You will be expected to respond to author queries professionally and promptly, escalating where needed, and to help maintain a positive experience for contributors to the journal.
Wider publishing support
You will spend some of your time supporting wider publishing activity across the College, including uploading and updating content on WordPress and carrying out other publishing-related tasks as and when required. Beyond your core responsibilities, you will also participate in team meetings and be encouraged to take part in professional learning activities and training to maintain and develop your knowledge and skills.
About You
Editorial support for us means keeping our peer review process running efficiently and providing a positive, professional experience for the authors and reviewers who contribute to our journal.
