More about the role: This is not a formal therapy or counselling position. As Therapeutic Coordinator, you will coordinate the therapeutic input for up to four school or partner organisation visits each month, holding personalised conversations with young people, facilitating reflective group discussions and working closely with visiting staff to ensure each child gets the support they need during and after their time on the farm.
You will also write personalised reports, contribute to daily farm life through walks, meals and shared activities, and act as the farm’s Designated Safeguarding Lead, helping ensure safeguarding practice is followed confidently and consistently.
About you : You’ll bring strong professional experience of working with young people facing challenging circumstances, with the warmth, curiosity and patience to build trusting relationships. You may come from youth work, education, mentoring, social care, pastoral support or a similar field, and will be confident supporting young people through reflective and relational approaches. You’ll be organised, collaborative and flexible, with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to Jamie’s Farm’s values and the communities we support.

About the Role
As a Psychological Therapist for Refugee Council, you will deliver specialist, culturally responsive psychological therapy and psychosocial interventions that improve the mental health, wellbeing, and resilience of unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and young people across East Sussex. CHOICE IN HACKNEY is seeking an experienced Advocacy Trainer and Mentor to join our Choices Into Work Project and play a key role in developing skilled and effective advocacy practitioners.
In this specialist role, you will be responsible for eight trainees/mentees each year and will develop and deliver an accredited training programme in either Disability Hate Crime or Disability & Domestic Violence, according to organisational need and learner demand.
You will design accessible training materials and deliver engaging sessions using presentations, group discussions, and practical exercises. Training will cover areas such as legislation, criminal justice processes, safeguarding, evidence gathering, advocacy, partnership working and the rights of disabled people. Domestic violence training may include safety planning, risk assessment, child protection, MARAC, housing, court processes and trauma-informed practice.
Alongside training, you will provide one-to-one and group mentoring throughout trainee placements. You will help trainees apply classroom learning to real advocacy situations, develop professional confidence and resilience, identify learning needs and build safe, person-centred advocacy skills.
Where appropriate, you will maintain a small advocacy caseload, supporting disabled people experiencing Disability Hate Crime and/or Domestic Violence with information, practical support, rights, safeguarding and criminal or civil justice processes. You will promote self-advocacy and work with specialist agencies including police, housing, legal and victim-support services.

Greener and Cleaner is a community-led charity based in Bromley, supporting residents and organisations to take practical action on climate change and sustainable living.
We’re looking for an Administrator to support the smooth running of the organisation across a range of day-to-day and project-based activities.
This is a varied and hands-on role, working closely with the team to support administration, coordination and organisational processes that enable our work to run effectively.
