You will create welcoming opportunities for people to talk, connect and move forward. From facilitating drop-ins and wellbeing groups to holding one-to-one conversations and developing wellbeing action plans, your work will help people identify their strengths, access the right support and take practical steps towards getting well and staying well.
About You
You will bring at least one year’s experience of supporting people to improve their mental health and wellbeing, together with a compassionate, respectful and recovery-focused approach. You will be comfortable building trust with people from diverse communities, working independently and as part of a small team, and balancing supportive conversations with clear professional boundaries.
Strong communication, organisation and IT skills are essential. Experience of facilitating groups, coordinating volunteers, using service databases, assessing needs or risks, or working with local community resources would be an advantage. Wintercomfort works with people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or with a history of homelessness. We provide services to aid every stage of recovery - from immediate basic welfare needs to long term help in identifying and dealing with the problems which are undermining their stability, and enabling them to engage with education, employment and specialist health services. National statistics rank the numbers of rough sleepers in Cambridge within the highest 20 UK local authorities.

About you and the Role
An experienced Women’s Housing Project Worker dedicated to delivering outreach-led, trauma-informed support for women who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, experiencing domestic abuse or facing multiple disadvantage.
The role will focus on building safe and trusting relationships in community settings, with additional support delivered within the centre where appropriate, helping women access services, address housing-related barriers and work towards safe accommodation, tenancy sustainment, wellbeing and independence. The post provides practical housing-related support, signposting, liaison with partner agencies and sustained casework.

Are you passionate about seeing young people come to know Jesus and grow in relationship with him? We’re looking for a Youth Pastor to support the work we’re doing and innovate in new spaces, including taking a lead on outreach and pioneering the youth ministry at a new HT congregation in northeast Cambridge
This role has been created as part of a restructure of our youth team and will sit under the current youth pastor. Under their leadership, the postholder will take point on developing a youth ministry at a new HT congregation in northeast Cambridge, which is due to be launched in 2027. They will also assist the current Youth Pastor in facilitating our growing ministry at our city centre site.
HT has a brilliant bunch of young people, many of whom are eager to get stuck into learning, growing, and following Jesus! There are currently about 100 youth connected to HT, of whom about 60 make up a committed core. The youth are a real mix from a range of schools and areas around Cambridge and beyond.
The main event of the week is on Sunday evenings during the 5.30pm service, when the youth are usually split into younger and older youth for a combination of games, worship, a talk, small group time, and prayer. We are looking for a Senior Individual Giving Manager to join us as we embark on the next phase of our strategy to accelerate income growth. This senior leadership role leads the full individual giving line, holding acquisition, retention, supporter care and legacy together as a streamlined donor journey.
The role will focus on reducing the attrition of regular-giving supporters and growing our community lottery, alongside supporter journeys, payroll giving stewardship and migration, lottery and regular giving acquisition, and legacy cultivation.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated senior-level responsibility for an income line. They will be highly experienced in leading individual giving, regular giving or supporter retention programmes, with a strong understanding of payroll giving. They will also have significant experience of growing a lottery, raffle or similar prize-led product. Line manager experience is essential.
