About English Rural:

English Rural Housing Association is a leading national rural specialist working to provide affordable homes in small villages for local people. We own and manage around 1,600 affordable properties, spread amongst 150 villages, and have a development programme of around 200 more homes. We are looking to recruit a Repairs and Maintenance Surveyor to cover homes across the Surrey and Kent regions.

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to shape a surveyor role focused on delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance and void management. Working under the leadership of the Assistant Director of Property Services and collaboratively with housing and surveying colleagues, the role will be expected to inform and deliver agreed business strategy. Managing the performance of external contractors to achieve good value and working within agreed budgets are essential.

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in building surveying and property diagnostics. You will need good communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate and work effectively within a fast-paced environment. Experience in contract management, technical surveying and delivering customer satisfaction are essential, as well as knowledge and experience of stock condition surveying. The right candidate will have sufficient technically expertise, either from a formal qualification or direct experience. About the role

We are excited to recruit a PCN Cancer Care Coordinator to support people living with cancer across the Clifton and The Meadows Primary Care Network in Nottingham.

This role is central to delivering a holistic, person‑centred cancer care coordination service, supporting patients beyond clinical treatment and ensuring their wider emotional, practical and social needs are met. Working closely with GP practices, Primary Care Network colleagues, and the voluntary and community sector, you will help improve experiences and outcomes for people affected by cancer.

You will work in direct partnership with Self Help UK’s Macmillan Beyond Diagnosis Service, carrying out Cancer Care Reviews and Holistic Needs Assessments (eHNA), developing care and support plans, and helping people to access the right support at the right time.

• Supporting people newly diagnosed with cancer through Cancer Care Reviews and eHNAs
• Creating individualised care and support plans based on each person’s needs
• Acting as a single point of access for non‑clinical cancer support
• Referring and signposting patients to appropriate voluntary and community services
• Working closely with GP practices to ensure reviews are recorded on NHS systems
• Supporting work to increase cancer screening uptake, especially within targeted communities

Living Well Health and Wellbeing Coordinator Role:

Referrals and assessment

• Triage and co-ordinate client referrals from a range of sources, primarily health and care, in conjunction with the Living Well Manager.  These can be for the Living Well service alone, or for “Living Well Plus” where additional support is given to those clients who may require hoarding or de-cluttering support
• Communicate with referral partners to understand the trigger for referral and liaise with clients to build trust and encourage initial assessment
• Work closely with Adult Social Care, regularly hot desking at Merton Civic centre and joining GP surgery Multi-disciplinary meetings to accumulate more referrals and build professional relationships
• Actively engage in taking part in community events and meetings to promote the Living Well service and increase referrals/referral pathways
• Hold ‘guided conversations’ to assess clients’ needs and home risk, these will be conducted on telephone and through home visits

Action planning and support provision

• Create person-centred action plans to enable clients to set realistic goals to improve their overall health and wellbeing.

Overview of Job

The Fundraising Manager will play a key role in developing and delivering Gingerbread’s fundraising plans. The role leads our trusts and grants programme, producing strong, well‑evidenced proposals, building positive relationships with funders and ensuring our reporting clearly reflects our impact. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, they will help ensure fundraising is embedded in our work and aligned with Gingerbread’s strategic goals.

The Information & Advice Service is highly regarded within the London Borough of Merton and accredited with the Advice Quality Standard (AQS) and Age UK Quality Advice Standard (QAS). We have developed the service over the last five years to provide high quality advice for older people to enable them to live more healthily, happily and independently in later life.

In April 2025 – March 2026 the service worked with over 1,500 older adults across a range of issues including money and benefits, health, housing and care. During this time, we assisted older adults to generate over £820,535 of previously unclaimed benefits and make informed choices about their lives.

The role involves providing initial information and guidance, primarily over the phone, assessing need and urgency, and ensuring clients are directed to the most appropriate support.

Transparency International (UK) are looking for a Research and Investigations Officer.

You will be responsible for producing new knowledge, insights and high-quality written material, at pace, to support our strategic advocacy objectives.

You will keep abreast of developments in their field, and build expertise to inform solutions for us to advocate to key stakeholders, particularly those in parliaments and governments across the UK.

The Research and Investigations Officer will report to the Head of Research and Investigations and perform this within the UK Programme, focusing on corruption in the UK.

What will I be doing?

• building and maintaining a technical knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies and procedures to advise and support advocacy colleagues in their engagement with key external stakeholders

• translating findings and policy positions into high-impact outputs to advance TI-UK’s advocacy objectives, including reports, briefings, blogs, and draft lines for media comment

• contributing to the development of new and impactful solutions to the problems we identify through our research and investigations

• horizon scanning for significant developments in strategic areas of interest for TI-UK

• supporting the delivery of cutting-edge research and OSINT investigations, both within TI-UK and in partnership with our allies in media and civil society

• developing, maintaining, improving and promoting tools to support TI-UK’s strategic objectives, including the Open Access lobbying transparency platform

Who we are looking for?

• a first degree in in social science, a similar discipline, or equivalent experience

• up to date with trends, developments, and best practice in UK politics

• strong written communication and verbal presentation skills with ability to deliver high quality briefings, reports and presentations with minimal supervision

• experience in interpreting laws, policies and regulations and providing specialist advice and guidance to others (desirable)
