About the role:
We’re looking for a Fundraising Officer to join Aspire’s small, agile and supportive Fundraising & Communications team. You’ll be an all‑round fundraiser, working across corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, and community, events and individual giving. You’ll help grow and diversify our voluntary income so that more people across Oxfordshire and the Thames Valley can move out of homelessness, poverty and long‑term unemployment into secure work and housing.
This is a hands‑on role with real variety: one week you might be crafting a pitch for a new corporate partner, the next you could be pulling together a trust report, planning a community fundraising event or writing supporter communications. You’ll have room to shape the role around your strengths while learning from experienced colleagues.

- Helping to grow and steward corporate partnerships across Oxfordshire and the Thames Valley, from prospect research and pitches to volunteering and sponsorship.
- Supporting a strong pipeline of trust and foundation applications and reports, telling Aspire’s story with clarity and evidence.

About you:
You don’t need to tick every box, but you will bring:
- Experience in at least one of: corporate fundraising, trusts and foundations, community/events or individual giving, plus enthusiasm to grow across all three.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your tone for different audiences.
- Confidence building and managing relationships with supporters, customers or partners.
- Good organisational skills and comfort working to deadlines and targets.
- A genuine commitment to tackling homelessness, poverty and disadvantage, and alignment with Aspire’s values.
Experience with Salesforce or AI tools would be helpful, but we’re more interested in your mindset: curious, proactive, organised and keen to learn.

Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

Help keep our food bank running and support people facing food insecurity across South Bucks
One Can Trust is a thriving local charity supporting individuals and families experiencing hardship across South Bucks. Alongside our food bank, we run a clothes bank, toddler groups and a community café. With a dedicated team of 11 staff and over 400 volunteers, we currently support around 360 people each week.
We are looking for a practical, organised and community-minded Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day running of our warehouse operation. This is a hands-on role that combines stock management, volunteer supervision, health and safety responsibilities and general warehouse administration.

About the role
As Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the food bank warehouse. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse or stockroom management experience who is happy to be actively involved in the physical day-to-day operation.

Hours: 17 hours per week (Monday to Friday, ideally 8.30am to 11.30am), plus approximately two flexible hours per week as required for food collections and operational needs.

Key responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect and record food donations from suppliers, businesses, community groups and members of the public.
- Organise and rotate stock to ensure food is stored safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure adequate stock levels are available for food parcel preparation.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
- Report shortages, surpluses or operational issues to the Operations Manager.
Volunteer Coordination
- Supervise and support warehouse volunteers during daily operations.
- Provide clear guidance and ensure volunteers follow warehouse procedures.
- Work closely with the Volunteer Coordinator to ensure sufficient volunteer cover.
Food Stock Management
- Carry out and review weekly stock checks.
- Identify low stock levels and report requirements to the Operations Manager.
- Liaise with the Finance and Procurement Coordinator regarding purchases.
- Oversee the collection of surplus fruit and vegetables, including undertaking collections when volunteer support is unavailable.
Health & Safety
- Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture within the warehouse.
- Carry out routine checks, including temperature monitoring and environmental checks.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, manual handling and warehouse procedures.
- Act as Deputy Fire Warden.
- Work with external contractors, including pest control and PAT testing providers.
- Escalate concerns and support the implementation of health and safety improvements.
Facilities and Vehicle Management
- Support the upkeep, security and maintenance of the warehouse building.
- Ensure the charity van remains roadworthy, legally compliant and well maintained.
- Liaise with waste management providers and other service contractors.
- Undertake other reasonable duties as required to support the charity's operations.
About you

You will be a crucial part of a dynamic team, working closely with our Senior Planning and Supporter Income Manager within the fundraising team. You will be a first point of contact for mass participation fundraising enquiries, build meaningful and lasting relationships and actively seek fundraising opportunities.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in relationship building with some fundraising, volunteering or events experience. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be dedicated to improving people’s lives.
Job Description
The post holder will be the first point of contact and lead for third party mass participation activities and work within the fundraising team on other events as needed to assist in the delivery of our events programme. The broad responsibilities will be:

The Community Fundraiser will be joining Pepper at an exciting time as we launch our new three-year fundraising strategy. The role:
This is an exciting role within the Communications Team at Glass Door Homeless Charity. The Marketing Officer will lead on the creation and delivery of multi‑channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, help generate vital income and maximise impact across our Communication and Fundraising activities.

- Experience of programme coordination, partnership working and learner engagement
- Experience of supporting or line managing staff, tutors, volunteers or community champions
- Strong communication, organisational and relationship-building skills
