

Job Purpose
The Marketing and Campaigns Manager is responsible for the delivery and implementation of the company’s marketing, campaigns and district event activity. 37% of children from disadvantaged backgrounds left primary school in England in 2025 unable to read to the expected standard (KS2 attainment data 24-25) . Chapter One is a fast-growing charity, with a vision of a world in which all children have the literacy skills they need to thrive. We work to ensure that all children have 1:1 reading support at the time they need it most.
Our Early Literacy Intervention (ELI) programme (based on a model that serves 20,000 children successfully in the USA) provides daily, 1:1, 7 minute phonics sessions for children who are behind in phonics. Using a bespoke technology tool, a trained Early Literacy Interventionist works individually with target children.
This ELI role, reporting to the Senior ELI Programme Manager, is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop and grow their knowledge of phonics and/or their teaching skill set. It is ideal for someone with previous school experience who is looking for a new and exciting challenge.
You will conduct initial baseline assessments and then deliver differentiated, 1:1, targeted, 7 minute phonics sessions to pupils using a systematic, synthetic approach. Although you are employed by Chapter One, you will work closely with the school team to understand the progression of the school’s phonics teaching; establish tailored plans for each child and feedback on pupil progress. Using your knowledge and insight, you will also collaborate with colleagues at Chapter One to further improve the ELI model, the online tool and programme delivery.

About Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance
Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) exists so nobody in Scotland suffers or dies because medical help cannot get there in time. People can get sick or have accidents anywhere and anytime. But in Scotland there are places where urgent medical help cannot reach people. Or help gets there too late. And when lives are at risk every minute matters. The Role
As part of our strategy for growth and national impact, SCAA is seeking a motivated individual to manage our newly formed Data function, as Data and Insights Manager. This is a hands-on managerial role, which will contribute to both the immediate data management requirements and lead on the development of the longer-term Data and Insights Strategy for SCAA.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in embedding a culture of data-driven decision making, using insights and analysis to support future growth, with a particular focus on fundraising, marketing and supporter engagement. They will ensure the right frameworks and infrastructure are in place to allow for effective data management and data-driven decision-making across the charity.
This role can be fully remote, with the option to work from Perth Airport, where SCAA headquarters are located or our Aberdeen base at Aberdeen Airport, if preferred. Occasional travel to our Perth base will be required for the successful candidate. SCAA supports flexible and hybrid working arrangements—our current approach typically includes two office days per week for those working on a hybrid basis. Open Rights Group (ORG) is recruiting for a Pre-Crime Programme Manager
The Pre-Crime Programme Manager leads our work on predictive policing and surveillance within the criminal legal system and counter-terrorism policy, with a particular focus on raising awareness of, and challenging, the impact on over-policed and over-surveilled communities.
They are responsible for the development and implementation of the Pre-Crime programme, working with the Senior Management Team (SMT) and other staff to expand the programme’s profile, network and funding opportunities.
As a Programme Lead, they will also be responsible for working with the SMT and other Area or Programme leads to further develop and uphold ORG’s values and collaborative working culture. They will be recognised as an issue-expert and senior leader within the organisation.
Activities
This is a permanent position at Open Rights Group, and we have secured a number of project grants to deliver the following activities:
- Lead and manage the Safety Not Surveillance (SNS) Coalition, the UK’s only coalition fighting to prohibit AI- and data-driven predictive policing. SNS brings together grassroots partners with national organisations to build power in communities, secure media coverage, engage decision-makers and mobilise those with lived experience.
- Develop detailed policy positions on the deployment of AI and data-driven technologies by private and public actors in criminal justice, immigration and national security.
- Advocacy to encourage decision makers, including MPs, Lords, Government departments and the Information Commissioner’s Office, to adopt ORG’s and the coalition’s recommendations.
- Conduct campaigns that raise awareness of the threats posed to people’s digital rights by the data-driven technologies in policing and counter-terrorism, as well as more broadly.
- Through research and FOIs, help build a legal case with our partners against covert Police-led pathways under Prevent, the UK’s counter-terrorism programme.
- Opportunities to campaign against digital ID, the Online Safety Act and to protect freedom of expression.

You’ll quickly learn our story, meet the team, and understand the impact Youth Zones have. Then, you’ll get out there meeting individuals, businesses and community leaders across Bristol and beyond showing them how they can be part of something special. Our Founder Patron campaign is already underway, and you will play a key role in driving it forward in the lead up to our grand opening this year. You’ll build important relationships and secure long term support for 224 Youth Zone. When we open, your focus will shift to keeping those relationships strong, helping first time supporters become lifelong partners through thoughtful and creative engagement. You will also lead the way in growing our wider support base, finding new ways for businesses and individuals to get involved and give back.

London based development role to equip DPOs with the tools, knowledge and confidence to create and develop resources to support Disabled people.
Disabled People’s Organisations (DPOs) are grassroots, community-led organisations led ‘By and For’ Disabled people. They work to the Social Model of Disability and ensure that their lived experiences and voices protect and enhance rights and drive advocacy, decision-making, and systemic change.
About the role
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Proven ability to support multifaceted projects, meet deadlines, and deliver impactful outcomes.
- Confidence in and experience of transforming organisational, movement, and institutional knowledge into clear, practical and accessible training resources across multiple platforms for grassroots and community organisations.
- An understanding of the Social Justice landscape, Disability Justice and intersectional principles. Strong awareness of how these principles impact policy, advocacy, and their application to Led By-and-For organisations and groups.
