About the role
Do you live in Cardiff or the surrounding area?
As a senior community fundraiser, you’ll will an important part of the team building Breast Cancer Now’s presence in Wales, with a particular focus on South Wales.
We’re looking for someone who is an experienced relationship builder, someone who can find and develop new supporters. You’ll need excellent local knowledge, and the enthusiasm to develop the local region.
The successful candidate will also be part of the team working on our large-scale project supporting and growing Asda Tickled Pink, our award-winning partnership with Asda and CoppaFeel! which has already raised over £100 million.
You’ll work directly with passionate colleagues across Asda stores in your region driving new fundraising initiatives, inspiring communities, and celebrating their incredible successes.
No 2 days will look the same as you travel, connect and engage supporters to help us grow income to deliver our mission.
The role is initially offered as an 18-month contract with the potential to become permanent.
About you
We’re looking for someone who is:
Confident in approaching new contacts and are experienced in developing new relationships from scratch. This may currently be in a customer service, account management or stewardship role.
Experienced in managing and building new and established relationships with a focus on retention and income growth.
Enthusiastic, proactive, organised and unafraid to test and try new ideas.
This role will involve being out and about in the community you’re building, so you must be able to work independently outside of the office in varying locations and enjoy being busy.
Previous experience working in a charity is not required. The ability to speak Welsh would be desirable.

Primary location of role
The candidate will need to be based in Cardiff or the surrounding area with unlimited access to their own car. Regular travel will be required to meet supporters and visit Asda stores in your region, as well as occasional travel to our London, office.

Context of Job
AFK is a national charity creating opportunities for children and young people who are disabled or neurodiverse, to increase their independence, reach their individual potential and remove the barriers they face. Our vision is a world where there are no barriers to independence for children and young people who are disabled or neurodivergent.
As part of this we offer bespoke employment skills training and organise work experience across North London. At a national level, we provide mobility equipment not available on the NHS for disabled children and young people up to the age of 25.
Overall Job Purpose
As part of the Fundraising and Communications Department this role is responsible for creating bold, inspiring new ideas for the charity across digital, marketing and communications, PR, campaigns and internal communications.
You will be passionate about telling stories to inspire action from external supporters and will have responsibility for executing the marketing plan to support events, partnerships, and campaigns. You’ll also collaborate with the Fundraising and Services Teams to identify our target audiences and make suggestions on how to communicate across multiple channels to best drive engagement.
Your creativity and passion will deliver tailored marketing and communications campaigns and you will work closely with colleagues and external agencies/freelancers as required to influence and engage external stakeholders. You will help to bring our brand promise and our mission to life for colleagues, supporters and the young people we support.
This role will provide practical support to produce videos, social media, and materials to help raise funds, increase our profile and support the wider charity.
Working Conditions
The post is 28 hours a week, split flexibly across the working week (working pattern to be agreed). The post holder may be expected to work some evenings and weekends as required by the job.
28 days annual leave pro rated will be given in addition to public holidays.

Working Relationships
This role is all about building strong relationships across the organisation to align marketing and communications with our priorities, juggling income generation, service promotion, and leadership communications.
You'll be the central communications hub, turning organisational goals into engaging content that resonates with our audiences.
You'll work closely with the Fundraising team to create compelling campaigns that engage donors and boost income. You'll partner with our Service Delivery teams to capture great impact stories and share what we do with stakeholders. Regular collaboration with the CEO is key for managing organisational messaging, supporting strategic communications, and keeping our brand consistent.
Principal Responsibilities
· Implement the Marketing and Communications strategy and plan, including tracking progress against KPIs
· Undertake a full and routine evaluation of all marcomms activity including preparing reports for colleagues and the leadership team
· Write briefs for external agencies/freelance support as required
· Oversee the maintenance of a comprehensive suite of marketing collateral that meets needs across the organisation, ensuring there is a cost-effective process in place for commissioning new materials
· Support internal communications by maintaining the Sharepoint hub front page
· Produce design and copy for inclusive and accessible marketing content including off and online for fundraising appeals, service delivery programmes and organisational brand messaging
· Maintain the AFK website, built on Wordpress, and manage the external web hosts and developers to ensure updates are successful and the website reflects brand guidelines and AFK’s tone of voice
· Produce a regular e-newsletter and increase subscribers by promoting the e-news across owned channels

Centre 33 is an ambitious and growing charity based across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. We offer a range of high-quality services to young people aged up to 25, including information and support on a “drop in” basis, mental health services, counselling, housing and financial advice, sexual health support and support for young carers.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our established ‘Someone to Talk to’ service in a Team Lead role. The Team Lead will manage and oversee a team of staff and volunteers supporting young people across Centre 33’s two hubs in our North Locality – in Peterborough, Huntingdon and Wisbech. The Team Lead will work closely with the other Team Leads and Heads of Service to jointly ensure our multidisciplinary teams deliver excellent, safe, impactful and responsive services to young people.
We are looking for a highly motivated professional with experience working within a Mental Health, or youth work role, and with experience of managing people. The Team Lead will bring strong expertise and leadership to Centre 33’s mental health support offer for young people aged 13-25 years, leading the teams delivering counselling and the wider, flexible emotional wellbeing offer. They will be responsible for providing support with case allocation, case management, reflective practice, risk management and Safeguarding. They will provide day-to-day designated Safeguarding leadership, supported by the Head of Service and Director of Services. They will develop strong relationships with local organisations and statutory services to ensure effective joint working and support for young people. This role may deliver ad hoc case work to support young people with more complex needs but will hold only a limited ongoing, regular case load.
The hours of work for this role are predominantly within core opening hours of 10 to 6pm, with some evening/Saturday working based on a rota. Due to our service delivery, it is important that the Team Lead is available for hub-based work during our core working hours.
This role will work to Centre 33’s values of being young people led, collaborative, inclusive and striving for excellence.

The role

This is a strategic and externally focused role responsible for market development, corporate engagement, and long-term commercial planning, ensuring that all opportunities align with RHASS’s mission and brand.

Strategic Business Development
- Develop and deliver a commercial growth strategy aligned with RHASS and RHS priorities.

Marauders Men's Health is a dynamic, South Wales-based charity dedicated to improving the health, wellbeing, and mental fitness of men through connection and support. We have established strong foundations, including secured funding from the Big Lottery Community Fund over three years, a full Board of Trustees, and a growing programme of 8 events each week, including Walk & Talks and Sports Hubs. We are seeking an inspiring leader to drive our ambitious strategy to engage 7,000 men and provide 330 Personal Wellbeing Plans over the next three years.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Operational Leadership
· Lead the day-to-day running and strategic direction of the charity in line with the Board’s vision.
· Develop, manage, and oversee the charity's resources and workstreams.
· Ensure governance, compliance, and policies/procedures remain in good shape.
· Support the Board with fundraising strategy and financial accountability, including financial forecasting and reporting to funders.
2. Programme Management & Delivery
· Directly manage the Programme & Projects Manager and the Regional Event Leaders, and assist in the recruitment process for the newly established Volunteering Co-ordinator and the Wellbeing Coach/Coordinator roles.
· Drive the delivery and expansion of our core programmes, including the Physical Activities (Walk & Talks, Sports Hubs), Volunteer Engagement, Community Partnerships and the Personal Wellbeing Plans (PWP)18.
· Develop and implement the Marauders Pathway Programme to establish a culture of good citizenship and peer support.
3. People & Volunteer Management
· Provide leadership, support, and development for staff, managing issues such as payroll, sickness, and holidays.
· Oversee the Volunteer Co-ordinator to develop a comprehensive volunteer management process, including recruitment, training, and 'Reward & Recognition’.
· Help inspire 100 men to give back to the community through volunteering.
4. Partnerships & IT Development
· Maintain and forge new community partnerships (e.g. with voluntary organisations, NGO’s, other charities and social enterprises) to enhance volunteering, education, and wellbeing services.
· Spearhead the development of our IT Platform, focusing on a robust website and a Beneficiary Management System (CRM) for efficient reporting, data capture, and engagement.
· Oversee digital marketing and communications, including newsletters and social media content.

As Commercial Business Development Manager for the South Region, you'll be responsible for driving the development of high-quality tender submissions. This will include undertaking market analysis and strategic service design in collaboration with colleagues from across the organisation, including operations, clinical, finance and HR.
Key priorities will include:
Project management: leading a project team to produce high-quality, competitive, and financially viable bids.
Bid writing: contributing to the writing of technical responses, implementation plans, and service models.
Commercial modelling: developing costed pricing models that reflect specifications, internal cost structures and delivery models.
Strategic analysis and pipeline development: monitoring market trends, commissioner expectations, and competitor positioning to inform our regional pipelines.
Collaboration: working closely with Directors, Operational Leads and other Subject Matter Experts to prepare for commissioning and tendering activity, including designing service models.
Compliance & quality: ensuring all models comply with procurement regulations and public sector contracting expectations.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. You will work from home, with travel across England and Scotland as required. The salary for this role is £37,000 to £44,290, depending on experience.

The Cathedral has a particular responsibility to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults in the Cathedral community. It shares this responsibility with the Diocese of St Albans. This work is wide‑ranging, and the Cathedral Safeguarding Officer (CSO) plays a central role in maintaining good safeguarding practice.
This part‑time role (15 hours per week) becomes vacant as the current postholder retires after four years, with time planned for handover with the person appointed to the role now. The CSO works with senior staff and the governing body to help lead policy development, training, reporting, and compliance with Church of England guidance. They report to the Canon for Mission and Pastoral Care and receive regular professional supervision from the National Safeguarding Team, with occasional networking with other CSOs.
Safeguarding is recognised as a shared leadership responsibility. The CSO meets weekly with senior clergy to review cases and will also work with the newly appointed non‑executive Safeguarding Lead on Chapter, the Cathedral’s governing body.
A core part of the role is promoting safeguarding awareness across the Cathedral community and understanding all activities involving children, young people, and vulnerable adults. The CSO provides professional advice on concerns raised, ensuring responses follow law and national policy, and works closely with diocesan and national safeguarding teams on complex cases. They also ensure appropriate support for survivors and proper management of those who pose risk.
About You
The Cathedral is seeking candidates with strong knowledge and professional experience in relation to safeguarding issues and proven experience working collaboratively in teams.
The post will require some flexibility in working patterns and will therefore require occasional weekend working and the ability to respond to urgent cases.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification and relevant experience and expertise in child and/or adult protection.

We're recruiting a New Partnerships Manager to be responsible for proactively identifying, prospecting, and cultivating leads in key sectors to secure new 5-6 figure, multi-year corporate partnerships with local and national businesses.
What does this role do?
As New Partnerships Manager, you'll:
- develop a prospect pipeline to raise a personal income target which contributes to an overall team target,
- support the Senior New Partnerships Manager in the identification and cultivation of new corporate partnerships, accessing a range of income streams and budget holders,
- support senior team members in attending meetings with potential corporate partners, including preparing relevant briefs in advance,
- prepare relevant and creative applications and proposals for pitches for potential corporate partners,
- work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Team to ensure the transition between new business and account management is seamless for both Dogs Trust and the new partner.
Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for week commencing 9th February 2026, and will take place on Teams. Please note, this role is based at our London office, with office attendance at least one day per week and sometimes at short notice.

To be successful in this role you'll have demonstrable experience of new business development, ideally in a charity setting, with a track record of securing six-figure partnerships. You'll be organised, articulate and credible, with a real appreciation of different budget holders within companies who may be interested in supporting Dogs Trust, and an understanding of different types of corporate partnerships. In addition, you'll have demonstrable experience of senior stakeholder management and negotiation skills, and you'll have the ability to write clearly and concisely, and to tailor written style to the needs of different audiences.
