As a Domestic Abuse (DA) Team Leader, you will lead the team of DA Practitioner’s and our Armed Forces Independent Domestic Violence Adviser’s (IDVAs). You will be responsible for overseeing risk assessments, safety planning and case management, working within Trevi’s Domestic Abuse Team.
About the role
This role focuses on empowering women and families to improve their safety, wellbeing, and independence. The successful candidate will lead the team to provide support through emotional support, practical guidance, advocacy, and access to specialist services which will include legal resources, employment, education, finances, benefit support and group work.

In the HR Business Partner role, you will partner with leaders and managers across the organisation, building strong relationships and developing a deep understanding of the services and business areas you support. As their key HR contact, you will provide expert advice and coaching on complex people matters, help managers build their confidence and capability, and support them to plan strategically for their people and align their plans with the wider people strategy.
You will also manage, coach and develop a team of HR Advisers, supporting them to build their expertise and deliver a high-quality HR service.
Alongside this, you will lead on complex change processes, including TUPE transfers and restructures, working collaboratively across HR, Services, and Implementation teams to implement change effectively.
If you have significant HR experience, strong applied knowledge of employee relations and experience supporting complex organisational change, we would like to hear from you. You might come from a generalist HR background or have specialised in employee relations or change, and you don’t need to have worked in the not-for-profit sector or held a formal management role before. We're looking for an experienced and compassionate team leader to help establish our Greater Manchester service from October 2026.

The role will work in partnership and liaise with other young people services throughout Buckinghamshire, to provide holistic support to young people accessing the service. You will be required to work flexibly across operational sites as required so must hold a full UK driving license and have access to a car. About the role:
- To holistically support CYP affected by parental substance misuse, using a range of interventions including group work, 1:1 work, whole family interventions, safety planning and safeguarding working closely and proactively with the family unit to support positive and sustainable outcomes.
- Identify families in conjunction with other agencies, who will benefit from a Think Family / Whole family approach, negotiating participation and engagement with the programme of care.

About you:
- Experience of working with young people and knowledge of the issues they face

Rather than asking people to navigate multiple services, we work together to ensure they receive the right support at the right time, through a coordinated 'No Wrong Door' approach.
The Crisis & Resilience Fund Team Leader will lead the delivery of the Exeter Crisis & Resilience Service, providing operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, person-centred support to residents experiencing financial hardship, crisis and multiple disadvantage. The postholder will line manage Navigate's Client Liaison Officers and the Money Advice Caseworkers employed by partners Churches Housing Action Team (CHAT) and Encompass Southwest to ensure a seamless, coordinated service that supports individuals from immediate financial crisis through to long term resilience. As Navigate's operational lead for the contract, the Team Leader will foster strong partnership working, maintain effective communication across organisations and ensure clients experience a consistent 'No Wrong Door' approach. The Team Leader will champion Wis£rmoney’s relationship-based, trauma-informed approach, recognising that financial hardship rarely exists in isolation. By supporting staff to build trusted relationships with clients, remove barriers to engagement and address the wider issues affecting financial wellbeing, the role will help residents achieve sustainable financial stability, independence and resilience. The postholder will also be responsible for ensuring the service meets all contractual, regulatory and quality requirements, monitoring performance, driving continuous improvement and embedding innovative ways of working that enhance client outcomes while maintaining the personalised support that is central to the service model.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Service Management
- Lead Wis£rmoney's delivery of the Exeter Crisis & Resilience Fund service, ensuring a high-quality, person-centred service that reflects the partnership's shared values and objectives.
- Line manage and support Client Liaison Officers (2) and Money Advice Caseworkers (2), providing regular supervision, reflective practice, coaching and annual appraisals.

Specialist Casework
- Manage a small caseload of clients with complex financial circumstances requiring specialist intervention.
- Deliver FCA-regulated debt advice, welfare benefits advice, budgeting support, income maximisation and advocacy.
- Develop personalised support plans that address both immediate financial crisis and longer-term resilience.
- Negotiate with creditors, landlords, utility providers and statutory agencies to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Support clients to access appropriate debt solutions, including Debt Relief Orders and bankruptcy where appropriate.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Ensure all advice delivered by Wis£rmoney meets FCA requirements, Advice Quality Standard expectations and organisational policies.
- Carry out regular case reviews, file audits and quality assurance checks to maintain consistently high standards.

Partnership Working
- Act as Navigate's operational lead within the Exeter Crisis & Resilience Fund partnership.

- Build strong relationships with local agencies to improve referral pathways and client outcomes.

Service Delivery and Performance

About the Role
We are seeking a day support worker for our high-quality, self-contained accommodation for women who have experienced homelessness and multiple disadvantage. The aim of the service is to provide a therapeutic, trauma and psychologically-informed environment in which women feel safe and can flourish, enabling them to move on into independent, permanent accommodation. The role is located at an 18-bed, 24-hour supported housing service in Clapham.
In this role, you will provide support to all the women, including co-designing and running activities (such as art groups, self-care sessions, nature walks, cooking activities etc.) and accompanying women to appointments. You will work closely with Specialist Support Workers who manage individual resident support and safety plans.
The service and the wider organisation recognise the high levels of trauma that precede and perpetuate homelessness, and the complex, interconnecting needs that develop against this backdrop (including mental and physical health difficulties, substance misuse, brain injury, emotion dysregulation, interpersonal problems, and stigma and exclusion). The service operates as a best-practice, Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE), working in close partnership with homeless mental health experts and includes an in-house psychologist, offering therapeutic input to residents, and support and training to staff. In this role, you will model person-led, psychological, gender, and culturally informed support, will be skilled at building trust and you will be a great team player.
The post holder will undertake 8-hour shifts on a 7-day rota, covering the hours 07:45 am to 20:15 pm. Please be aware that the building has several floors and no lifts.
Due to the nature of this women’s supported housing service and the needs of the residents, this role is open to women only. This is considered to be an occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

The Wigan Crisis Space forms part of the Greater Manchester VCSE crisis pathway, we are non- clinical alternative to A&E. About the role
We're looking for an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly and supportive National Customer Service Centre (NCSC) in Sunderland.
You'll be based just 600 metres from our PDSA Pet Hospital, working as part of a welcoming team of around 60 colleagues who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients, supporters, volunteers and retail customers.
Our National Customer Service Centre has grown significantly over the last decade and now supports thousands of people every year through a wide variety of enquiries. It's a fast-paced, rewarding environment where every conversation helps make a difference.
As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for many of the people who rely on PDSA. You'll provide a warm, professional and efficient service, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and supports our mission of keeping people and pets together when times are tough.
What you'll be doing
- Handling a variety of inbound telephone calls and emails, providing accurate, friendly and helpful support.
- Managing first-line customer complaints professionally and empathetically, aiming to achieve a positive first-time resolution.
- Promoting PDSA products and services where appropriate by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Accurately recording customer information and processing payments and refunds.
- Working towards individual and team performance targets, including KPIs and service levels, while maintaining excellent quality standards.
- Keeping your knowledge up to date with PDSA services, policies, campaigns and fundraising initiatives.
About you
You'll enjoy helping people and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
We're looking for someone who is calm under pressure, enjoys speaking with a wide range of people and takes pride in resolving enquiries efficiently and compassionately.
You'll have:
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with confidence speaking on the telephone.
- Experience working within a customer service or contact centre environment.
- Strong computer skills with excellent attention to detail when recording customer information.
- A positive, proactive approach and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service.
- The ability to show empathy and professionalism, particularly when dealing with sensitive or challenging conversations.
It would also be beneficial if you have experience of:
- Handling written customer enquiries via email.
- Cross-selling, upselling or generating leads within a customer service environment.
