What you'll need:
- Experience managing creative projects from brief through to delivery, including coordinating timelines, stakeholders, suppliers and competing priorities.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to keep multiple projects moving while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- A good understanding of brand strategy, visual identity and tone of voice, and experience maintaining brand consistency across different channels and touchpoints.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to give clear advice, manage expectations and build effective relationships at all levels.
- Experience working with design agencies or creative suppliers, including briefing work, giving constructive feedback and managing delivery against deadlines and budgets.

Areas of Work and Responsibility
Executive support to the CEO
· Provide administrative support to the Gestalt Centre CEO, ensuring effective diary management, scheduling, and administration of commitments.
· Organise and coordinate meetings, including supporting the drafting of agendas, collating papers and ensuring all necessary information is available in advance.
Leadership and governance coordination and support
· Coordinate Leadership Team, Board and sub-committee meetings, ensuring smooth end-to-end administration.
· Prepare, collate and circulate papers, working with the CEO and Leadership Team to ensure accuracy and timeliness and maintain good records.
Workstreams and projects coordination
· Coordinate and support projects and workstreams led by the CEO, including the short courses programme, marketing campaigns, organisational policies, business development and fundraising activities.
· Act as a central point of contact for cross-team activities and support priority initiatives by coordinating meetings, actions and follow-ups.

As one of Woodgreen Pet Charity's email marketing experts, you’ll champion best practice whilst working on a wide range of email communications designed to acquire, retain and develop new and existing audiences to drive income and engagement.
You will;
- Play a key role in the Digital Engagement team’s ambition to develop, nurture and optimise digital relationships with audiences to support engagement and income generation.

This is a full time, hybrid, 12 month fixed term role, working 37.5 hours per week. This fixed term role will provide cover with the current position-holder is on secondment with another team. Within the Individual Giving team, the Fundraising Manager will have responsibility for the planning and delivery of activities that recruit new supporters and generate income. You will manage our supporter recruitment programme, ensuring we meet our targets, and promoting investment strategies to cost-effectively and sustainably grow our supporter base. You will focus on the delivery of existing offline communication channels, as well as the development of new products, channels and audiences with a future-focused outlook on fundraising and recruitment. Over the next 12 months the new initiatives we plan to launch include a value exchange lead generation programme, improvements to our welcome journeys including the introduction of telemarketing, and potentially a lottery scheme. Working closely with the other Fundraising Managers (especially the Digital Fundraising Manager), you will also ensure that new recruits go on to become loyal supporters, taking the lead on some projects and contributing to others, and will help to feed the pipeline of legacy pledges. You will help to improve the experience for our supporters and maximise their potential for giving. You will also work closely with the Digital Team to ensure thoughtful integration of acquisition activities to optimise spending and ensure a seamless experience for new supporters across channels.
About you
Experience / Qualifications: • Degree qualification in or c.5 years’ experience of individual giving fundraising, marketing, communications or related discipline. • Experience delivering marketing / fundraising for a charity, ideally in international development • Experience managing or leading others – ie line management or project management • Experience managing external suppliers and agency relationships Behaviours / Personal Attributes: • Highly motivated and target-driven, an enthusiastic self-starter • Collaborative and able to work across multiple teams • Excellent relationship-builder • Resilient and adaptable under pressure, capable of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously • Creative, innovative and ambitious, and able to inspire that in others

As our freelance Chief Growth Officer, you will lead Symphony’s growth across audiences, income, visibility and strategic partnerships.
