Endometriosis UK is the leading UK charity supporting those living with endometriosis. Formed in 1981, we offer information and support to allthose affected by endometriosis, for example through our website, webinars and information leaflets, and via our local support groups, Helpline, webchat and online forum. As well as directly supporting those with endometriosis, we work to raise awareness of endometriosis amongst healthcare practitioners, the public and the media; lobby for improved treatment and management; and support research. We have a big job to do and ambitious plans.

This is a new role that will play a vital support role within our Fundraising Team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of fundraising activities. Working closely with the Public Fundraising Manager, as well as supporting the work of our Head of Development, Trusts and Grants Manager, and Endometriosis Friendly Employer Manager, this will be a busy and varied role.

The Fundraising Administrator will manage inboxes, fulfil merchandise orders, maintain accurate records, and provide high-quality administrative support across a variety of income streams including Community Fundraising, Events, Individual Giving, Corporate Partnerships, and more. Part of the role will also include supporting our fundraisers and Endometriosis Friendly Employers during in person events and awareness stalls, representing the charity and helping to build positive and lasting relationships with our stakeholders.

This role offers training opportunities for your professional development, and the chance to be part of a passionate team working towards a better future for all those with diagnosed and suspected endometriosis. 

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic, motivated, and organised individual who is passionate about driving change for those with endometriosis. JOB PURPOSE 

As Magic Breakfast continues to expand its reach to support growing numbers of children and young people across the UK, increasing our fundraised income is essential. To help drive this growth, we are seeking a full-time Partnership Development Manager to join our high-performing team and secure new, strategic, multi-year corporate partnerships. 

The purpose of the Partnership Development Manager role is to work closely with the Partnership Development Lead to shape and deliver our new business strategy. The role will focus on identifying, cultivating and securing new strategic, multi-year corporate partnerships, developing tailored and compelling propositions for prospective partners, and collaborating cross-functionally with Brand and Marketing, Operations, Volunteering, and other departments across the Charity to successfully bring these partnerships to life. 

Experience securing five- and six-figure partnerships is a plus, but most importantly, we’re looking for a confident, creative, and outgoing self-starter. Someone who is comfortable building relationships, pitching with conviction, and passionately championing our mission to win new strategic partners. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Pipeline Development and Cultivation:   

• Build and manage a pipeline aligned to Magic Breakfast’s funding priorities, including restricted, unrestricted, and Gift-in-Kind opportunities, working closely with the Prospect Research Manager. 

• Secure meetings with prospective partners through creative outreach, networking, phone calls, and LinkedIn. 

• Cultivate prospects to conversion, tailoring messaging, approach, and engagement to each organisation. 

• Maintain accurate records in the database and ensure all risk screening, due diligence, and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards are completed. 

Planning, Pitching & Partnership Delivery 

• Research and understand each prospect’s strategic priorities to define mutually beneficial partnership opportunities. 

• Develop and deliver engaging pitches, proposals, and costed partnership plans. 

• Collaborate internally and with prospects to agree partnership vision, objectives, and KPIs. 

• Ensure contracts are appropriately prepared, explained, approved, and filed. 

• Facilitate smooth handovers of new partners to Account Managers or the Small Corporates team. 

General:  

• Work closely with the Partnership Development Lead and the wider team to contribute to the new business strategy, annual planning, and budgeting. 

• Collaborate with the Partnership Development Team to share ideas, troubleshoot challenges, embrace our test-and-learn culture, and support collective prospect development. 

• Maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce, updating weekly to reflect progress and pipeline activity. 

• Monitor trends in corporate giving and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform proposals.

• Build strong, collaborative relationships across the organisation to support partnership development.

• Actively participate in team meetings, supporting colleagues and sharing insights. 

• Represent Magic Breakfast at occasional external events.

1. Corporate Patrons  

• Ensure excellent stewardship of existing and new corporate donors, working with the Corporate Fundraising Manager to create innovative strategies to generate high levels of loyalty and commitment, fostering and enhancing their long-term relationship with the charity. This includes organising bi-annual meetings. 

• Produce annual Corporate Patrons Social Impact Reports. 

• Organise dates for lunch and learn presentations with Corporate Patrons. 

• Lead of fundraising campaigns such as Big March and Christmas Campaign. These campaigns aim to achieve an income target set annually. 

• Work with colleagues to ensure that any potential corporate patrons are communicated with and are developed to their fullest potential.

• Organising and managing CRASH Events whilst promoting the charity's cause and engaging with attendees and volunteers. 

• Support Corporate Patrons with their fundraising initiatives provide materials. QR codes and guidance on Just Giving platforms. 

• Manage the Run for Charity Relationships. Draft content and communications to promote running events. Manage relationships with individuals participating in fundraising runs to ensure their needs are met and encourage continued support. 

• Manage the attendance at Award Evenings preparing for attendance at award evenings and charitable collections which may include securing raffle prizes from Corporate Patrons. This may be outside of working hours, and you will receive time off in lieu to compensate. 

• Recruiting volunteers from Corporate Patrons for regular events and award evenings. 

• Ensure events are delivered to a high standard of safety, accessibility, participant experience and financial success.

3. Finance  

• Acknowledge corporate patron donations, attending cheque presentations and photo opportunities as necessary, working with Marketing and Communications Manager to generate positive media coverage. 

• Ensure the monthly management of all income is recorded and reconciled accurately and promptly on Access database. 

• Ensure Gift Aid claims are completed and submitted after each CRASH event working in collaboration with the Finance Manager. 

4. General  

• Ensure Fundraising Calendar and activities are up to date on the website 

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Manager to ensure regular and engaging content to promote fundraising activity and initiatives. 

• Utilising ACT Database, maintain an accurate record of supporter details and activity ensuring they receive relevant and timely communication resulting in ongoing fundraising opportunities and development of long-term support 

• To be aware of and adhere to the Institute of Fundraising Codes of Conduct and Codes of Best Practice. 

• To have up to date knowledge, understanding and compliance of GDPR regulations including the handling and protecting personal data in accordance with GDPR guidelines 

• To represent the charity publicly when required. 

• Ad-hoc travel to project visits, events and Corporate Patron meetings.

• CRASH is a small team of 7 so it is vitally important that this role builds strong collaborative working practices across the organisation as well as with external stakeholders.

About You

• Substantial experience in fundraising from at least one of the following: trusts and foundations, corporates or individual giving.
• Substantial understanding of charity sector regulations, compliance requirements, and ethical fundraising standards.
• Knowledge of donor stewardship and supporter engagement strategies.
• A track record of achieving and exceeding fundraising targets.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and campaigns.
• Excellent project management, data monitoring, and CRM experience.

I am excited to be recruiting on behalf of an international membership organisation for an experienced events professional to support the delivery of a major international conference taking place in France in April. This is a full-time London based hybrid role, 2 days a week in office. 

This is a fast paced, hands on contract role requiring immediate availability and full commitment through to the end of April, including travel to France from 11/12 April to 17 April.

The Role

Working closely with the Head of Events, you will support the planning and delivery of a large scale international conference and associated governance and networking events.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the conference programme

• Managing abstract and registration systems

• Liaising with keynote speakers, chairs and presenters

• Acting as main contact for event enquiries and visa letters

• Updating website content and supporting accreditation processes

• Managing suppliers, logistics and travel arrangements

• Providing full onsite support, including VIP and volunteer coordination

About You

You will demonstrate:

• Proven experience delivering large conferences, ideally internationally

• Strong experience with abstract and registration systems

• Experience within the voluntary or membership sector
