This role goes beyond routine data collection or dashboard creation – it’s about sense-making, judgement, and enabling learning to support parishes, deaneries, and diocesan teams in achieving sustainable impact.

About the Role
· You will provide leadership in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), ensuring data and evidence are used effectively to inform decisions and enhance mission. Your key responsibilities will include:
· Leading on data, insights, and evaluation across the Diocese to inform strategy and action
· Integrating quantitative and qualitative evidence from parishes, programmes, and external sources
· Translating complex data into clear, accessible insights and narratives
· Designing and embedding a comprehensive MEL framework with appropriate indicators and learning loops
· Designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and visual tools (e.g. Power BI)
· Producing reports for governance, leadership, and project teams
· Providing analytical support to enable data-driven decision-making and project delivery
· Ensuring data integrity, quality, security, and GDPR compliance
· Collaborating with national Church teams and external partners to align evaluation with wider priorities
About You
· A minimum of five years’ relevant professional experience in data, insights, evaluation, research, MEL, or learning-focused roles, with evidence of senior responsibility, autonomy, sound judgement, and practical organisational application.
· Aligned with the mission and ethos of the Christian Church and the Diocese of Rochester
· Educated to degree level in a relevant field, or with equivalent professional experience
· Experienced in data, insights, or evaluation activity in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
· Skilled in working with both quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modelling) and Power BI (DAX / M code)
· An excellent communicator, able to present findings to senior leaders while working constructively with colleagues unfamiliar with data
· Organised, flexible, and able to travel across the Diocese, including occasional evenings or weekends

· Have experience in charity, voluntary, public, or faith-based sectors where impact is complex

We are growing our Partnerships team within SU Network, and are looking to bring on board a Partnerships Manager to help us expand our media sales and partnerships offering. Main duties and responsibilities:
Communications
Support the Chief Executive with the delivery of EECF’s communications strategy, to include:

Our Programme

Role purpose and main responsibilities
To lead our work on the Next Gen Talent Career Programme and support our other programmes helping young people (aged 16 to 25) access careers in professional services, banking, insurance and property.
Through our programmes, we help to develop young people so that they are equipped with the professional insights and skills needed for the workplace. We do this via a high-quality curriculum of events, including masterclasses, bootcamps, career coaching and mentoring that involve our corporate volunteers.
The Senior Programme Manager will take the lead on delivering the programme and outcomes across the Next Gen Talent Career Programme; whilst working in a highly collaborative and flexible way alongside our other senior programme managers, career coach and the volunteering and events manager.
Main Responsibilities

Project manage the Next Gen Talent Career Programme to ensure that participants develop the skills and knowledge needed to access professional careers in Engineering.

Manage the recruitment process for the Next Gen Talent Career Programme, including advertising the programme to our existing pool of students and wider stakeholders, managing the application and interview process.

Work with young people, corporates, funders and consortium delivery partners to develop and enhance programme delivery.

About the Senior Communications Lead
The Senior Communications Lead is a senior, hands-on leadership role, reporting to the Executive Lead, and responsible for shaping and delivering BBA’s cross-channel communications strategy. Working closely with the Executive Lead and team, you will drive increased awareness and understanding of baby banks, ensuring communications actively enable BBA’s wider goals around funding, partnerships and sector influence.
Average UK awareness of baby banks currently sits at around 33%. Building on successful national partnerships (including IKEA and ITV’s Lorraine), this role will take BBA’s profile to the next level, embedding baby bank experiences and voices at the heart of everything we do.
As a co-incubated organisation, developed with and for baby banks, strong experience of effective collaboration and understanding of the issues that baby banks are addressing, and facing themselves, is fundamental.
You will oversee all communications activity across BBA, line manage the Communications Manager and task manage the Communications and Projects Officer, and build a small but high-impact communications function from the ground up within a resource-constrained, fast-moving organisation. The Candidate:
• You’ll have experience Delivering projects. Along with extensive experience of complex, multi-disciplinary projects bringing together a variety of skills from both within and outside the organisation to plan, monitor and deliver projects on time and to budget
• You’ll be experienced in In Environmental Education (especially woodlands and rivers), including experience of volunteer and community engagement.
• You will have experience developing and delivering training programmes (preferably including accredited training through a recognised body) directly and/or through procured providers in environmental or countryside skills
• You will have experience working with, developing and managing land management and owning partners.
• You will have previous experience in roles involving public facing communications, including for example, public consultation, media work, lobbying and event management.
• You’ll be experienced in delivering community led projects and activity plans (Heritage Fund or other) and the creation and management of volunteer groups e.g. “Friends of Groups”
• You will be qualified to HND/Degree level in environmental/heritage related, community development, volunteer management and project delivery or related field is desirable.
• A full driving licence and ability to undertake travel across a wide area. Overnight stays may be required.

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is seeking a permanent Chief Medical Advisor. This is an SCS2 grade role and an outstanding opportunity to work in the largest Civil Service Department that touches the lives of citizens the length and breadth of the UK.
This is a unique opportunity for a senior medical professional to provide expert advice to inform policy, legislation, and delivery decisions at the UK’s biggest public service department, where we administer the State Pension and a range of working age, disability and ill health benefits to around 20 million claimants and customers.
This role will be the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) for Clinical Governance and Clinical Profession. The postholder will build strong relationships with senior leaders, including the Permanent Secretary, ministers, and external stakeholders, ensuring clinical advice is accurate and of the highest quality. The role requires strong team leadership, promoting an inclusive environment for clinicians to encourage development and growth while ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
As the Department’s most senior medical professional, you will provide expert advice on clinical policy and clinical governance matters to DWP Ministers and senior leaders across DWP including the DWP Executive team. The role will also work closely with other clinical teams across government as well as external organisations such as regulatory bodies, external providers and charities.
The Department has an ambitious reform agenda including priorities set out in the Get Britain Working White Paper and the Pathways to Work Green Paper and a focus on tackling rising youth inactivity.
As Chief Medical Advisor you will bring professional expertise to complex problems, influencing right at the heart of decision making. You will be a strong relationship builder, able to work effectively across a large and complex organisation, and operate as an inspiring leader.
This role has four major components:
- Leading a team of approximately 50 colleagues providing clinical advice across DWP, you will act as the Department’s expert on clinical policy matters and work with officials across the Department to ensure Ministers receive the highest quality advice on clinical policy.
- Provide the in-house clinical advice relating to disability, work, and health within DWP for Ministers and the Executive team.
- Operate as Head of Clinical Profession, where you will be responsible for training, appraisal, and revalidation of c.200 clinicians in DWP, ensuring they are in good standing with their regulatory body. There is also a dotted line of professional responsibility to 5,500 healthcare professionals within contracted provider organisations.
- As SRO for Clinical Governance, you will oversee the DWP Caldicott Guardian and Clinical Safeguarding Lead, providing final sign-off for sanctions and waivers on behalf of the Secretary of State.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate their knowledge, experience and skills against the following essential criteria:
- Excellent strategic thinking skills, with the ability to understand both complex policy detail and high level, strategic connections across a broad portfolio and an outstanding eye for critical detail.
- Experience of delivering practical and innovative responses to complex issues and responding to unplanned circumstances.
- Strong technical skills relevant to clinical safeguarding with expertise in occupational health or functional medicine.
