About the Role

As a Service Delivery Assistant, you will provide high quality administrative support to the service. You will act as a first point of contact for enquiries into the service and support the wider team with administrative duties. As a part of your role, you may be asked to attend offices around Hampshire & Isle of Wight to support the team with associated expenses paid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload referrals to our computerised case management system, in accordance with our standards.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, telephone and general queries for the service
• Collate and supply information and correspondence to internal and external contacts
• Liaise with referring agencies to improve referral information and support referral pathways.
• Provide general admin support including data entry, minute taking, raising purchase orders and processing invoices.

About You:

Ideally, you will need experience working within a client focused service and a good understanding and knowledge of office systems.

You will need:

• Effective verbal and written communication and numerical skills.
• Experience working in an adminstrative setting role
• Experience of providing administrative support to a team

• Significant experience leading Salesforce CRM delivery, optimisation and support, either as a CRM Lead, Product Owner or similar role, with deep knowledge of Salesforce (Sales, Service, and/or Nonprofit Success Pack) essential.
• Experience managing CRM roadmaps, backlogs, and agile delivery.
• Understanding of CRM data models, data governance, and reporting.
• Strong experience with integrations (e.g., finance systems like Agresso, marketing tools, payment processors).
• Familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban) and product management practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences.

The Acquisition Marketing Manager attracts new UK supporters and generates income for Mary’s Meals’ school meals programme through effective and inspiring marketing across online and offline channels. The role primarily raises income (but also awareness) through multi-channel marketing activity with a clear focus on maximising ROI and delivering supporter growth at scale. The focus of the role is on online marketing opportunities and includes managing our organic and paid social channels, overseeing social media influencer strategy and identifying emerging digital channels. The Manager works closely with the Mary’s Meals International team and its agency to deliver Google and Bing Paid Search, Google Grant, Display, and YouTube.

The role will also identify and manage the most effective offline marketing opportunities to maximise ROI from small budgets and pro bono opportunities, such as TV, Radio and OOH advertising. The Manager will ensure online and offline marketing opportunities complement each other (and link seamlessly to our retention strategies) as part of an integrated multi-channel marketing strategy.

The Project

The Minerva London service provides holistic, trauma-informed support for women in touch with the Criminal Justice System, through dedicated one to one support, safer women’s centre spaces and specialist interventions and partnerships.

The Role

Working as a Women Centre Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the operational delivery of the Minerva London service in your designated region of London, including leading on activities and supporting the Women’s Centre and partnerships. As the Minerva Women Centre Coordinator you will be responsible for enhancing the offer to women referred into the Minerva service by supporting them to engage with their local women’s centre provision. You will be based at your regional women’s centre five days a week, as the first point of contact for women entering the centre space or contacting the service via the centre helpline. As the Women Centre Coordinator you will create and deliver a relevant and lively activities programme for women to attend, in partnership with Minerva’s specialist delivery partners.

An integral part of the Women Centre Coordinator role will include, delivering planned monthly calendar of events and sessions, working in collaboration with the North and East Women Centre Coordinators.

This role with involve safeguarding and risk management for all activities taking place within your centre.

About You

In order to be successful in this role you will have previous experience of office management and administration roles, great interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong interest in supporting women in the criminal justice system. Ideally you will bring knowledge of issues that face offenders and those at risk of offending, and experience of working with women experiencing issues related to offending such as homelessness, substance misuse, domestic violence or mental health.

What the job involves

We’re looking for two Events and Community Coordinators to join our Events and Community Team, one permanent contract and one fixed term for 12 months. We’re a results-driven team focused on maximising opportunities, reaching ambitious goals, and delivering an outstanding experience for our supporters.

Our team raise funds through a range of activities including:

· our own events (e.g. March for Men)

· virtual products (e.g. The Month Series)

· third party events (e.g. London Marathon)

· Golf Days

· helping community fundraisers who organise their own activity

You’ll be our first point of contact for our fundraisers, providing admin and support through telephone, email, and social media channels. You’ll build and manage relationships with existing and new supporters. From registration to the end of their supporter journey, you'll help motivate during challenges, offer fundraising advice and ensure thanks at the end of a first-class experience.

Whilst each Coordinator has a primary area of responsibility across different types of events, you’ll also work across teams to support where needed during busy periods of activity. This role sits within the Sporting Events sub-team, supporting people taking on third party fundraising events such as the TCS London Marathon, a cycling event or our own event, March for Men. Day-to-day, you’ll manage our inbox and proactively reach out to new fundraisers to offer support and guidance, as well as delivering core processes like thanking, fulfilment and volunteer management in collaboration with other internal teams.

You’ll also work with our Communications teams. This supports the planning and delivery of our activity. You'll help engage with our digital adverts and identify compelling supporter stories. This helps to raise the profile of our fundraising activity, as well as prostate cancer and Prostate Cancer UK.

In recognition of the distinct challenges facing young women and girls, Advance has joined Together Women to develop a specialist provision for young women and girls in the Nest programme.

The Nest Service is designed to enable young women and girls to escape harm and to thrive in their lives and aspirations, by supporting them to build confidence, self-esteem and resilience, manage their health and wellbeing and access and engage with other support services. In addition to dedicated advocacy support, they will be able to access a programme of prevention and awareness-raising groups and workshops run out of Advance Women’s Centres.

As an Advocate you will work one-to-one with each participant over an extended period. You will build trusted relationships and coordinate practical support across the areas that most affect young women’s stability and future prospects - including education, housing, health, employment and interaction with justice services.

About You:

To be successful as the Nest Advocate you will need the below experience and skills:

• A strong understanding of the challenges facing young women and girls, including the impacts of gang involvement, exploitation, mental health, domestic abuse and contact with the criminal justice system, and of the practical and emotional support needs specific to this group, including education, confidence and relationship-building.
• Knowledge of trauma informed, gendered approaches in supporting young women facing multiple forms of disadvantage.
• Current knowledge of legislation, guidance and regulations relating to safeguarding, child protection and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSE).
• Experience of using motivational interviewing and coaching techniques with young women and girls, using a woman-centred approach to build trust and rapport.
• Experience of risk management, needs assessment, safety and support planning, particularly with young women and girls with complex/multiple needs.

Edward Alsop Court provides support and accommodation for up to 79 men over 35 with mental health conditions complex needs. These needs may be around physical and mental health, alcohol and drug use, housing, benefits and finances, life skills development, and much more.

The working pattern for this role consist of: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, one Sunday per month (Friday off on this week), and occasional 12pm-8pm shifts.

• Leading core business operations across finance, planning, reporting and controls, working closely with our CEO, Treasurer and external accountants

We’re a small team, which means we need everyone to pick up some admin. For this role, this will include managing our Shared Mailbox, processing DBS checks and keeping the office well stocked and organised. As GoodWork grows, we expect this role - and the wider operations function - to grow and evolve too, including the potential to build a small team around you in time.

As our first Operations Manager, you'll be building this function from the ground up. We'll work with you to prioritise what matters most, but we'll also expect you to bring initiative, judgement and high standards from the start.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who's excited by the chance to help build the operational engine of a growing, ambitious charity - someone who enjoys making organisations work better, brings structure, judgement and pace, holds a high bar for quality and follow-through, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done.

You'll need to be a self-starter with a proactive, hands-on attitude who wants to get stuck in and solve problems as they arise. You don't need to have experience solving every issue that comes up, but you should be a generalist at heart, comfortable with uncertainty and learning as you go. A growth mindset is essential.

• Significant, hands-on operations experience in a small or growing organisation, ideally with exposure across finance, people, governance, systems and organisational planning
• The ability to take ownership of a broad brief, bring order to complexity and turn ideas into clear priorities, strong processes and tangible progress
• Good commercial and financial judgement, comfortable working with budgets, reporting, data and digital tools
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, including the tact, discretion and attention to detail needed to work with sensitive information, senior stakeholders and Board-level engagement
• A proactive, resilient and resourceful approach, with the maturity to be the operations lead in a small, fast-moving team
• A fast learner, able to build knowledge quickly, solve problems and move easily between strategic priorities and practical delivery

Key Info

• Full time (37.5 hours per week).
• Permanent contract, ideally starting by mid to late October 2026.
• Salary: £39,520 annually with 4% employer pension contribution.
• Hybrid (London), 3 days a week in-person with the team at GoodWork HQ, Warren Street.
• 25 days holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays and additional leave during our annual Winter Break between Christmas and New Year.
