UK Maths Trust is a charity that exists to advance the education of children and young people in mathematics. We do this by working with hundreds of volunteers across the UK to organise Competitions and Challenges that promote problem solving and teamwork.
As the Mathematical Programmes Administrator, you will work closely with Programme Coordinators to support the delivery of the UKMT’s competitions and activities. You will collaborate with teams across the charity, providing additional support as required during periods of high workload.

Main duties:

To work with the Director of Mathematical Programmes and the wider Mathematical Programmes team to assist with the smooth operations of our activities. This may include:

The Investment Director (ID) is a key member of the Investment Team, playing a leading role in identifying, assessing, and supporting portfolio partner charities and other non-profit organisations to deepen their impact and scale their outcomes. About the Investment Team
The Investment Team is responsible for selecting portfolio partners, managing our charity investments and supporting our portfolio partners to improve and scale their impact.
The Investment Team also leads the Impetus Leadership Academy, a leadership development programme to support talent from ethnic minority backgrounds in the UK youth sector to progress into senior leadership roles.
The team is made up of 18 people, including former teachers, charity chief executives, charity impact leads, management consultants, social investment portfolio managers and impact consultants.
The team is led by a Portfolio Director who sits on the Senior Management Team. The Portfolio Director has 5 direct reports: a Deputy Portfolio Director, three Sector Leads (who lead our work in School engagement, School attainment and Employment Sectors) and an Impact Lead. Sector Leads line manage 6 Investment Directors. Investment Directors line manage Investment Managers (currently 5). Investment Directors and Investment Managers tend to primarily focus on a sector but might have mixed portfolios, depending on need, experience and interest.
The Investment Team has a good track record of role progression. All four Leads and a number of our Investment Directors were promoted from within the team.

Key responsibilities
Finding high potential charities and non-profit partners for our portfolio
- Identifying potential charitable organisations for investment
- Leading in-depth due diligence process within the scope of a grant round, to assess and build partnership foundations with potential partners – covering leadership and governance, and their impact, scale, and partnership potential;
- Modelling from first contact of origination, our approach to engaged and trust-based investment management support;
- Developing and presenting high quality investment propositions to our Investment Committee.
Managing partnerships with portfolio partners
- Managing relationships with partner Chairs and CEOs
- Agreeing Service Funding Agreements, including appropriate annual investment milestones to allow for a clear assessment of re-investment potential at end of phase
- Regularly monitoring and assessing partner progress / risks against milestones and making evidence-based recommendations on progression or exit to Leads, Portfolio Director and the Investment Committee

Job Purpose:

Job Summary
The Senior Partnership Officer will play a pivotal role in building, strengthening and diversifying Bipolar UK’s high‑value relationships, with a particular emphasis on corporate fundraising and identifying strategic, mutually beneficial collaborations that support the charity’s long‑term needs.
Working closely with the Strategic Partnership Manager, you will manage and grow our portfolio of major donors, corporate supporters, and strategic partners. You will provide exceptional stewardship, ensuring partners feel valued, engaged, and inspired to deepen their relationship with us.

What the job involves
Our Events and Community Fundraising team raises vital funds for Prostate Cancer UK through a wide range of activities, events and challenge events. As Senior Community Fundraising Executive, you’ll be a key member of our sector-leading team, raising over £5 million each year from individuals organising their own fundraising events and local-level corporate partnerships.
You’ll work closely with the Community Fundraising Manager to identify, test and develop new opportunities across our community fundraising programme, supporting our ambitious five-year strategy and growth plans. You’ll project manage mass-market fundraising campaigns to recruit, convert and inspire community fundraisers, working in partnership with colleagues and external agencies to brief, plan, deliver and evaluate paid marketing activity.

About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, passionate and growing team at a pivotal time in the organisation’s development. As Team & Events Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting the smooth running of Cambridge Global Health Partnerships (CGHP) and delivering high-quality events for members, partners and supporters.
This is a varied and hands-on role, working across administration, finance, programmes, communications and events. You will be at the heart of the organisation, providing excellent coordination, organisation and stewardship, while helping the team maximise their impact both in the UK and internationally.
This role would suit either someone keen to develop a broad range of skills within the charity sector or an experienced administrator looking for a new and rewarding challenge.
Some of your key responsibilities will be to:
- Act as first point of contact for general enquiries.

Event & Comms Coordination
- Support the end-to-end coordination of online and in-person events, e.g. setting up online meetings, booking in-person venues, sending invites, collecting feedback. These events include:

- Our Funders Collective events that bring funders together to exchange ideas and explore how funding can drive deeper impact.

Programmes

Who we’re looking for
We are looking for an experienced, people-oriented project manager who is excited to help us deliver and scale innovative data programmes. You will work directly with organisations from across the third sector to understand their missions and translate their challenges into well-scoped projects. You will also support teams of volunteer data experts to scope projects and deliver impactful data science solutions.
You don't need to write code or run analysis yourself, but you should be comfortable working alongside technical experts, asking the right questions to scope data projects, and translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll need to hold conversations with data scientists about what's feasible, help charity partners understand what's possible with their data, and know when to bring in additional technical expertise.

Essential skills and experience
- Project management: You are a skilled project manager, successfully leading projects involving multiple stakeholders from conception to completion. You can plan ahead, allocate resources, identify and mitigate risks, and bring in additional expertise as required.
- Scoping and needs assessment: You have experience collaborating with clients/stakeholders to assess their challenges, translate them into project plans, evaluate their feasibility, and create delivery plans.

Working hours and location
This is a full-time role (35 hours per week); however we will consider part-time options (28 or 32 hours per week) for a strong candidate. Working hours are flexible, but we ask that 75% of working time is within the hours of 10am and 6pm, to facilitate team working and real-time collaboration.
The role requires regular out-of-hours commitments - roughly one weekend per quarter and 2-4 evenings per month for volunteer events. This work is part of, rather than additional to, your hours, and you must take time off in lieu for any extra working hours.
Our organisation is remote-first, and this role is hybrid, with access to London office space on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and quarterly in-person commitments in London. We have a preference for candidates able to work from our office space in London at least one day per week. There may be occasional national travel within the UK for other events and conferences, with reasonable expenses covered.

The Aspiring Professionals Programme Coordinator (APPC) role will be well-suited to someone who is focused on the best ways they can help the aims of the charity as well as those of our participants and partners. An APPC is responsible for supporting the delivery and development of the Social Mobility Foundation’s programme of activities for young people through their S5-6/sixth form and university years.

Job Title: Fundraiser - Third Party Events

Context and Background
The NSPCC's mission is to end cruelty to children. In order to carry out its charitable work, we rely on the fundraising support of people across the UK for 90% of its annual income. Within Income Generation, our aim is to provide maximum resources for the NSPCC and children by working together to create the best possible donor experience by building long -term relationships to create a supporter experience which is different, better and more rewarding than that of supporting any other charity.
The Mass Participation Team (MPT) is an important part of the Philanthropy and Partnerships department within the Engagement and Fundraising directorate. MPT is responsible for attracting new supporters through our mass participation events and products to maximise fundraised income, and to optimise onward journeys to retain supporters within the NSPCC family.
The Mass Participation Team focuses on three areas of fundraising;
- Third party events – sporting and challenge events organised by third party suppliers, where we market spaces, recruit participants and support them in raising money in aid of the NSPCC. For example, the TCS London Marathon, Cardiff Half Marathon, Ultra Challenge series, skydives, bespoke treks.
- Schools Fundraising – a suite of fundraising products tailored to schools across all educational settings, including Number Day, the Kindness Challenge and Classmaster.
- DIY fundraising – supporters who choose to organise their own fundraising event or activity. Whether they take part with family or friends, at work or at school, we support them through stewardship and fundraising materials to help them reach their fundraising goals.
Job purpose
The role of the Fundraiser is to manage a number of events in the third party events portfolio. The Fundraiser will be responsible for working as a proactive member of the team to ensure that the participation levels and net income from each event/activity are maximised. The key aspects of the role are:
- To project manage specific event activities, co -ordinate cross fundraising activity, develop materials, keep track of budgets and evaluate as appropriate

- To be responsible for updating databases and supporter information systems on a regular basis in line with Data Protection legislation and NSPCC policy and procedures to ensure all records are up -to-date and accurate.
- To lead regular team meetings and actively participate in department meetings, contributing to strategy, discussions and decisions which will be beneficial to the NSPCC’s development of fundraising activities.
- To maintain an awareness of own and others’ Health and Safety and comply with the NSPCC’s Health and Safety policy and procedures.
- To take personal responsibility for keeping up to date with NSPCC work to end cruelty to children, including securing updates on project and service developments and general NSPCC news and also ensuring that the fundraising team does likewise

Overview
Involve Community Services is a local infrastructure charity that supports the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sectors of Bracknell Forest and Wokingham Borough. We offer development and governance support, funding advice, grant writing, volunteer and trustee recruitment, and a comprehensive training programme. We also run several well-being projects that include Community Navigation, Cancer Support and Social Prescribing within Wokingham Borough.
Role summary
The Community Development Worker will work across Wokingham Borough to assist small charities, community groups and social enterprises who have a health and well-being focus, as well as those organisations who aid residents with protected characteristics. They will assist organisations to find solutions to existing challenges and overcome barriers to optimise their delivery, e.g., through sourcing volunteers, committee members, funding opportunities, forming simple governance structures, and seeking premises.
The post holder will advocate for members of the community with protected characteristics as well as those whose voices are seldom heard, and act as a voice for marginalised groups, to aid inclusive decision making and delivery of services across the borough. The postholder will develop a broad, informed view of the local Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sector and will communicate this to colleagues within Involve, the wider Friendship Alliance (a collective of charities who have a shared interest in addressing loneliness and social isolation), and to statutory partners. The postholder will also identify gaps in provision and help to develop or enhance existing partnerships so to optimise their impact to residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly attend community events throughout Wokingham Borough
- Create quarterly reports to articulate the work of the postholder.
- Act as the face of Involve and the first point of contact for organisations and community groups in Wokingham Borough
- Signpost organisations to Involve’s Core Services
- Signpost residents to Involve’s Wellbeing Services
- Support Community Navigation attending outreach events
- Report key barriers and gaps in services to the CEO and Admin & Partnerships Manager on a regular basis
- Keep the Wellbeing Services up to date with new or changing community groups & services
- Support the Hub Coordinator and fellow site users when onsite
