About the role:
We are looking for an experienced individual to join our small, friendly and dedicated team to lead ILPA’s content and communications work. The successful candidate will be working collaboratively across the organisation to deliver a high-quality service to our passionate and committed members, and producing and disseminating ILPA’s internal and external communications through all available channels. This position would suit a self-motivated individual who is committed to our charitable objectives, and wants to help further them by: developing and executing our content and communications strategy; managing and improving our website; editing our weekly update to members; maintaining our crucial online archive of updates, documents, and data; and developing and executing our media strategy.

Content
- Manage co-ordination and production of weekly ILPA Members’ update email
- Liaise with the Editorial Advisory Board and legal policy team to commission blogs and content
- Edit material in line with guidelines, arranging for peer reviews where necessary, ensuring that all material is accurate, appropriate, brand consistent and suitable for publication; uploading content to the ILPA website through the CMS
- Manage production of the Annual Report
- Liaise with Bloomsbury, ILPA’s publisher, to ensure that the ILPA journal content is disseminated as widely as possible
- Track impact and success of content through relevant analytics to inform content strategy
- Track and monitor publications aimed at immigration practitioners to inform content strategy
- Work with colleagues and members to develop a content strategy that best supports members’ information needs
Communications
- Manage the ILPA website (including the members-only area), editing and uploading new information and resources, and maintaining the online archive
- Liaise with ILPA’s external website support team to ensure developments are undertaken efficiently
- Manage ILPA’s social media channels (currently LinkedIn and BlueSky)
- Respond to journalists’ enquiries, including arranging for media quotes and interviews, in collaboration with the Chief Executive and the Director of Policy and Advocacy
- Together with the Chief Executive and the Director of Policy and Advocacy, develop and implement ILPA’s external communications strategy
- Work with the Chief Executive to upgrade the ILPA website to improve user experience

- Experience of content commissioning and editorial management
- Experience of developing content strategies, including producing content with a user-centric focus (i.e. experience producing user data, conducting user research and translating it into useful content)

Job summary:
As our Philanthropy Manager, you'll lead our trusts and foundations fundraising while building meaningful relationships with major donors who share our vision. Training Coordinator

The Youth Ministry Training Coordinator is responsible for the development and delivery of a youth ministry training programme across the Archdiocese.
This includes coordinating a structured formation course (in partnership with external providers), mentoring participants, and supporting parishes and deaneries in building local youth and young
adult groups.
The role also includes supporting the formation of the Archdiocesan Mission Team and key events.
Success in this role will be measured by the development of our training and a growing network of confident parish-based youth leaders.
1. Course Delivery
· Develop our Archdiocesan youth leadership training programme, working with external providers and delivering bespoke material.
· Plan and deliver regular training (bespoke and with external providers), including in-person days and remote input as appropriate.
· Maintain an annual training calendar and ensure course content aligns with Archdiocesan strategy, safeguarding requirements, and parish needs. Assist in the development of practical youth ministry training resources for clergy.
2. Mentoring and Formation
· Mentor and accompany participants through the external training course, offering personal and spiritual support.
· Ensure learning is embedded in the parish or deanery setting so that
· parishes are able to set up and enhance local level groups.
· Track participant progress and provide regular feedback and evaluation reports.
3. Local Youth Leader Development
· Support and enable the recruitment and training of local volunteers, in collaboration with clergy and lay leaders.
· Support the identification and development of deanery-based youth contacts from existing and developing networks to promote the work of the Youth Service in parishes and cascade key information.
· Advise and provide step-by-step support to parish priests and volunteers seeking to develop youth ministry locally.

About The Role
We are currently recruiting for two Practice Lead positions. One role will support Local House Projects (LHPs) in the North, while the location and focus of the second role is still to be confirmed.
As a Practice Lead, you will have primary responsibility for supporting a group of LHPs, while also contributing to wider areas of our work. You will work alongside staff within LHPs to create environments where young people are supported to make a positive transition into adulthood.
A key part of the role is working in partnership with the Care Leavers National Movement and the wider House Project team to ensure that young people remain at the heart of everything we do. You will support young people to shape and drive their own LHPs, while helping to develop and share excellent practice at both local and national levels.
About the organisation
The charity was established in August 2018 as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), they support local authorities in setting up Local House Projects for young people leaving care. Believing every care leaver should have this option, the charity empowers them to create and sustain homes.
The initiative, co-designed with young people, began by asking, "What makes a house a home?” Local House Projects in England and Scotland help care leavers transition into permanent tenancies, fostering a supportive community. The charity has helped over 780 young people successfully move into their own homes, with no evictions or tenancy breakdowns, ensuring a secure start for their futures.

The Head of Corporate Partnerships is accountable for delivering substantial and sustained income growth from the private sector, with clear ownership of income targets, pipeline strength and conversion performance.

Overview
The role will provide high-quality administrative, systems, and research support to the Quality Team, enabling consistent quality assurance across the grant-making cycle. The postholder will administer and improve the team’s Salesforce processes and data standards, coordinate key workflows and information management, support the Director of Quality, Quality Assurance Specialist and Impact (MEAL) Coordinator with scheduling and documentation, and deliver defined research tasks and short projects (e.g., into quality assurance approaches, MEAL frameworks, tools and best practice) to strengthen the team’s work.

Salesforce administration and systems support

- Maintain data quality rules and routines (validation, required fields, definitions, and guidance) and run regular data quality checks, working with colleagues to resolve issues.

People Coordinator/Administrator (0.6 FTE)
Salary: £32,099 FTE (+ London weighting where applicable)

About the Role
Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the People Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our client's People Strategy and helping to create an outstanding employee experience across the organisation.
This is a varied and collaborative position for someone who enjoys working with systems and data, has exceptional attention to detail, and is confident building strong relationships across a diverse organisation. As part of the People & Culture team, you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support across the full employee lifecycle, helping to ensure people processes run smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle
- Provide high-quality administrative support across all onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate new starter and leaver activities, including documentation, inductions, payroll notifications, welcome meetings and exit processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports and people data.
- Support managers and colleagues to ensure a positive and seamless employee experience.
Recruitment & Coordination
- Provide end-to-end administrative support across recruitment campaigns.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.
Systems, Data & Processes
- Manage HR systems, internal platforms, the intranet and employee data, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and support the implementation of new technologies and tools where appropriate.
- Produce and maintain HR reports and documentation.
- Record and track learning and development activity across the organisation.
People & Culture Support
- Provide administrative support to the Director of People & Culture and the wider People team.
- Support staff engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities, community-building programmes and organisational events.
- Help foster an inclusive culture where colleagues feel connected, engaged and valued.
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen belonging, collaboration and employee experience across the organisation.
Operational & Workplace Support
- Coordinate homeworking equipment, risk assessments and workplace requirements for new starters and leavers.
- Support the organisation's Health & Safety processes and standards.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers and external contractors to support day-to-day operations.
- Assist with the coordination of all-staff meetings and in-person events as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within HR, People & Culture or a similar people-focused environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and experience working with systems, data and reporting.
- Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work across teams and levels of the organisation.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- A proactive, methodical and solutions-focused approach.
- Confidence analysing information, solving problems and identifying process improvements.
- The ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of your responsibilities.
- A genuine passion for creating a positive, inclusive and engaging employee experience.

About you
