Information about the post

We are growing our Partnerships team within SU Network, and are looking to bring on board a Partnerships Manager to help us expand our media sales and partnerships offering. This would be ideal for a candidate with some media sales/ advertising sales/account management experience looking to step up, or a candidate who has worked in customer service, sales, or events, who wants to get into the world of advertising / media partnerships, working with major brands and the student market.

Within this position, you will support /manage the partnerships with key brands (including the likes of Domino’s Pizza!), businesses and media partners across SU Network’s portfolio of students’ unions and universities. This includes: overseeing experiential advertising campaigns and brand activations for clients across multiple university campuses; managing and facilitating digital advertising campaigns, including on websites, social media and digital screens; managing and coordinating stallholders and exhibitor bookings at promotional events; initiating, developing and managing partnerships across multiple accounts, working towards income targets at each.

SU Network is a media agency and is part of the wide range of sector leading services within KUTL, which includes catering, licensed trade, business development, retail and the nursery. With an annual combined turnover of £9 million, these make a huge impact upon the student experience.

A Rocha UK is the only national Christian conservation charity in the UK. Our mission is to mobilise Christians and churches to care for the natural world. We do this currently through a number of programmes reaching different parts of the Christian community: Eco Church for local churches, Partners in Action facilitating conservation efforts by Christian land managers, Wild Christian, supporting individuals and households to act on nature, including by campaigning, and our Convening programme, supporting Christian environmental leaders. Purpose of Job:

Working closely with a Steering Group of senior staff and expert volunteers, you’ll coordinate the modular Christian Environmental Mobilisers (CEMs) course, from helping refine course modules, liaising with expert contributors and ensuring course promotion through A Rocha’s communications, to managing participant registration, scheduling online learning sessions, and helping evaluate impact. The role will report to Andy Atkins, CEO of A Rocha UK and an experienced campaigner and mobiliser.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for food and community to be a part of FoodCycle’s after-school community meal projects.As Schools Coordinator, you will coordinate and deliver weekly family meals at your allocated schools in London (2-3 evenings per week) as well as coordinate all aspects of the projects, from volunteer management to food surplus supply.​

Our after-school community meals will be spaces where families of school children can gather at the end of the school day to enjoy a free nutritious meal and be among the school community. With the support of our National Schools & Franchise Manager you will manage local relationships with schools, community partners, supermarkets and volunteer recruitment channels to enable our meals to happen each week.​

You will have experience of working with primary school-aged children or families, in school or other setting. You will also have experience in hospitality or food businesses. You will use your excellent communication skills to manage volunteers and ensure the safe and effective running of our meals and positive relationships with school families.​

There will be frequent travel within London, with evening work required. Our school community meals are accessible by public transport.​

We have created an exciting new position in our team for an ambitious and confident relationship fundraiser. Working as part of the Partnership Team, the Philanthropy Manager position will secure critical income from new and existing major donors through compelling, donor-centred approaches and excellent stewardship.

The position will build on existing relationships with individuals who make significant personal donations, aiming to grow their contributions, as well as making approaches to new prospects, working closely with the Director of Partnerships.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Philanthropy Development

• Ensure achievement of annual income target for philanthropy
• Develop and implement plans for a structured philanthropy programme, for both new and existing donors, aligning their giving with our strategic priorities
• Take primary responsibility for managing the current small pool of major donors, to grow and sustain their giving – strategic development of each relationship will be essential
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new major donor prospects, creating propositions/proposals and making approaches, working with the Director of Partnerships
• Seek peer-to-peer introductions to new prospects, from existing donors, board members and other contacts
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to donors and internal stakeholders
• Work with the Communications team to generate media presence and content to attract philanthropic interest from new prospects
• Represent Operation Smile UK in global philanthropy discussions, applying any global strategies to develop successful fundraising plans for the UK
• Lead on development and management of any philanthropy cultivation events

Additional Responsibilities

• Create and maintain annual philanthropy budget and business plan, including activities from current supporters and forecasting new business income

The Hawk Conservancy Trust is a conservation charity and award-winning visitor attraction with a mission to conserve birds of prey. Set in 22 acres of woodland and wildflower meadow, the Trust is a centre of excellence for learning about raptors, habitats, ecology and conservation, and having a fun-filled day. There are over 130 birds of prey on view, from owls to eagles. Many of these birds are involved in the spectacular daily flying demonstrations, whilst others are part of important breeding programmes.

Communications 

• Develop, contribute to and implement impact-driven and strategic communications campaigns that build Kineara’s fundraising capacity and raise awareness of the issues

• Use a range of platforms to distribute print and electronic content including, but not limited to, newsletters, brochures, leaflets, posters reports, e-newsletters, and Kineara’s website

Fundraising

The Fundraising Manager is responsible for implementing the charity’s fundraising strategy to increase our fundraised income to support all areas of our activity. Our Time Charity is seeking an experienced Communications and Social Media Officer to strengthen our digital presence and amplify the voices of children affected by parental mental illness.

This role plays a central part in delivering our communications strategy by ensuring our message reaches families, professionals, funders and partners with clarity, creativity and purpose. You will manage our social media channels, develop engaging and accessible content, support campaign rollouts, and contribute to PR and stakeholder communications that challenge stigma and raise national awareness.

Working closely with the Communications Lead and the wider team, you’ll help shape and share stories that reflect lived experience, ensuring children feel seen, understood, and less alone, and that the wider system better understands the impact of parental mental health difficulties.

Our Supporter Marketing team is a dynamic group of creative and data-driven marketers, fundraisers and campaigners responsible for the broadest spectrum of marketing activity in the UK—from brand & DRTV TV, digital marketing, retention and engagement stewardship, integrated fundraising campaigns and mass public campaigning. About the role

As our Marketing Manager – Supporter Retention, you will lead the development and delivery of the supporter experience, stewardship, and loyalty activity within the retention and engagement programme. Ensuring a consistently high-quality Supporter Experience. This role is responsible for strengthening the emotional connection to WaterAid’s mission and maximising Brand Loyalty and Love by driving the development and optimisation of all supporter journeys and stewardship communications.

In this role, you will:

• Supporter Experience Ownership: Act as the champion for the quality of the Supporter Experience, leading the coordination and optimisation of all automated, multi-channel supporter journeys (excluding direct appeals).
• Key Channel Delivery: Own the content planning, production, and delivery for core stewardship channels, including the Supporter Magazine, Welcome Journeys, and Feedback Communications.
• Email Programme Management: Own the day-to-day coordination of the email marketing schedule across all stewardship and engagement communications, ensuring effective sequencing and segmentation.
• Programme Cohesion: Work with the Senior Manager and Income Appeals Manager to ensure cohesion and alignment across all retention programmes, safeguarding a seamless supporter experience.
• Financial Contribution: Manage the assigned expenditure budget for the retention programme and contribute actively to annual planning and quarterly reforecasting to maximise retention benefits.
• Champion WaterAid’s commitment to equity, inclusion and safeguarding.

Requirements

• Retention & Stewardship Expertise: Deep expertise in developing, optimising, and coordinating complex, multi-channel supporter loyalty programmes and automated journeys.

• Content & Experience Focus: Proven experience in improving the quality of the Supporter Experience and managing high-quality, long-form content production (e.g., supporter magazine) to foster loyalty.

• Operational & Technical Skills: Strong project management skills, experience in matrix management, and proficiency in working with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.

• Data-Driven Mindset: Experience in using testing, segmentation, and data analysis to drive optimisation and provide clear rationale for strategic decisions.

Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:

• Product Development: Experience in New Product Development (NPD) for fundraising or loyalty programmes (e.g. legacy or emergency funds).
• Professional Qualification: CIM/IDM Qualification or equivalent professional qualification.
• Non-Profit Experience: Prior experience working in the Non-Profit or International Development

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead and shape how Blood Cancer UK is seen and understood by audiences across the UK, on a maternity cover basis.

You’ll lead the strategy and delivery of brand marketing and major brand campaigns, working across teams and with agency partners to ensure our communications are clear, consistent and audience-led. With a strong focus on insight and performance, you’ll champion an audience-first approach, embedding segmentation and learning into decision-making across the organisation.

This is a highly collaborative role for a strategic brand marketer who combines big-picture thinking with practical delivery. The role is based in London with hybrid working, and you’ll be expected to attend the office 1–2 days per week on average, with some additional travel as required. • You will lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives across all online channels, including the website, SEO/SEM/AI Overviews, social media, supporter stewardship and marketing e-mails, to enhance charity visibility and drive supporter retention and acquisition

This job is for you if you…

• Are a marketing all-rounder with strong digital marketing experience
• Are experienced in developing, managing, delivering and optimising digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, website and e-mail marketing to drive brand awareness, lead generation, supporter engagement
• You have enough experience to hit the ground running and take the lead in your role
• You have strong knowledge and experience of SEO/SEM, AI, Google and Meta Ads, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager
• You are proficient in using CRM systems in conjunction with automated marketing tools for support stewardship journeys and building CRM dashboards to track KPIs and engagement
• You have a positive mindset and a ‘can do’ attitude, with a flexible, conscientious, self-motivated and proactive approach to working independently while also being a team-player
