Job Title: Support Coach - Criminal Justice Services
Location: Based in Havering. Unfortunately this service does not have step free access. The closest railway station is Harold Wood Station.

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday on a rota varying between 08:00 - 21:30, approximately 3 shifts per week. You may be required to work outside these hours dependent on service and resident requirements including weekends and bank holidays so flexibility will be required.
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Coach to join our new Independent Approved Premises commissioned by Criminal Justice Service (IAP) on day shifts with a rolling rota. You will support residents recently released from prison in a residential setting, helping them reintegrate into the community. You will work with residents to create tailored support plans, identify their needs, goals, and skills, and motivate them to reach their potential. You will encourage engagement in activities and the community, provide tools for life skills, and ensure effective risk management with a strong focus on public protection. The team work closely with one another and support which achieving overall service KPI's, and you will be part of making a greater change. Everyday looks different so this is perfect for someone who wants a role where no two days are the same.

About the Role
The OUT Side OUT Spoken Navigator supports male survivors and survivor allies as they prepare to leave prison or another secure setting and rebuild their lives in the community. The role provides intensive, trauma-informed support shaped around each person’s individual circumstances, including completing risk and needs assessments and developing a tailored support plan. You’ll help people navigate challenges around housing, healthcare, benefits, employment and community connections, working closely with prison, probation, health, social care and other partner agencies. The aim is to reduce barriers; strengthen stability and ensure people continue to feel supported throughout the transition from custody into the community.
About You
You’ll have experience of providing one-to-one support or advocacy to people with complex needs and be comfortable working with trauma, risk and the challenges that can accompany release from custody. Experience within criminal justice, mental health, housing, social care or community services would be particularly helpful, as would an understanding of sexual harms affecting boys and men. You’ll be able to build trusting relationships while maintaining clear professional boundaries, manage competing priorities and work confidently with a range of partner agencies. Cambridge Sustainable Food CIC (CSF) is a non-profit organisation established in 2018 working to build a fairer, more sustainable food system which supports the community and the environment. We campaign to achieve healthy and sustainable food for everyone; food which is good for our health, the planet, and the local economy.
The Food Justice Alliance
The Cambridge Food Justice Alliance is a network of local organisations working together to address food insecurity in Cambridge and take strategic, collective action for lasting food justice. The Alliance strengthens connections across the city, supports partners to share knowledge and experience, identifies shared priorities, and coordinates activity to help residents access fair, dignified and sustainable food support. Its work is guided by a steering group with representatives from Cambridge Sustainable Food, Cambridge City Foodbank, Cambridge City Council, Cambridge United Charitable Trust, Abbey People CIO, Cambridge Ethnic Community Forum and Church of the Good Shepherd. The Steering Group shapes key themes, agrees collective actions and identifies the partners best placed to lead specific areas of work.
This is a coordination and systems leadership role, not a frontline delivery post. The Coordinator will strengthen partnership working, improve communication and shared learning, support resident involvement, and increase the Alliance's influence on policy, funding and system change. The role
St Richard’s Hospice is at the heart of the Worcestershire community, providing specialist care and support to people with illnesses which cannot be cured and support for the people who are important to them.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and creative Events Fundraiser to join our Income Generation Team on a 12 month maternity-cover basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing people together, delivering memorable events and building strong relationships with supporters.
From developing event plans and coordinating suppliers, venues and volunteers, to monitoring budgets and evaluating event performance, you’ll oversee events from initial planning through to post-event stewardship.
You’ll also work closely with colleagues across the Income Generation Team, Digital Marketing & Communications and the wider hospice to ensure our supporters receive an excellent experience at every stage.

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Assertive Outreach Worker to join our Liaison and Diversion Service. Working alongside criminal justice, health and community partners, you will support vulnerable people with mental health needs, learning disabilities, substance misuse issues and other complex challenges to access the services they need. Through person-centred outreach and practical support, you will help individuals improve their wellbeing, reduce barriers to engagement and achieve positive outcomes at a crucial point in their lives.
Catalyst Support, in partnership with Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, provides the Liaison and Diversion Service across Surrey. The service aims to identify and support vulnerable people of all ages at the earliest opportunity when they come into contact with the criminal justice system. This includes individuals experiencing mental health difficulties, learning disabilities, substance misuse issues and other vulnerabilities.
As an Assertive Outreach Worker, you will provide person-centred, community-based support to individuals following assessment by the Liaison and Diversion team. You will work closely with health, social care and criminal justice partners to help people access appropriate services, improve their health and wellbeing, and address the challenges that may place them at risk of further involvement in the criminal justice system.
The role involves engaging individuals within their local communities, supporting them to achieve their goals, reducing barriers to accessing support, and promoting positive outcomes. Through collaborative working and practical interventions, you will contribute to improved decision-making within criminal justice partnerships while helping vulnerable individuals access the support they need to move forward positively
