BeSpace is a small but growing Christian charity with a big vision to see a future where every child has space to develop personal tools to pray, reflect and grow spiritually throughout their lives, helping churches, schools and communities to flourish.

We have seen incredible impact through developing prayer and reflections spaces in schools across Oxfordshire. Since 2010, over 65,000 children have experienced prayer and reflection spaces led by local churches, trained and resourced by us. Currently 60 schools a year have one. Now, we’re building on this momentum to reach over 115 schools in the next three years and are preparing to grow nationally with developing contemplative retreats for schools.

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to cover adoption leave, likely for one year. This is a vital role in keeping BeSpace running smoothly and enabling our small but growing team to thrive. You will also, where needed, play a hands-on role in supporting churches and schools in our work. 

In this role, you will:

• Take responsibility for key operational processes including recruitment, HR, and volunteer management systems — not only maintaining them effectively but actively seeking ways to innovate and strengthen them, with guidance and support from senior leaders. 
• Manage finance administration, including donations, CRM (Beacon), and Gift Aid claims.
• Project manage BeSpace events and provide admin support to the team.
• Develop and maintain systems for impact tracking, GDPR compliance, and volunteer management.
• Provide communications and social media support.
• Where needed, support on-the-ground delivery of retreats and prayer and reflection spaces in schools.
• This role would suit someone with strong organisational and administrative skills, a passion for children’s spiritual development, and a willingness to get stuck into a wide variety of tasks.

Role Details

• Position: Operations Coordinator
• Location: Hybrid, travel required for in person team days 3 - 6 times a year and approximately 1 day a week into Oxford.
• Hours of work: PT 4 days a week. (28 hours) Flexible for the right candidate.
• Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 (pro rata) depending on experience.

This role sits at the heart of Operation Smile UK’s five-year strategy to deliver transformational growth across all income streams. As Senior Lead - Acquisition and Digital Fundraising, you will be instrumental in delivering on three of our four core strategic priorities:

1. Build Regular Giving – laying the foundation for higher long-term value and stronger ROI across acquisition channels.
2. Drive All Donors to Legacy – recruiting quality donors who have the potential value to feed into legacy and long-term giving goals.
3. Maximise Growth Through Digital Fundraising Integration – leading the expansion and optimisation of digital acquisition within a cohesive fundraising strategy

The Senior Lead - Acquisition & Digital Fundraising role is responsible for delivering Operation Smile UK’s strategic individual giving acquisition programme. This role is key to driving income growth and expanding our supporter base across multiple channels, including digital, DRTV, dialogue fundraising and print.

You will lead the strategy, planning, delivery and evaluation of acquisition campaigns, including the onboarding process, with full accountability for managing significant budgets, agency partnerships and performance metrics. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to an experienced acquisition fundraiser with strong commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Campaign Leadership

• Develop and implement the multi-channel acquisition strategy, aligned with income targets and supporter growth objectives.
• Lead on the planning and delivery of campaigns across direct dialogue, digital, DRTV, and print channels.
• Lead on the planning and delivery of the onboarding process for all new recruits.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insight-driven recommendations to optimise results.
• Drive testing and innovation to expand existing channels and introduce new ones within acceptable risk and return parameters.

Budget Ownership & Performance Monitoring

• Take full responsibility for acquisition budget management, income forecasting and cost control.
• Set, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting against ROI, CPA, and long-term value across all acquisition channels.
• Collaborate with the Senior Database Manager and the Director of Data and Technology to develop and maintain performance dashboards (e.g., Power BI) and support strategic data analysis, including both short-term and long-term channel performance evaluation.

Agency & Partner Management

• Manage day-to-day relationships with external fundraising and creative partners.
• Lead briefings, content sourcing, agent training, stakeholder approvals, and quality assurance processes.
• Negotiate contracts and hold suppliers accountable for delivery and performance.

Cross-Team and Market Integration

• Represent the acquisition programme in cross-functional planning meetings and contribute to a unified team culture focused on strategic delivery.
• Deliver and optimise the onboarding and conversion programme for new donors.
• Develop CRO strategies and implement with support from the Communications team, whilst supporting the enhancement of web development
• Ensure consistent campaign integration across touchpoints and maximise thematic/creative cohesion, working in collaboration with the Senior Communications Manager to lead and develop the creative and content strategy for acquisition.
• Act as a key liaison with colleagues across Operation Smile global markets, sharing insights and exploring opportunities to align strategy, co-develop creative, or pilot cross-market initiatives.

Compliance, Risk & Best Practice

• Ensure all campaigns meet legal, ethical and data protection requirements (e.g., GDPR, Fundraising Regulator).
• Act as a key contributor to organisational risk assessments relating to income performance and supplier performance.
• Keep up to date with sector trends, innovations and benchmarks to maintain best practice.

Essential Experience

• Extensive experience (ideally 5+ years) in Individual Giving or fundraising acquisition roles.
• Proven success delivering multi-channel acquisition campaigns with strong ROI.
• Experience managing external agencies and suppliers to high-performance standards.
• Strong background in digital fundraising and paid media.
• Demonstrated experience managing and reporting on substantial acquisition budgets.

About the Role 

The Development Operations team enables all philanthropic income across the Barbican. As we prepare for a major comprehensive campaign and significant growth in activity, The Development Manager, Operations is central to strengthening the systems and infrastructure that support our fundraising.

This new role will take over responsibility for developing and managing all finance activities and reporting in this rapidly growing charity. Background 

At EPIKS we are passionate about finding local solutions to environmental problems that are integral to our concern for effective climate action. We work with a range of partners to improve the environment: promoting biodiversity, active travel and a sustainable economy to make Kirklees a better place to live and work.  EPIKS is run by four volunteer Directors and a small, dedicated team of part time staff. 

We are at an exciting phase of development, with new projects to deliver on improved access in and around the Colne and Upper Calder Valleys and sustainable transport. EPIKS has recently expanded our volunteering programme and community engagement activities. We have also established a firm foundation for our active travel projects and the Walk Wheel ride brand, increasing our partnership with Network Rail. 

These run alongside continuing work on greenspaces in local nature parks, enhancing biodiversity, promoting environmental volunteering and delivering walking, cycling and wheeling activities – all of which involve collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders. 

To achieve success in all these areas we need a Chief Executive to lead in developing a roadmap for our existing and future funded core projects. You will help co-ordinate work across the range of our projects and support initiatives to secure future funding.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Fundraising Manager to lead our next phase of income growth. As our first dedicated fundraising leadership role, you will develop and deliver a multi-year income strategy, strengthen existing income streams, and identify new opportunities to diversify and grow our fundraising.

Working closely with the CEO and colleagues across the organisation, you will play a central role in helping Alopecia UK reach more people affected by alopecia and ensure the charity’s long-term sustainability. • Salary: £45,000 per annum, pro rata.
• Hours: Part-time (22.5 hours per week, flexible, during normal UK working hours we would consider a contract with fewer hours for the right candidate.  All of our team work Monday mornings to ensure connectivity.)

• Home-based: This role will include occasional national travel for team meetings.

Strategic leadership

• Lead the development and implementation of a multi-year income generation strategy aligned to Alopecia UK priorities.
• Work across the organisation to ensure fundraising activity is fully integrated with operational delivery, partnering closely with the finance, communications and delivery managers to align plans, resources and messaging, and to ensure shared initiatives are realistic, coordinated and achievable.
• Translate insight from your experience and our recent fundraising strategy review into clear, achievable plans.
• Set and monitor ambitious yet realistic income targets across income streams.
• Responsibility for achieving the fundraising targets and other fundraising-related performance indicators.
• Embed a positive fundraising culture across the organisation.
• Manage and review all fundraising income and expenditure budgets.

Income growth & diversification

As a part-time role within a small charity, the postholder will need to carefully prioritise income-generating opportunities alongside stewardship and relationship management. In year one, a key focus will be establishing effective donor pathways through the rollout of our new CRM, ensuring supporters experience clear and meaningful journeys with the charity. Alongside this, the Senior Fundraising Manager will assess and determine which early opportunities for growth should be prioritised. While areas such as community fundraising, digital campaigns and regular giving are likely to offer early potential, the postholder will lead decisions on where to focus effort and investment to generate the strongest returns.

• Leverage and optimise existing community and public fundraising activity to increase income and supporter numbers.
• Develop and grow new revenue streams, to potentially include digital fundraising campaigns, regular giving, trusts and grants, and legacy giving.
• Lead creatively and intellectually on compelling campaigning initiatives that drive engagement and income.
• Provide excellent stewardship to ensure funders and partners feel valued, engaged and motivated to continue their support.
•  Widen our existing corporate partnerships programme by building mutually beneficial partnerships to deliver income, awareness, and engagement opportunities.

CRM

• Support the design and rollout of our first CRM system, working closely with the Finance & Operations Manager to design fit-for-purpose donor journeys and pathways, establish meaningful reporting frameworks and ensure data supports excellent stewardship and strategic decision-making.
• Use CRM data and financial information to track performance, analyse trends and adjust strategy as required.

Data & impact

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including ICO guidance, GDPR and the Code of Fundraising Practice.
• Work closely with the Finance & Operations Manager to ensure our data meaningfully represents organisational outcomes.
• Translate impact data into powerful, succinct and persuasive communications or compelling cases for support.

We're looking for a Data & Systems Lead who will work on our systems and evaluation to support Khulisa to grow its impact and reach through efficient ways of working and clear narration of its impact.

About Khulisa

Khulisa, meaning 'nurture' in the Zulu language of South Africa, is an award-winning charity dedicated to providing therapeutic support to young people. We focus on reaching those who are most at risk – young people from deprived communities who are often marginalized, vulnerable to exclusion, and at heightened risk of becoming involved in crime

About the role

Khulisa has invested heavily in the development of its monitoring and evaluation framework, alongside augmenting its evaluation capacity and capability through innovation. This role brings together the synergies between systems and evaluation developments to support the organisation to grow both its impact and its reach through efficient ways of working and clear narration of its impact. This role will involve:

• Managing the day-to-day maintenance and smooth running of Khulisa’s main CRM and reporting systems, including – but not limited to – Salesforce, PowerBI, FormAssembly and Wonde.
• Leading the change management of system development work, supporting colleagues to engage with systems changes and achieve greater results for the young people we serve.
• Ensuring the day-to-day operating of Khulisa’s data recording, processing and reporting processes.
• Continually refining and improving Khulisa’s internal MEL capacity including our evaluation systems; organisational and programme Theories of Change; evaluation indicators; data collection tools and define system improvements.
• Supporting the scoping and design of new programmes by providing data from past programmes, insights from beneficiaries and service-users, research into best practice and offer ongoing guidance on establishing best practice MEL systems and processes.

This is a hybrid role, with the post holder required to work mostly from home but with access to desk space in our London office. Travel to various locations in London and the North-West of England may also be necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role.

We’re looking for a Programme Coordinator to support our structured strategic involvement support with public services, produce high‑quality case studies and learning outputs, and help us influence national conversations on co‑production. This role sits at the heart of our evolving programme, connecting local insights to the wider policy landscape and supporting better co-production and involvement practice across Wales.

You will help gather and communicate learning from our local work with Public Services Boards (PSBs) and other partners, contributing to a clear, national picture of how co‑production is working in practice. You will work closely with the Programme Manager, associate consultants and local contacts to support project delivery, events, and sharing learning outputs.

Contract type: Fixed term (until 31 August 2027)

Hours: 30 hours per week, flexible working patterns

Salary: £30,000 per annum pro rata (£24,324 per annum actual), plus work from home allowance of £26 per month
