About you
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Significant experience in learning, evaluation and impact.
- Considerable experience carrying out high-quality evaluation and learning work that supports the implementation of local services and/or projects.
- Strong skills in quantitative data analysis for the purposes of both assessing local need and strengthening delivery, including a command of both descriptive and inferential statistical techniques.
- Digitally savvy with skills in Microsoft 365, a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and with statistical analysis programmes such as IBM SPSS Statistics.
- Familiarity with the range of local and national quantitative datasets that relate to early childhood development.
About the role
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading the design of and conducting evaluations assessing the implementation and impact of local initiatives using both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Leading the collection, analysis, interpretation and integration of quantitative data to generate robust insights and inform discovery work in new sites, programme development and early years system improvement.
- Translating integrated data into clear, evidence-based recommendations to guide decision-making. Including presenting findings clearly to stakeholders, informing programme development and continuous improvement.
- Working in partnership with local stakeholders and independent evaluators to support robust data collection practices.
- Driving alignment between data insights and increasing the number of children achieving a ‘Good Level of Development’ by age five.

Role Requirements
- Work in collaboration with the Senior Placement Managers and multidisciplinary team to manage the child’s pathway from the time they are accepted for admission, through their care pathway and discharge.
- Work with Senior Placement Managers and Senior Business Development & Commissioning Manager to ensure the package and contract issued to funders is appropriate for the child’s needs and is regularly reviewed to ensure the care needs.
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams across school and child and family services to ensure that all clinical and contractual requirements for the child are comprehensively managed.
- Escalate complex and unresolved issues for support to ensure a positive outcome.
- Ensure the parents/guardians, multidisciplinary team are aware pre-admission and throughout the admission of the arrangements for the admission, including length of stay and discharge plans.
- Take on the lead role for discharge coordination for children and young people accessing neurorehabilitation and step-down placements. Proactively plan discharges including liaison with multiagency teams required to take over care. Where appropriate, chairing discharge planning meetings.

The Camp staff team consists of counselors, facilitators, activity leaders and a leadership team, all working together to create and implement the camp programme and contribute to an environment of harmony at Camp. The role of Counsellor is to guide and mentor campers in their day to day experience of camp. Counsellors are by campers' side throughout their journey, encouraging and supporting them along the way.

Main responsibilities include:
Camper Support and Supervision
- Supervise campers in residential and activity groups, ensuring you know where campers are at all times.

This Senior Philanthropy Manager (Trusts & Foundations) role will be responsible for securing and stewarding significant philanthropic gifts working in partnership with senior stakeholders of the University. They will use their fundraising experience and communication skills to secure philanthropic gifts at the £50k to £5mil level from Trusts & Foundations (T&Fs), working in partnership with senior stakeholders on their fundraising efforts, and championing the work and priorities of King’s College London.
The postholder will help to enable the University to deliver world-leading research, education, and societal impact, translating complex academic priorities into compelling funding opportunities for T&Fs in the UK and internationally. They will be part of a team playing a crucial role in the delivery of the University’s ambition to significantly scale philanthropy income, as we prepare to launch our next major fundraising campaign in 2027 and mark the university’s bicentenary in 2029.
The successful candidate will lead on cultivating and stewarding a portfolio of high value T&F prospects and donors, developing long term, strategic relationships that result in philanthropic gifts. Working in close partnership with senior academic and clinical leaders, you will shape and articulate funding propositions that resonate with philanthropic partners and align with King’s institutional and campaign priorities.
Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new prospects; developing engagement plans; leading on the development of funding proposals; and stewardship of existing donors. This role will suit candidates with experience in raising five and six figure gifts from Trusts and Foundations.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively manage a portfolio of T&F prospects (£50,000+ gift capacity) on behalf of the University
- Ensure that effective cultivation strategies are in place to grow the donor community to KCL’s Faculties and the wider University
- Hold regular face-to-face/virtual donor visits and bring prospects/donors closer to the organisation through meaningful engagement
- Meet an annually agreed set of fundraising KPIs (including number of donor engagements/visits, number of asks made/proposals submitted, and income generated)

- Build strong working relationships with senior academic/clinicians, and Faculty leadership to coordinate the cultivation and stewardship of prospective and existing funders, briefing and supporting senior staff to communicate with funders on your behalf
- Provide advice, guidance and constructive feedback to senior stakeholders on major gifts fundraising success and ensure a culture of philanthropy is fostered
- Work collaboratively across Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement in particular with the wider philanthropy team. Work closely with prospect research, advancement writing, events, alumni relations, donor relations and gift implementation teams to develop and enhance philanthropic fundraising opportunities
- Accurately record prospect information in the fundraising database

The Data and Insights Manager will play a key role in supporting Villiers Park through the collection, analysis and reporting of robust evaluation and monitoring. Working across teams and hubs, the postholder will support consistent data collection, lead analysis and synthesis, and help ensure evidence informs learning, decision-making and external communication. The role will focus on coordinating mixed-methods evaluation, with qualitative approaches, including Stories of Change, as a key way of understanding young people’s experiences of change, or clarity, and the impact of our programmes.
Key responsibilities:

Role overview
The Finance and Reporting Officer will be responsible for the effective day to day running of the charity’s finance function, by processing transactions accurately, maintaining robust financial records, carrying out month-end activities, and providing financial information to budget holders and senior staff.
Alongside this the role has an important part to play in data management and activity reporting. Working with the Data Officer you’ll assist with the maintenance and interrogation of programme monitoring data, ensuring information is accurate and timely.

- Supporting the contracting process for external contributors, including speakers, facilitators and suppliers.
- Managing the onboarding of new suppliers, including procurement setup and system access.
- Maintaining accurate programme schedules and ensuring all data is input and updated in relevant systems.
Data, Systems & Reporting
- Auditing and monitoring scheduling systems and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Producing regular reports and supporting analysis to inform planning and decision-making.
- Supporting data-driven insights, including trend analysis and forecasting where required.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Coordinating team calendars, meetings and administrative workflows.
- Providing first-line support to stakeholders, resolving queries and ensuring a high level of service.
- Processing purchase orders, invoices and financial data to support budget tracking.
Projects & Process Improvement
- Supporting small projects and initiatives, including research and process development.
- Reviewing systems and processes and suggesting enhancements to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and effective change management.

- Strong communication skills and confidence working with a variety of stakeholders.
- Good IT skills, including experience with databases, systems or scheduling tools
