About the Role

Sitting within the fundraising team, you'll bring clarity and consistency to communications across The Hive. They're currently working with a marketing agency who are refreshing the brand and creating a comprehensive strategy, so you can hit the ground running with a ready-made suite of tools at your disposal.

The main focus of this role is to take the new strategy and turn it into an outstanding communications plan that truly connects with its audiences. This is a hands-on comms role, with operational responsibility for delivery, managing a designer and PR agency - plus the chance to contribute to strategic decisions about how things are done.

We're looking for a strong copywriter and confident communicator who is imaginative, practical, and action-oriented. You'll enjoy developing compelling campaigns across multiple channels and be savvy when it comes to social media.

In this role, you will support the effective management of key housing and property functions by maintaining accurate records relating to rent collection, lease and housing management, resident information, and property compliance. About the opportunity

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll work alongside budget holders across Alzheimer's Society, turning complex financial information into clear insights that support better decision-making. In a role where every pound matters in the fight against dementia, you'll help ensure our resources reach the places they can have the most impact, whether that's funding groundbreaking research, delivering vital support services, or campaigning for systemic change.

You'll build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, providing the financial analysis, challenge and support they need to navigate complexity with confidence. Through coaching and partnership, you'll help budget holders strengthen their own financial capability, so that sound financial thinking becomes part of how the Society operates, not something that sits only within Finance.

You'll be part of our Finance and Assurance directorate, where our vision is to be the Society's single point of truth. Working within the Financial Partnering, Planning and Analysis function, you'll be the dedicated finance partner for our Income and Engagement directorate, connecting Finance with the teams responsible for growing and protecting the Society's income. You'll translate their plans into sound financial frameworks that enable our mission rather than hold it back.

You'll already have or be open to developing a deep understanding of how fundraised, legacy and restricted income flows through the Society, and you'll use that specialism to add real value to the teams responsible for growing and stewarding our income.

About you

You're a finance professional with proven business partnering experience who understands that effective partnering means combining accurate numbers with clear communication, constructive challenge and a genuine interest in helping others see the bigger picture. You're comfortable working across boundaries, building relationships at all levels, and coaching colleagues to develop their financial confidence.

You'll have:

- A relevant professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), either fully or part qualified, or qualified by experience.
- Experience supporting business teams with budgeting, forecasting and month-end processes, including ensuring appropriate controls are in place and financial performance is communicated effectively and on time.
- A track record of applying analytical skills to provide financial advice that supports strategic decision-making.

YOUTH OUTREACH WORKER: Violence Against Women and Girls (Female Applicants Only*)

Location - North Middlesex Hospital Accident & Emergency Department

Full-time - Fixed Term Contract to March 2027

Youth violence is a problem that significantly affects young people, their families and entire communities. At Oasis, we believe that violence can be prevented by taking a holistic public health approach. Oasis Community Hub Hadley encompasses a range of integrated and diverse community projects which together have a common aim to bring transformation to the whole person and the whole community. Through this holistic approach we have been instrumental in shaping the way young people are supported after experiencing trauma, violence or aggression.

Oasis Youth Support at North Middlesex Hospital is seeking a dedicated Outreach Worker: Violence Against Women and Girls Specialist to accompany young women who attend North Middlesex Hospital A&E department due to a violent or aggressive incident, on their journey to make positive choices with the aim of breaking the cycle of violence through 1:1 mentoring.

You will be part of a large team based at the hospital and supported by the Youth Support Project Coordinator, as well as the wider Community Hub Team based in Ponders End, Enfield.

 The key responsibilities within the role are:

· Support young people and develop a bespoke mentoring programme that meets their needs

· Develop and evaluate a model of care that enables young people to benefit from community based interventions

· Planning and delivering sessions focusing around specific areas of violence against women and girls for young people and professionals

· Assisting the team by facilitating high quality information gathering/sharing to track the support given and the success of the project

You could be successful in this role if you: 

· Are passionate about making a difference to young people’s lives

· Have the ability to build positive relationships with young people as well as professionals

· have a relevant professional qualification (e.g. JNC, QTS, QSW), or relevant experience

· Have experience of working in a youth/community setting affected by youth crime

· Experience of mentoring / supporting young people

· Are self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and organise your own time

Role overview

Contract type: 3-Year Fixed-term 1 July 2026 until 30 June 2029

Hours: Full-time or part-time (35 hours per week Monday to Friday for full-time, minimum 28 hours for part-time). Occasional work in the evenings and at weekends may be required but with plenty of notice. Rainbow Migration encourages staff to maintain a good work life balance and has a TOIL system in place.

Salary: Starting at £27,011 FTE (pro rata), with potential step increases each year up to £30,400, plus statutory employer’s pension contribution. In addition to an annual step increase, we try to give a separate inflationary increase every April

Location: Rainbow Migration’s step-free offices are based between Vauxhall and the Oval, London. This role will have an office-based contract but the postholder can choose to work from home for part of the week in agreement with their line manager as per our hybrid working policy. You must be available to work from our offices in London when necessary. The successful candidate would also be welcome to work from the office full-time if that is their preference. Job Description

This role reports directly to the Education Programmes and Impact Manager.

Programme delivery
● Support the Programmes Team to deliver our programmes
● Good regular communication and reporting to the Education Programmes and Impact Manager
● Manage the administration of our School Talk programme, including organising bookings with schools, organising volunteers, supporting schools and ambassadors, supporting the whole delivery

Zoe's Place Baby Hospice was founded in Liverpool in 1995 as the first hospice in the UK specifically providing for the needs of babies and younger children. We offer a range of short‑term, evidence‑based interventions tailored to each person’s needs and developmental stage. These include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), counselling, low‑intensity psychological interventions, group programmes, creative therapies, and social prescribing.

As a Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP) you will deliver evidence based psychosocial interventions within the scope of the service’s threshold to a caseload of children and young people. You will provide early intervention to children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties. This includes delivering individual sessions (online and face to face) and co-facilitating groups, using low intensity interventions using CBT tools and techniques.

Key responsibilities: 

• Delivering Child Wellbeing Practice according to indicated, evidence based national guidelines
• Liaising with children and young people, their parents, families and carers where appropriate
• Assess mental health difficulties and triaging referrals
• Working with additional supporting professionals to ensure effective and practical support for children and their families/carers
• Engage calmly and with sensitivity and empathy to support children, young people and families in highly distressing or emotional circumstances
• Be responsive to children and young people’s needs and choices; and uphold their right to be treated with dignity and respect
• Seek consultation from line manager/clinical supervisor on the clinical delivery of the service, including safeguarding/child protection issues and decision making regarding the client group

Qualifications, knowledge, and experience

• Required: Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner Graduate/Postgraduate Certificate e.g., Child Wellbeing Practice Graduate/Postgraduate Diploma or Child and Young Persons Psychological Wellbeing Practice Postgraduate Diploma. Postgraduate Certificate in Evidence-based Psychological Treatment – Children and Young People’s Wellbeing Practitioner
• Desirable: Two+ years' experience delivering LIPI or CWP in a Child & Young People's Wellbeing service. BABCP accreditation
• You will have proven experience in safeguarding children and young people, responding to, managing, and referring safeguarding issues
• You will also have a sound understanding of child protection, policies, and procedures

Our Maintenance team works across multiple properties to ensure our residents have safe, good‑quality homes. We work closely with service staff to identify and complete repairs, carry out ad hoc cleaning and decoration, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and prepare empty homes for new residents.

We operate across East Sussex, centred around our Foyers in Eastbourne and Hastings, which provide 24‑hour supported housing for young people aged 16–25. We also manage several larger shared houses (typically 4–8 residents) through our Transitional Housing teams, supporting young people on their journey to independence.
In total, the team helps maintain safe homes for approximately 180 residents across the county.

We are recruiting for a Senior Maintenance Worker to supervise a small team of Maintenance Workers across East Sussex. This is a hands-on role, combining practical maintenance tasks with day‑to‑day staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising maintenance staff, offering constructive feedback, coaching, and support
• Providing a comprehensive maintenance, caretaking, and cleaning service to ensure safe, welcoming, psychologically informed accommodation
• Carrying out day‑to‑day maintenance across our sites in East Sussex, and occasionally supporting other housing schemes
• Completing maintenance, cleaning, repair, and redecoration works within agreed timescales, and delegating tasks where appropriate
• Performing or delegating general caretaking and cleaning duties, including cleaning communal areas, litter‑picking, and waste removal

Experience and Knowledge

• Experience working in supported housing, residential, or community‑based settings
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and resident wellbeing
• Good understanding of health & safety requirements and compliance processes
• A proactive, organised approach to workload and prioritisation

Qualifications and Training (Desirable)

It would be beneficial, though not essential, if you have:

• City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in one or more maintenance skill areas
• Manual handling training
• Training in handling bodily fluids
• Boundaries training
• First Aid training
